The front was clean, the back was not. There were tools left in the back and it had soft and debris that could have been swept out. Not a big deal, didn’t prevent us from using it for it’s intended purpose. The brakes felt a little laggy, like they needed service but I’m not a mechanic so can’t say for sure. Mobile pick up process was very detailed and took longer than I expected but wasn’t difficult.

THOMAS BI have mixed feelings while doing this survey. The location is fine and the staff was friendly. My problem was the truck that i rented had a defect with it in the form of a broken latch that wasn't detected until i had items loaded onto the truck and while driving having people blowing their horns and waving me down to let me that the door was open. upon pulling over to investigate the issue I noticed that the latch was in need of some welding. I contacted the Eaking rd location and was told to bring the truck back and i would be given another truck, problem with that was i was on the other side of town with cargo in a truck where the door wouldn't stay close and didn't feel it was safe to proceed with that option. I was able to find some rope to use to secure the door for a temporary fix. What started out as maybe a 2 hour move ended up being a 6 hour move do to the Inconvenience of having to stop, load and unload the truck due to saftey issue's

CRAIG DThe trailer has a 4pin connector my truck takes a 7pin round so all I needed was an adapter. Your employees thought it was a good idea to argue with me and then they wanted me to remove trailer off of my truck! All this instead of letting me use a an adaptor that was hanging on the wall. I believe uhual should supply these and if clients don’t return then charge. This store is poorly managed with employees that just want to give clients a hard time. They could have made all this very easy for me but instead they wasted my time and patience.

PATRICK MI reserved a truck 2 weeks with my credit card on file for 7 a returning 24 hours later. I get a cal morning of rental asking if I still need my truck and I stated yes. Because I didn’t get the truck at 7 am was given away. Really?? Paper stated truck had half tank of gas, not true, was between half a quarter! Didn’t go back into the office but I made sure it was back at half tank. Also if you don’t have dollys to rent don’t advertise

donald B | Overall ExperienceThe location was changed to Easken Rd at the last minute the day before. By my understanding this is a regular thing. They didn’t have my truck ready and had to give me a larger size, and they didn’t have one dolly on the premises. We had to go out and buy one ourselves. What should have been a.quick mobile check in took an hour of our time. We did start with the mobile check in but it took 20 minutes for someone to answer and another 20 minutes for them to call back for the verification. During this time, the location opened I. The morning and the only employer there helped us. The was the second time we used mobile check in in the last mo th and both times were a horrible experience. Would not recommend rentin mg truck outside of the location hours as there is little to no help.

Roman SI was told to return the rental with the same amount of gas that was currently in vehicle (I did take a photo of gas gauge). Prior to returning the vehicle I put gas in at the station next to the uhaul rental facility. When I received my statement there was an added fuel charge. I called twice to speak with manager and let messages. She never returned my calls. The charge was only for 2 gallons so no problem paying it BUT the fuel charge should NOT have been added

anita wI rented a 15 foot truck via the uhaul app, the app doesn't work, do not use it, call and/or go in and talk to a person. I also rented a appliance dolly. The location didn't have any appliance dollies I had to drive to another location to pick one up. The gear selector tp put in reverse or drive jammed up or had a lot of play in it. Once done, I went to fill up back to the amount I used and after completing filling it up only then did the gas needle move it never moved between 1/2 and 3/4 when I was filling up. I still need to move more stuff so I am probably going to use a completely different rental company.

From the disgusting bathroom to the magically non-functional cameras when your items get stolen, to the staff who literally cuss you out for dropping an extension cord off your cart. Not to mention, the homeless junkies they refer your way to help you load and unload trucks being trashy thieves.. they stole my power washer, $1800 bike, ALL of my DeWalt and Milwaukee tools. Not only do they keep hiring the same thieves to help, but they don't help with camera footage for the police. It's a joke.. then finally, they hired the same junkies to put out stuff back in the unit while We handled a discrepancy with the truck and they absolutely destroyed everything we owned they broke everything that was glass they broke everything that was electronic they stole what they wanted and left it in absolute disgusting disarray all of which I have photos and video evidence of.

The manager especially is either rude when dealing with her or too busy hanging out in the parking lot hanging on one of the gentlemen who works with her and if there’s anyone else working they’re too busy on their phones or doing other personal things to help customers. They are extremely unprofessional and inappropriate in front of customers. Even the way the manager dresses, wearing extremely short shorts, is unprofessional. I have never been able to get the help I need when I’ve tried to go in the office for assistance. You definitely need new office staff!

The unit doesn't have lighting so at night it's not well-lit. My rent continued to increase nearly every month, and there are more desirable neighborhoods where I could store my stuff for less, with less crime, and it is less likely for my unit to get stolen from, so I moved my items to a different storage facility in Dublin OH. The staff is very friendly, helpful , and attentive to customers. I'm aware that this is an issue for corporate.

I spent over $1,000 with this organization and this is not the way a business should be ran.

The facility has several layers of security; I feel very safe keeping my belongings stored here. My only complaint is the location. There is a heavy flow of traffic from people cutting through the U-Haul parking lot, where I unload my belongings, to get to the Kroger next door. This is the only part that makes me feel unsafe while I’m unloading, but I feel like my belongings are safe once they are in the storage unit.

Found mouse poop in my storage unit when I was emptying it out so pest patrol is lacking for that rate increase we had to pay every year. My apartment I had 5 years ago did not have a mouse problem so it came from U-Haul.
