The lady who rented me the trailer was great friendly. The other lady was rude answered a personal call while dealing with customer, and kept rent the size trailer I wanted she even told the lady helping me the wrong trailer.

There were bigs in the trailer when we picked it up. The employee sprayed the trailer before we left the lot, but there were still a few bugs when we returned home. She was very concerned and helpful.

This was not the worst service I have received. I had to use the so much milage going back and forward to get the correct service the pin number wasn't put on paperwork to get inside the storage I had to make 5 trips back to the uhual company at my expenses and time to get the pin twice and after the pin was give then it still didn't work.. do once again I had to go backwards and this time the worker came and followed me to the storage to get there finally on the inside to see that my storage had a lock on it and I had paid it beforehand. Which means I had to go back again. I feel the miles should be deducted out since I had to make so many vain attempts. I had to pay for the mistakes if a employee which isn't right.



Uhaul is over priced and they need to hire more employees and pay them better.

I had a 9 am reservation to pick up the truck, but wasn't waited on until 9:30! Then we had to walk around taking pictures of all of the dents and scratches that others put on the truck, before I could drive it off the lot at 10 am, therefore, losing an hour of my rented use! Then the employee said to upload the pictures on the link they sent to me in a text! FYI: not everyone has Internet access on their cell phones! So where can I email these pictures? We DID NOT put any scratches or dents on the truck, nor am I going to be responsible for the ones on there! You need a better system! ALSO, the employees said a 20 ft truck would be best for my 2 bedroom house! WRONG! A 26 ft truck wouldn't have been large enough! You need to work out these kinks before I ever use Uhaul again!

My boyfriend and I was informed that all that we had to do was return the uhual during the after hours and that the uhaul would be returned and processed when the store opened up and the reminder would be returned to my debit card. Well, it turns out that I was suppose to come back in the following morning to receive the reminder of my deposit and because I didn't then they sent out a check. The person who updated my address did not include my apt number so, I never recieved my check. I have called numerous of times and have been given a run around and told that I can not receive the remainder of my deposit until the check comes back when I clearly was told that it would be returned to my card. Now I have to wait till the check comes back. Its ridiculous. And the staff at the uhaul place was very rude and seemed to not care that I was misinformed about the return of the uhaul and the mess up on my address and how I wanted my money debited back to my card just as they debited it off of my card.

Truck had no lights didn’t discovered this until coming back from Houston last night. Had to pay for mileage on What uhaul calls a in town truck because that’s all that they had available. I couldn’t reschedule my move because I already paid the movers to secure my date. Guess it did not matter that my reservation was for a one way. The reservation was made in a timely manner. End up putting $80 in the truck for gas in addition to the mileage cost from Beaumont to Houston and back to Beaumont. No compensation from uhaul. The man that i called for service issues was rude He kept asking the same questions over and over. Didn’t understand why he was doing that after I had already given a very detailed explanation of what occurred. Then upon trying to return the truck after hours I Ended up calling U-Haul at least 4 times last night before I got the truck checked in. Each rep after I repeated my experience said I will see what I can do regarding your concerns then mysteriously the phone would hang up. On top of many other issues. This was a horrible costly experience. I have always rented from uhaul in the past. But this experience is enough to make me think twice

Unpersonable. Didn’t really say much just asked if it was a drop off and if there were any damages. Once I said yes and no. He held his hand out for the keys and walked off. So I assumed everything was good. Guess I’ll find out sooner or later.

Originally my pickup location was to be at the Milam location, once I arrived the woman couldn’t even find my reservation in their system. As I was leaving to head towards the location on East Tx Fwy, I received a phone call, was I still interested in picking up the truck today, yes I tell them, I am on my way, leaving Milam location now. Upon arriving at Uhaul things SEEMED to be under control. They were immediately able to pull up my reservation and get the paper work forward to an hour and 20 minutes later, we finally get the keys and are on our way (11:00 am.) The truck was returned to the same location it was rented from per their request, truck was returned between 11:30 am —12:00 noon. Get a call on Tuesday, (rented on Friday) asking when I plan to turn in the truck. I explain to the man I returned the vehicle the following day around 11:30 am, he flat out tells me I did not return the truck and wants to know what I’ve done with it...!! ???? I will definitely warn anyone I know who needs to rent a Uhaul to be fully prepared for a total cluster from pre-pickup to post drop off!!! I doubt I’ll be needing another moving vehicle EVER, but should I need to rent one I will not be back here.
