Elevator barely ever worked. Which for somebody with a hip replacement I had to move furniture out of the facility down 2 flight to stairs. My card barely ever worked sometimes to get into the building. More than anything though it was the elevator that was always inoperable. For the amount of money that I spent there it's completely unacceptable. I at times would call to make sure that the elevator was working but on the day that I had to move everything out it was not working as with a lot of other times I went by there. Nick was a great help and honestly would call me when the elevator was up and running so that I would be able to go there and get stuff out.

The drop box for the keys was too small for the key fob I needed to drop off after the store had closed. Making the slit slightly bigger would have helped.

I was givin the wrong size truck. Apond checking in I said at least 3 times I'm getting the truck that moves 3 bedroom place. I ended up with a one bedroom truck that I ended up having to make 2 trips instead of one went over my mileage and got an extra charge for the miles. Also when I dropped the truck off I was charged the next morning a night drop off fee. $28 I drove the truck up to returns right out front and put key in drop box. The truck wasn't do back till 8:30 the next morning. I called next morning and was sent a bill for $85 dollars nevermind the extra gas I had to keep putting in for the second trip. Not too happy.

Not much. U-Haul service personnel were very helpful. I rented a 6x12 trailer. It pulled nice, tracked nice & the breaks worked well. This was easily one of the best experiences I've had with a large company in a long time. Nice job.

Although I completed online registration and check in, the staff took forever to check me in and collected all of the same information again before I could get my truck rental. NOBODY (staff or customers) were wearing masks inside the store and I was concerned for my safety.

IMain outside access gate broken numerous times. Issue with accessing outside door numerous times. Pass card wouldn't open the door. On last day there was a back up of 3 members trying to access. Unsafe area with people congregating outside there units. Called office for information and person in office started swearing and yelling about having to eat and this f...king job sucks he wasn't f....ing going to keep doing this and he was f......ing going to quit. I was shocked and person that had answered the phone was trying to calm the other down and kind of apologized but not too sincerely. That was enough for me. When checking out 9 days before my monthly end date I expected a partial refund. When asked the clerk told me he didn't think so because it was close. I had 9 more days that I had paid for. My billing was on the 10th of the month and I left the 1st.. I said then I'll take my unit back if I have to pay until the 10th. He told me that would be a $50 charge to do that. I was extremely angry and as I was leaving I did say very loudly that UHAUL was the worst and I'd tell people that. I think this place was undergoing management/ help change. I haven't seen the 40ish man who was there before in a while.

Monica aka Moca was so pleasant to deal with. I did schedule a 20ft. Truck. Unfortunately that was not available. A 15ft was all you had. That worked out just fine! I was given a credit, with a smile! It all worked out, either way we had a truck and moved into our forever home! We would highly recommend this location. Even when they don't have what you originally want, they make sure to take care of you. We love U-Haul and Miss Monica! Way to go out of your way to make sure your customers are satisfied!

The workers in this office need to be retrained in customer service for sure. First of all none of them were wearing masks, which made it uncomfortably concerning for our safety. Also, there seemed to be no sort of management or any code of conduct within the employees working. Also, they were degrading another coworker who was not present and highly speaking very negative and unprofessional about her right in front of us like we were part of their little bitch session. Finally, the returning of the keys and rental was so awkward when the worker just stared at me when I clearly told him I was returning the rental and he finally was like "oh i'll take your keys" and he proceeded to another task and started walking away and I had to call out to him to see if I was all set or not. Also, no receipt of services or finalization of my rental was given to me. Finally got an email with my receipt and noticed they added another mile to the mileage because I took a picture of the mileage before exiting the rental. Overall a horrible experience for sure. Hopefully our experience at another location tomorrow is not like this!

A little concerned that the associates were not wearing masks. She put hers on at end of completing the paperwork but the other male employee didn't wear one at all. Just saying I feel they should be wearing a mask at all times when customers enter the office. Plus they can spread it to the merchandise that the customers touch. The male employee was working on rearranging the merchandise on shelves.

Nice place except having to wait for people to move from blocking the entrance. Having to get out of my truck and go inside to ask them to move. Either employees of you or customers being ignorant. No signs saying don’t block entrance. Some times I waited over 10 min.

I was there 4 yrs no problems at all. All stuff was in climate controlled unit. I am handicapped and on a monthly check. And I was informed that a late fee of 22.00. I was told its law now. Really!!!
