I had a storage unit here for years while I lived in Fall River. I never had an issue or problem at all. As I would need to get items in or out of my unit on a pretty regular basis, I usually always paid my monthly bill in person at the office. I can't say enough good things about the manager, Tanisha. She was always available to help me, answer any questions I had, or just process my payment each month. Even though she always seemed super busy, it was apparent she actually cared, took her time, and made me feel like she valued me as a customer. As with most businesses, it's the people that make a difference and set you apart fron the competition. Tanisha and the rest of the crew there are a real asset to the company and left a good impression with me. For this I would definitely choose uhaul again for my moving and storage needs in the future.
