Employee noted trailer was sitting low on hitch ball, but didn't think to suggest turning the shank over/ flipping ball to other side to gain more height. I stopped at another store and they didn't suggest this simple correction eitherâ€¦the 2â€ drop was recommended on ihaul site for my car, but it was not correct for the large/ long trailer.CARL G.

Have more than one employee working ANY weekend, let alone a holiday weekend - the line and wait at beginning and end were more than the customers were happy with.ERNEST F.
Original pick up location was locked and nobody answered the number on the door. Customer support couldn't get a hold of anybody and credited us $50 and found us another location with the moving truck we needed. Original pick up location was also in a not so savory location. The only downside was an elderly argumentive lady who held check in up for us and several other customers. She tried to start an argument with the counter person for an hour and a half. I think Brandon was a bad server I rented a uhaul for 110 supposedly but they took 185 dollars from my debit card and he told me that they take a percentage of the deposit which was 100 dollars but I only got 37 dollars back and he didn't know why they took the extra 75 it's just was a terrible service so I wouldn't recommend anyone hereDEWAN T.

The worker was acting like he was so smart and knew everything. The main thing he did not do was check my ID. While he wanted to make sure my phone rang he really missed the most important thing my ID. He wanted the address where I was going which was none of his business. SOME OF THE PEOPLE WALKED OUT. HE DID NOT CARE. All he was just trying to make himself look big. He needs to be train in customer service. I will never go back.Bobbie L.

My scheduled location to drop off was at JD Automotive Service at 2125 E Lancaster in Fort Worth. I tried to take the trailer here, but they didn't want it, and were very rude. The man told us that we couldn't leave it here and had a very nasty temper and attitude. He said they didn't have any room for the trailer. It doesn't make any sense to me to allow someone to schedule a dropoff like this and then to be treated so poorly as a customer doing what I thought I was supposed to do. It was ridiculous for him to act that way to us when we thought we were doing what we were supposed to be doing. Something should be done about this and I believe we are owed an apology for such horrendous behavior.TRACY E O.

I dropped this car dolly off that night after hours. Tried to do the return on the Mobil app. So after 30 min I just put the dolly next to the others. So I called one of your Representatives the next morning and explained to him. Well they charged me 20 dollars. Don't understand why. After your guy said it would be ok.Robert R.

I rented a truck online several days prior to my move. I was contacted the morning of my move saying there was not a truck at that location. When I got to the next location noone was there, that stire was on Rosedale in Ft worth Tx and the neighborhood was so bad we watched people stealing a TV as we sat in the car. Now Im sent to another location to get a truck on Lancaster St in Ft Worth. I let my son talk because I was so upset. Steven was the manager there, he made our day so much better, he was polite and understanding. Gave me a credit for all my trouble and just him helping with that made my move better. The people that I worked with were pretty great but I could tell what made the experience not as enjoyable or fast as it could have been is directly related to the software in place. There are definitely issues with the software that caused me to be on the phone for over an hour to fix the incorrect information in my reservation and caused me to be at the uhaul place in Fort Worth to pick up the truck for over 2hrsbrian M.
