My stuff was stolen due to worker incompetence

CHAD M | Overall ExperienceThe entire storage facility needs to either be torn down or completely renovated. The ceilings are falling and the building is just old and crumbling. The floors that claim to be climate controlled are barely cool. The elevator was down for weeks(resulting in me paying more for moving help) and there’s only one way to enter the upper floors. The manager tries to assist but the other office workers are very unpleasant. The workers that assist with the trucks are very nice and helpful. Overall, the storage spaces need to be renovated for there to be any future for this location.
