I was told by the guy at the counter that I had the option to choose a return location in Boston, and I should call to confirm that when I knew. He even circled the 800 number. When I made that call, the operator said that was false and I had to bring it to a specific location which was not the one I wanted. In order to use that one, I'd have to pay more. Fantastic!

At $19.95 a day it seemed pretty reasonable.At.99 a mile I was in for a rude awakening.All in all I was happy that a van was available on such short notice and at the start of the month when everyone was in the process of moving.

Do not accept a trailer that has a broken door. I had no choice and almost couldn't move my belongings because I couldn't get the door open.

Sadly this place raised their Rates, up way too much. they changed their hours also. Trying finding another place and only use as a last resort. Too bad the Staff and workers were great.

Representative called befor the trailer was due back and said I was late. Once I got there (early) I had to wait 15 minutes for the incredibly slow representative to print out my paper work. I disconnected the trailer myself as there was no one from uhaul available to help. Poor customer service; not the first time and clearly uhaul doesn’t care!

Don't go to Pleasant St. The Customer Service was diplorable. The 2 staff working just sent me out to look at the vehicles. They were all locked so I went back in and asked for help. The guy behind the desk goes 'a van'? I said yes the vans are all locked. He then pointed to a picture of a van and said these? I said yes the vans, I know what a van looks like. I was insulted and could not see spending $100 at a place where customers are treated like this.

I completed express checkout the night before. However, I arrived and had to wait atleast 20 minutes in line. The employee was helpful but was overwhelmed by the amount of customers. She did warn me that the back of the rental was probably covered in soil. I signed my paperwork and went to the truck to see that the gas light was on with only 28 miles to E and not the quarter tank I signed for and the back of the truck was covered in soil. The employee swept most of the soil, but due to the rain it turned to mud. After the fuel level was adjusted on my paperwork, I left nearly an hour after I arrived.

Horrible horrible horrible, first off they charged me twice called yesterday got my 44 dollars back then to top if all off the lady Amy called me this afternoon and didnt even realize I already returned the pickup truck so she thought I still had it I really think they would hire anyone but then she tells me she cared my card once again so now I have to go back monday again and get my 44 all over again place is a joke will never go back so unorganized and unprofessional have no idea what they're doing.

I only needed the truck for 1 hour and 30 mins I still got charged $19.95 plus mileage $67 for 1 hour and 30 mins like wow WAY TOO MUCH IT'S A RIP OFF

Employees were rude and your other Fall River location gave away my reservation went here and they told me they didn’t have a truck... I called the hotline and they told me they did have a truck and went back in and they gave me one.
