Unpersonable. Didn’t really say much just asked if it was a drop off and if there were any damages. Once I said yes and no. He held his hand out for the keys and walked off. So I assumed everything was good. Guess I’ll find out sooner or later.

Originally my pickup location was to be at the Milam location, once I arrived the woman couldn’t even find my reservation in their system. As I was leaving to head towards the location on East Tx Fwy, I received a phone call, was I still interested in picking up the truck today, yes I tell them, I am on my way, leaving Milam location now. Upon arriving at Uhaul things SEEMED to be under control. They were immediately able to pull up my reservation and get the paper work started....fast forward to an hour and 20 minutes later, we finally get the keys and are on our way (11:00 am.) The truck was returned to the same location it was rented from per their request, truck was returned between 11:30 am —12:00 noon. Get a call on Tuesday, (rented on Friday) asking when I plan to turn in the truck. I explain to the man I returned the vehicle the following day around 11:30 am, he flat out tells me I did not return the truck and wants to know what I’ve done with it...!! ???? I will definitely warn anyone I know who needs to rent a Uhaul to be fully prepared for a total cluster from pre-pickup to post drop off!!! I doubt I’ll be needing another moving vehicle EVER, but should I need to rent one I will not be back here.

In line to turn in the truck for - LITERALLY - an hour because I had to make sure the disaster of picking up the truck wasn’t going to end with me being forced to pay for fuel and miles that were not my responsibility. Five of the five customers in front of me left in anger because equipment they reserved was not there, or prices were wrong, or dates were wrong, or equipment was wrong, or the reservation was missing. Every single one was angry - but none of them left with equipment so none of them will get a chance to write a review. Personnel was not nice, never smiled, had a “too bad - so sad” tone of voice, and didn’t satisfy any expectations. Once I got to the counter after waiting an hour - a three minute checkin took 15 minutes. Horrible.

It took a very long wait. Not enough people working. Then when one guy helped it was long he was on a few valium. Like he wanted to just lay down. I asked if he worked to many hours and he said' No, Not very many'. Took forever to get information on the phone..And when finally got to asked a question, They didn't even know. Not good customer service!!

The general store manager and the assistant manager are some of the rudest people I've ever met in my entire life, I have already filed complaints against them with corporate. For some reason they take excruciatingly long times to process one transaction I don't believe they know what they are doing. On top of that they apparently see if it or okay to charge people without letting them know what's going on, they don't inspect the vehicles like they claim they do, else my lock would have never have remained at the back of the vehicle, and I wouldn't have made a double trip. There are so many things I could say about this location but it'll be too much to type. If you'd like to know the full account please contact corporate they have the whole account documented. As long as they are over the store this store its guaranteed to go down the shoot. They have zero customer service skills and they're extremely rude and when a customer gets upset their ready to send them out the store without having to explain or be accountable for what wrongs they've done. I'm still baffled that they charged me $17.49 when I took it upon myself to make sure this vehicle was on full and make sure that it was above the gas odometer that I received it at. So not only did I invest $30 in gas but I was charged $17.49 on top of this. Absolutely ridiculous completely criminal and I'm expecting my refund back. I should have my full $100 deposit rightfully so.

I have been trying to tell you for 3 days that I did not rent anything from U-Haul and you have failed to take care of the problem. I just receive more notices that I have to drop it off.

Have used this locations on a few occasional. The gentlemen are very polite and patient. There is a lot of stress in the area due to tropical storm Imelda. They are doing a great good.

Liz the manager is RUDE and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. She was belittling the older gentleman in front of us. She is incompetent to be in charge of anything.

The pickup process was very slow due to the heavy workload the office was experiencing due to the recent tropical storm. The people working in that office performed admirably and with grace given the circumstances and the stress of dealing with some very rude customers. I have rented several times in the past and they will remain my go-to for rentals.
