Some of the stuff was friendly. One of the employees went home because another staff member took her seat, which I thought was unprofessional being that the line was long and customers needed assistance. The storage unit is extremely hot. When moving stuff, i often felt like I was suffocating because of how hot it is in the storage space. Overall, i am happy that the unit is closed and I don’t have to go back there.

David K | Overall ExperienceWhen I first got there to confirm my storage reservation, i spoke with Sonia G. Sonia asked, "How can I help you?". I replied, "I made a reservation on the app for a storage unit." Sonia then proceeded, mid conversation, to pick up a cell phone and send a text to someone. She then proceeded to log onto the computer and process my reservation. Throughout this process, she was frequently checking and texting someone on her phone. I'm not sure if this facility uses company phones or if she was using her personal phone for an urgent family matter, but her constant phone use during our interaction felt like she was disinterested in helping me, which made me feel a bit unwelcome and ruined my experience. Further, when I saw the space I rented, I was disappointed in the size and state of the unit. I decided to cancel the same day through the app without using the storage space. The app listed me as "pending move-out" and said the manager would process the move-out. For 20 days, the app said "pending move out", so I finally decided to call the facility on July 6th for a follow-up. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone, but they said they would send someone up to confirm that everything had been moved out and then I would be officially moved out. I acknowledged and ended the phone call. For another 8 days afterwards, the app said BOTH "pending move out" AND "moved out." I had to call the facility again on July 14th for another follow up, and I spoke to Joseph S. Joseph officially marked me as checked out on during that phone call. Still, for a total of 28 days, I was waiting to be moved out with no progress being made on my account. I felt frustrated that, despite the app supposedly making the move-in and move-out process seamless, I still had to follow up twice to make sure my account didn't reach the one month mark and charge me. I am severely disappointed in this facility and its customer service etiquette. This is my first and last experience using UHaul services.
Jon A | Overall ExperienceStaff is great. Facility is lacking. Storage is extremely convoluted and difficult to access. "Climate Controlled" is misleading, not the standard ~70 degrees in other facilities. Vents were blocked by plates and a space heater was on a high shelf. It was hotter inside than outside. Homeless are living within storage untis, I passed several as I moved my things in. Facility was great for equipment, but if it were not for the needed proximity, I would not use for storage.

Deani P | Overall ExperienceI got stuck in the elevator 2 times without anyone checking on me from your employees. I rang the alarm bell 13 times without a response. There was no emergency phone in the elevator to reach 911. Your employees called the cops on me 3 times stating I was trespassing even though my rent was always paid and I got stuck. Your employees let people live in the units, engage in drug dealing and prostitution. The whole building is a death trap, and then your regional manager gave me a bogus check to reimburse me for all my troubles.
