I got stuck in the elevator 2 times without anyone checking on me from your employees. I rang the alarm bell 13 times without a response. There was no emergency phone in the elevator to reach 911. Your employees called the cops on me 3 times stating I was trespassing even though my rent was always paid and I got stuck. Your employees let people live in the units, engage in drug dealing and prostitution. The whole building is a death trap, and then your regional manager gave me a bogus check to reimburse me for all my troubles.
