Need to approve cars to get to the storage unit. All trucks always blocking the storage. Not very convenient if you have big furniture or something huge, because there is no way to get it in or out . I think it calls hazardous.

I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but I went in Monday afternoon and he was so helpful. I was able to get my drop off location changed from Spring Valley to this location, and I got a storage unit. The drop off and loading everything in one place was much easier than I anticipated and he made it all happen! Having to move from Salt Lake to Las Vegas in this heat was tough enough, but your employee went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I couldn’t stop raving about his outstanding customer service to my husband. Thank you, you made our first day back in Vegas less stressful and we appreciate you! Someone give that man a raise! We’ll definitely be back if we need services in the future.

Let it be known our storage unit was broken into and 90% of the belongings were stolen. With out purchasing insurance, not much can been done.The dual control for locks were broken off. We will be filling a formal complaint with UHaul Corporate office.Your general manager was not available but spoke to him. I question his integrity and honesty..my opinion the theft was not his concern and he should of contact me immediately when he noticed our locks were tampered with..according to what he said.. In all due respect, would not recommend or refer anyone at that property. Diana B

One of they employees broke into my storage and took $20,000 wroth of stuff and nobody know nothing , nobody was trying to talk to me to see what happend to my stuff they couldn’t give me exact dates when my storage was broken into I never received a call to notify me that my storage was broken into.

Had large storage unit reserved. When I arrived I was advised that a large unit was not available. My load on a 20 foot truck would not fit into the unit they had which was much smaller than I reserved.

I reserved a large storage unit that would hold the contents of a 20 foot truck. When I arrived I was told there were no large units available. I was forced to find other accommodations at another facility. There was also trash and human feces on the ground.

I parked the 15ft. truck, full of everything I owned (I am moving) so that all my precious personal items would be safe until I unloaded them into storage the next day. I told U-Haul that I was parking there and left. The camera showed 3 individuals stealing the truck with all my stuff at 7:30pm. The truck was returned to the Decatur facility 11 days later. Now U-Haul wants to charge me for turning the truck in late, and for 1100 miles that were put on it by the thieves. Almost 1200.00 dollars. That is how my experience has been.

One of the workers removed my lock in preparing to take my merchandise from my unit. Then accused another worker for removing a lock Staff is poorly trained and slow to service

When the truck I rented broke down and was towed to the Uhaul location. Then moved the next day so it was out of the way. The truck was left unlocked with my possession inside. This lead to allow the start of the breaking to occur.

Most staff was helpful, not greatest area. Homeless addicts would bother me at my unit which is outside. Ridiculous that i had to wait and get their key to a lock. No other storage does this.

Manager is not manager material at all. Also when I rented my storage they said every night they put a second lock on the unit. That never happens.

The girl working there didn't set up my pick up prior to having come in the day before and scheduling it. Really frustrating.
