The AC unit did not work, the storage unit was extremely hot, and the place was completely roach infested. I did not have any roach problems before moving my belongings into this unit, and now I have to worry about whether all of my personal items are infested as well. When we called to report the issue, we were told we had to speak with a manager ourselves, yet nothing was ever done to resolve the problem. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to accommodate anything or help resolve the situation. Instead of helping, now we’re being forced to leave. This experience has been disgusting, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and store your belongings somewhere else. I have video proof‼️Been here since May 10th

Dave C | Overall ExperienceDOMINIQUE was especially helpful on a # of occasions after I had my STROKE. I want to recognize two other employees for SPECIAL RECOGNITION also: Tyler helped me a lot as did Mr. Phabian on another location. The only thing that I could complain about wd be the ROACHES. But I rented for 3 years at this location (a 10 x 10). Of course this happens over that long period of time -- as I worked for ORKIN up in VA. BEACH, a slightly less hot and humid environment!! lol But it seemed that the roaches didn't like the CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT as much? Hardly ever saw one in that other location -- the CC environment. Overall, it was a pleasant 3 years there!! GOD BLESS DOMINIQUE for her Patience, compassion & understanding... P.S. I rented a 21' UHAUL truck and towed my car on the way down from Lil Rock, AR. GBY!!! Dan S.
