It was my first time renting from this location so was not sure what to expect. The wait was a little longer than anticipated despite completing online application. The checkout could have been faster if more than 2 associate where present...Two associates trying to meet the morning rush demand was not fair. The wait was about 30 minutes and likely longer for some. And one associate didn't seem enthusiastic to be working in the morning. Overall, location ideal, close to freeway, near gas station, and easy to access. Return vehicle and checkout was quick and easy. I enjoyed that part. Thanks U-Haul for helping me with my move. Employees failed to check the uhaul before renting it out to me. He gave me the keys and told me the truck was outside to the right. Upon returning the uhaul, employee (Daniel) had accused us of ripping the top of 10' storage portion of the uhaul. He was calling my father names and kicked him out when my dad was trying to explain to him we received it damaged. The damage was on the roof so we did not see we had a damaged truck until we started loading it from inside. They threatened to charge us until they viewed surveillance and saw that it was in fact damaged before they rented it to us. Terrible service, will not be renting from this location again.Mia F.

There was a huge difference on price and, I think the person who helped us would've been able to tell us what it was so we could've made some changes. We needed the vehicle so we sucked it up!! As I pulled into the parking lot I struggled to find a place to park which isn't new for the uhaul locations I have been to. The lot was littered with trash and debris that a simple cleaning with a broom on a regular basis would take care of. The staff was very friendly and nice. However the trailer I rented was given to me with trash and other such dirt. I did have to power wash the trailer and sweep up the mess before I could use it. With the new system on the internet you have in place it should make more time for the staff to maintain the cleanliness of the location.Brett I.

Reserved a covered 5x8 10 days from move, I arrived to find none at location. Someone changed my request to an open trailer. No one called me or texted me about change,there was a covered trailer in Anaheim if I still needed it. What!!. My pick up time was at 1830. I'm not going farther to go get something I reserved here. Customer service: Sean or Shawn was at the desk counter did not go above any services for my need. I hope he's not the owner of the location. I when ask for a truck a quick reply no truck available yet plenty outside. When ask for a simple equipment as dolly quick reply none are available. I walked around known there no way this shop don't have the equipments for my needs. Sean or Shawn sit at the desk without even taking a steps to see if they have a dolly! As another employee walked in I did what Sean or Shawn Should' ve done asked. He reply yes 3 dolly sitting at the shop available. Lazyness at best. Also some scam cincerns going on that I notice why is a company uhaul advertise trucks and none available at any uhaul when Sean or Shawn checked in the system? You we not reserve for truck? Scammer at best. Remember with out customer your job is nothing. You Sean or Shawn would not be able to feed your family being lazy to check for a simple request as a dolly. Nothing! The customer service was good. When I arrive to pick up my truck the customer service was good the guy really took care of me answer my questions and everything. When I dropped off my truck the guy that help me was excellent really helpful. This is not my first time at this place they take care of you so that's why I will continue using this U-Haul company. There was broken glass in the parking lot and parking was very limited, but I imagine we arrived during prime rental hours...Sat before 8am. It was a really easy process to get in and out with making a reservation ahead of time. And very cool that we got our pricing adjusted for actual mileage. Worst experience of my life. I was hung up on. I was chasing equipment all over Southern California. I completely understand that Uhaul had me over a barrel, I had movers, people and reservations that I had zero ability in rescheduling, I promise there isn't a person that I know that won't hear about Uhauls many, many errors. People expect large and well known companies to be responsible with a sense of integrity but when a company puts its customers in an uncompromising predicament with their own planned agenda. Hitch installed was half done. The day of trailer pick up I had to leave the trailer pick up location to go to another to get additional pieces that were not on my car. The pickup and dropoff were excellent. I also appreciate that the truck was provided to me with a full tank of gas, which made the refill very easy with no guesswork. I gave it four instead of five stars because the cabin was not clean. The steering wheel felt grimy and there was crumbs and sticky substances all over the cupholders and floor. We returned the truck on the same day. The staff at the location informed us that there is no new to inspect. The following day I overcharged and double charged because the location's computer system still showed that the unit had not been returned. I called the location's phone number to clarify things and after being on hold for 29 minutes, the customer service suggested that I go back to the location.
