The truck was dirty and it's no way possible that I drove 75 miles in one day. I will never use Uhaul again. This is ridiculous and I didn't get the right truck.

The inside of the trailer was disgustingly filthy. I'm really not sure what was on the walls of that trailer. My things were in bags and boxes so it didn't matter much. The worker was by himself and the line was out the door when we walked outside to get a trailer number for me. I didn't even bother him to open the back. Partly my fault for not checking it first. That unit needs to be power washed. Yuck!

The pick up was difficult because of under staffing. Even though I was pre checked in the process was painfully delayed because the one employee on duty was overwhelmed. Whoever scheduled a meeting during peak business time doesn't understand customer service.

The U-Haul App is so bad, I will never use it again, the Alp locked-up and the person in the chat was no help at all, we got cut off and no one tried to reconnect with me. I had to wait until the store open at 7am for help, my reservation was at 6am, and I am still getting charge for pickup at 6am.

Aaron Bennett was the customer service rep at the site I used- Beaumont, Tx. He was so calm and thoughtful in his treatment of customers. The place was packed, and he was alone but did a great job.

Manager was sleep when I first arrived. Truck was not clean at all. The truck also didn't have any gas like as if it was just dropped off. The manager also didn't explain the extra sur charges for miles & other things. My experience was horrible & y'all are still taking money out of my account

one person working Friday night with over nine people in line. He says its always like that. people were leaving upset due to the wait time.

I am assigned that location to return my truck but When I called them He did not see my truck in their system! Beside I reserved U-Haul moving help and they did not come to my house Sunday to unload My truck and next day they came 2 o'clock but I supposed to return the truck at 12 pm. I was 5-6 hours late and I have been charge for $64 for extra day! This is unbelievable! Whose fault is this my or the company(U-Haul) that I trusted !

I have to say that Gabriel the manager at this location was outstanding. After some initial issues he addressed all my concerns. I would however wish to point out that the app restricts the customer in a number of ways as does the entire system process when it comes to editing a reservation. There are limits and regrettably each person I spoke with on the phone was hamstrung by the system. To have to cancel a contract then be charged again for the same vehicle to overcome the system restrictions is absolutely a bad customer experience. Again I would like to reiterate Gabriel resolves all my issues and was exceptional.

If I could give a negative 7,000 for this specific Uhual site, I would. Not only did I get countless late fees added to my account even though they told me every month they would move my payments to the first, and the employees were rude every single time I tried to speak with them, but we also now have roaches in all of our moving boxes. On top of that, I paid and cancelled my storage June 1st and was given until the end of the month to get my stuff, but They put a lock on my storage and tried saying I couldn’t get my stuff until I paid for July 1st. The only thing that saved Uhaul’s reputation for me was the corporate customer service that helped me get my money back and were so kind to me, and dedicated to help my experience be better.

I pick up the truck with the low fuel light on and was told if I turned it in with at least a 1/4 tank I would receive a rebate of $19.00. I left it with a 1/4 tank and have not seen the $19.00 credit refunded to my credit card. Next time it will be on empty like I received it.

In my 40 years on this earth, I've only experienced a handful of customer service representatives as unpleasant as the one at this location. He was agitated with all three customers he interacted with, including me. His communication skills are TERRIBLE! He's defensive and uninviting. Since I mentioned so many bad things, I think it's only right to highlight good things. The truck was clean. The store and the property was well organized and very clean.

I was charged for 125 miles when I only drove 22. I took pictures before and after my rental and called to have the store fix it, they told me they fixed it but I was still charged almost $150 for my rental.

Mr. Edward Bennett was Awesome. he was very professional and listened to my complaint about the oily lubricant when I picked it up even though it wasn't his fault because I picked it up in grand prairie Texas. Yet and still he listened calmly and understood my frustration. He is an asset to your company and is one of the reasons that I will continue to use that location.

Have courteous, knowledgeable employees Manager especially! I rented a storage in January. I was told I locked my storage open and they would be replacing lock to lock it closed I was charged for that lock! I live 800 miles away! I get to this location in May explained that I couldn't get into storage because someone @this store changed the lock! The guy called THE mgr. That said it would be 3 days before he could get someone out to open it mind u I'm 800 miles away from home! I had to pay a locksmith 145 .00 to come unlock the lock uhaul put on! Before all this I was given a code that didn't work and when I got back there 4:50 the3 employees just looked at me didn't let me back in the store so I could tell him the code didn't work thank goodness someone came to the uhaul and I was able to gain access! The last guy from the store came out I ask y'all seen me trying to get your attention I explained to him the. Code didn't work he came over there tried code didn't work showed me how to leave it open so it wouldn't close! I wasn't even able to get the copy of my contract which was ridiculously priced one way in same state! The truck was on E so we had to find a gas station quick there was trash and a broke lock inside we are in the mist of a PANDEMIC and that was totally unexceptable but we are stressed on a timeline so i don't have time to deal with Uhaul incompetence and meet my deadline soI have to clean it out with gloves and disinfect! I've rented from y'all on several occasions this was the worst experience ever!I want be back Ref#2687651 Contract# 92036606 was supposed to hear from Area Mgr. Steven never have! Dirty truck on E and I still brought it back on a1/4 tank!????
