Service when I pick up was very good. The gentleman checked me in and assisted with hooklng up trailer. The return was terrible. I returned the trailer around 2:00 pm. There people behind the desk. One was assisting customers and the other was just wandering around. I had to unhook the trailer myself. Then 6:33pm I get a call wanting to know when I will be returning the trailer. Very poor service on return.

DANIEL WYes but in a bad neighborhood to park your vehicle and leave it unattended. Otherwise would have given a 5 star rating. I was told to bring truck if loaded to park it there. The next day I was rold to purchase a lock to put on the trunk. When I arrived the back of my truck was completely open exposing everything.it was about 11am. I approached the employees they were not aware it was wide open.

JOSE RNothing with the service, however your drive way is brutal. It scrapes the vehicles both going in and coming out. Even if you drive slow.

Jason QWe drive to the move site and find No Dolly in the truck. Which I paid extra for. I put exactly 7 miles on the odometer and was charged $15 extra for fuel. I had made a reservation on line ahead of time, and the rental procedure still took 30 minutes. We were the only customer. They said they didn’t have the size truck available we needed so we had to pay 30% More for a truck whose size we didn’t need or want. Truly a terrible move experience.

Xzenthia DVery nice, friendly, and helpful. The facility, compared to other U-Haul locations I’ve patronized, was well outfitted. The storefront was very organized with many moving products available and on display. The property was large enough to make trailer hookups and navigating in and out driving easy, There was only one person working there during my visit, with several customers waiting. An additional helper would’ve made my process faster.

Brenda HTo improve for next customer is to extra person working because my reservation was at 9am. When I arrived it was 8:48am. It was busy. The lady at front was extremely nice with a pleasant attitude and excellent customer service; however she had to do everything. I didn't get waited on until maybe about 9:25am. Overall the experience was great.
