The worker was acting like he was so smart and knew everything. The main thing he did not do was check my ID. While he wanted to make sure my phone rang he really missed the most important thing my ID. He wanted the address where I was going which was none of his business. SOME OF THE PEOPLE WALKED OUT. HE DID NOT CARE. All he was just trying to make himself look big. He needs to be train in customer service. I will never go back.Bobbie L.

My scheduled location to drop off was at JD Automotive Service at 2125 E Lancaster in Fort Worth. I tried to take the trailer here, but they didn't want it, and were very rude. The man told us that we couldn't leave it here and had a very nasty temper and attitude. He said they didn't have any room for the trailer. It doesn't make any sense to me to allow someone to schedule a dropoff like this and then to be treated so poorly as a customer doing what I thought I was supposed to do. It was ridiculous for him to act that way to us when we thought we were doing what we were supposed to be doing. Something should be done about this and I believe we are owed an apology for such horrendous behavior.TRACY E O.

I dropped this car dolly off that night after hours. Tried to do the return on the Mobil app. So after 30 min I just put the dolly next to the others. So I called one of your Representatives the next morning and explained to him. Well they charged me 20 dollars. Don't understand why. After your guy said it would be ok.Robert R.

I rented a truck online several days prior to my move. I was contacted the morning of my move saying there was not a truck at that location. When I got to the next location noone was there, that stire was on Rosedale in Ft worth Tx and the neighborhood was so bad we watched people stealing a TV as we sat in the car. Now Im sent to another location to get a truck on Lancaster St in Ft Worth. I let my son talk because I was so upset. Steven was the manager there, he made our day so much better, he was polite and understanding. Gave me a credit for all my trouble and just him helping with that made my move better. The people that I worked with were pretty great but I could tell what made the experience not as enjoyable or fast as it could have been is directly related to the software in place. There are definitely issues with the software that caused me to be on the phone for over an hour to fix the incorrect information in my reservation and caused me to be at the uhaul place in Fort Worth to pick up the truck for over 2hrsbrian M.
I drove from Ft. Worth, Tx to San Antonio, Tx with a tire pressure warning light all the way...it was an extremely stressful drive since the truck was full of furniture and I was by myself (senior woman)....just so glad I made it home safe!velma H.

My dispute is customer service. I took the truck back before 5 pm 09/1/2020. I didn't have much left nove. I only needed a pickup. The first shift clerk said since I had until 5 pm to return it. I was good without additional charges. When I reurned the truck at 5pm 09/01/2020, the 2nd shift clerk charged me approximately $90. Considering, I had returned the truck and only needed a pickup truck, I would've got pickup to save money.GARY C.
Have the reserved truck available at the time reserved. Put gas in the alternatives. I reserved a 26 footer and had to settle for a 17 footer and had to make 2 trips. The tank was only 1/4 full. Waited 45 minutes past the reserved time before finding out the big one was not due till the NEXT DAY.John S.

I filled the truck up on gas and returned it with 3/4 of a tank. 1/2 of a tank more than required. I really would have appreciated a reimbursement of some sort. I spent $45 in gas and used about $15-20. Is there anyway this could be done? Other than that, everything went great. Thanks.Jessie F.

I made online reservations to pick up my uhaul at 8am. I get there check in online stating I was there to pick up my truck. I go inside to get my truck keys and was meet by a real prick behind the desk. He processed to tell me that the truck hasn't been cleaned. I was very upset when a customer has an appoint and this is how you do business!!!! The truck was dirty and I saw what looked like dried blood on the. Front driver door. This place is so discussing that It would let a customer leave with a dirty truck with no problem especially in this pandemic. This location will never get my business again !!!!!Jenifer G.

Picked up trailer at 7:30 pm on Friday and took it home,found a nail in right rear tire and checked pressure 3psi-aired tire to proper pressure and next morning it registered 35psi tire was obviously flat when I picked up the trailer. I kept the tire aired up during use for the weekend and returned trailer at 5:10 on Sunday and notified employee at location of the nail in the tire as he was preparing to leave,I dropped the trailer and left. Now I find I am being charged for 3 days of rental and receipt shows return time of after 2 pm on Monday... I have to say that I am very unhappy with the overcharge and lack of minimal maintainance (tire pressure check ) which I consider a safety Item ... At this time I am not sure if will use U-haul for my future moving needs.Brian D.
