This storage unit were very friendly and understanding! The hours were great for me. I got my things out and going through them found dead mice and mice droppings, that was discussing! That is the only thing I really had a problem with. You maybe taking care of mice problems, but how did it get into my storage and die? That's my only complaint!

There is ABSOLUTELY NO AND I MEAN NO way that u tried to take a payment on the 4th of n November or Dec. Or Jan. Im o. SS Disability , the money is deposited at 1AM every 3rd of the month I contacted my bank I asked them to check to see if the payment amount was available every month they said they are positive it was . So w g y did u stop taking it out ??? WHY ???? I GET SO MUCH SPAM CALLS that I dont check it unless the contact name comes up . There's no reason my account should have been in collections the woman I spoke with told me she would talk to Sarah and they would call me and didn't she just made notes in my account. I haven't received one text from uhaul until today. I am sooooo pi$$ d off about th I s I had things unrepoacable in there. Things I can never get back EVER !!!!!° someone Needs to try and contact me . I'll answer until u do . OMG IM SOOOO MAD. 614-714-8205. Sincerely , one pi$$ d off Joseph Maitlen.
