WE were scheduled to pick up the truck at another location in Beaumont, but when they did not get a 20 ft in, we were sent to the EastTex. The lady who waited on us got the gi=ot the included mileage wrong and then walked away. The general manager was left to clean up her mess and we had to listen to his ranting and raving about all the work he had to do. I think both of these people are in the wrong business! You may call me for clarification.

My original pickup was at 927071. The most horrible experience I have ever had. I would rate them a zero They did not have my rental nor did they have the rentals of the 5 people InLine before me. They were not helpful to any of the customers and were not apologetic at all. I have rented with U-Haul for 29 years and if my experience at Easttex was not so positive I would never use you again They told me they reserved the trailer for me at the Eastex location but when I got there they knew nothing about it. The trailer they had was reserved. They called the other customer He has rented the trailer in case the truck he rented wasn’t big enough. The manager called him and explained the situation and he didn’t need it so I got the trailer. I came from Lafayette two hours from Beaumont with hired help and if it wouldn’t have been for this location I would have left s very unhappy customer Please call me and o will explain my whole experience at the previous dealer that I originally rented from 2102889484 I am very upset about my experience there. If you want to keep your good name and reputation you need to do something g about the 927071 location

I do thank that the larger trailers should have jacks on them. It's hard for an older person to lift it off the hitch and if you need to un- hitch from the trailer do to an emergence

First of all, employees at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. After I returned the truck and placed the key in lockbox - "Jasmine" called me the next morning with an attitude stating I did not put it in the right box. Really? She found the key, so what is the problem?? As of my refund that was due back to me, that was never processed either. When I called back, I spoke to Merrick, the manager of this location and he had an "attitude" with me also. He looked up my account and he had trouble trying gto figure it out and really didn't know why a refund was not done. Then he said the refund was done and when I called my bank they said no refund was credited to my account. So I called Merrick back and he didn't know what was going on and said he would have to check on it and call me back. He didn't. I had to call him back and he was argumentive, so I asked for his boss and he gave me Jerry's number in Louisiana. I called Jerry on Mon 9-17 and spoke with him. Hopefully, it will taken care of.Evidently, there has been NO past manager that has gone to that location to check on things. Employees act like it is an imposition to be there to rent a truck and don't want to be bothered. Don't they know that "customers" are the ones that make their paycheck as they have a job because of us!!!

The equipment I reserved was not available to me at the above location I was sent to the location on Milam in Beaumont,TX I was told that my equipment was there waiting on me this was at 10:15 am, got to the Milam location nothing was there, the Male salesman told me that he would not have the equipment until 1:00 PM. This is is second time that this has happened to me. We drove 256 miles to move my daughter to college, I made an online reservation and received conformation. I was then told to go back to Eastex to pick up a 15 footer so that this is not what I reserved I had to take because I had no other source of equipment. Your email system is not accurate and it need to be looked into, if other customers are not returning the equipment when they should, then you need to offer the next customer a discount for their inconvenience. Your salesman did not offer me another vehicle, I had to ask for something else, that's BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! UHAUL STOP MAKING PROMISE THAT YOU CAN'T HONOR! I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!

Staff needs to clarify asking about add ons such as dollies and pads and not automatically provide them in the back of the truck so that the customer is charged for something they don't need. Also, a little bit more attentuon/assistance would be nice, our truck had slips saying somethin like 'not ready for customer'. Finally, nothing to do with location but reservation over the phone: the size of the truck was greatly underestimated. We ended up paying for a much smaller truck than we needed and having to do our move in 2 parts, with the second part using a different truck rental service because of the over charges we had from uhaul.

Open store on time & have the correct equipment reserved. I had a reservation to pick up truck & utilty dolly at 7am last Tuesday & the manager/employee did not arrive at the store til nearly 7:10am. I also payed & reserved a utility dolly & there were none available at the location. The manager did credit account for the inconvenience of not having correct dolly available.
