My charge, per my numerous times I had to contact Uhaul corporate is only supposed to be $18.95 for U-Haul Contract 28904715 I was supposed to have a 1 day trailer rental for 18.95, your desk person said she had to put a return time for the same day but it didn’t matter, so she put 5pm (mind you she also couldn’t tell me what street the location was on) I called to confirm the trailer would be returned the following day, couldn’t reach the location but corporate put notes in my file. The following day, mind you, the trailer was only used for one way transport less than 30 miles, I asked if we could return the trailer to a closer location, they told us as long as we brought it back by 5pm there would be no additional charges. We arrived to the uhaul location on Foothill in Fontana just before 5pm, but it was the wrong location down the street, both on foothill both in Fontana though. We arrived to the correct location about 5.10 no one was there to help us, I again called corporate they instructed me to use the app to return the trailer, which I did.... But this attached bill is for 3 days of trailer rental or $60.00, I only had the trailer for 1 day and 3 hours but the additional 3 hours was not charged to us because per uhauls request, we took it back to Fontana rather than a local place for us. Please refund my account immediately or I will be contacting my bank within 1 hour to deny the charges as they are fraudulent and your chargeback fee will be more than my rental all together. This by far was the worst most horrendous experience ever, along with the multiple other customers who also were upset with this location for similar fraud. ~ Thank you, Tracie

Miguel is amazing. The hitch looks fantastic. It was a very difficult install. (Having to take the whole lower back of the Mercedes apart.) thank you so much. Highly recommend. He is a perfectionist.

I stood in line for almost an hour before being helped- I only had 1 person in front of me, and he was helped after about 25 minutes. The truck was dirty and sticky in areas. Dried soda covered the exterior of the door. After renting I was told to wait for Juan at the truck and check everything out via the app. I checked out the van and verified that it was not completely accurate in gas. I waited for Juan to come back but after 20 minutes of waiting I left without anybody coming out. I spent over an hour and a half at the facility to rent a fan. Also not very good customer service to tell a customer to either buy more boxes or less because she only had a $10 a $5 and $20 in her drawer and couldn’t make any other change. So the customer put 2 boxes back to make his purchase $14 and change and paid with a $20 Bad customer service

Made res. In Ont.they did not have dolly , ont. Reserved unit in Fontana which said it wasn't on computer, I had given them printed copy of res. From Ont. Which they kept. It took over 1hr. To get dolly lights didn't work so they had to fix their dolly

The truck we rented stunk like urine in the back, the truck ran rough and was badly in need of an exterior wash. I would have returned it, but we were short for time.

The wait time to check out was crazy , almost 1 hour to get checked out. Then when we got keys there where no one alleviable to assist to get truck. We were outside trying to find it our self. Then the truck was very dirty. Then we had a lot of trouble with the app gas and mileage was incorrect. Total time before we left almost 2 hours!!!!

I was disgusted at how they treat their customers. I opted for the 24/7 truck share but when I got there, the website kept crashing and refreshing making me start over. The woman who helped me was really kind but kept talking to another employee while trying to figure out the problem. Overall it took over an hour from when I got there which is frustrating when one is trying to get in and get out. We got there at 7:02pm (2 minutes after closing) but after trying to return the truck through the website again it crashed and refreshed at the last step making me start all over again. I knocked on the door because there were still employees walking in and out but the guy came out screaming at me that the store was closed. I explained that the website kept crashing right before confirming the return of the truck and he yelled again that the store was closed and to get out of there. I am disgusted at how they treat a customer who was having issues. I understand that the store closes at 7. All he had to do was to tell me that and to give me the U-Haul customer service phone number but he slammed the door in my face almost catching my hand that was holding the door. I have rented 3 trucks over the span of a week and this is the one location to which I will never come back.

Pay your employees more money because every time I go there," I always see rookies that dont have computer skills. And your equipment needs tee maintenance because last tow dolly I rented was so loud because I noticed lose bolts and zerk fittings that haven't been greased," And to top it off the straps are in damage conditions, that twice I had to stop to re-strap in a 152 mile drive. I almost lost my load twice and thank god I seen the issue because if not someone would of got injured. This why you guys need better managers with better salaries.

I rated poor service because I arrived at the facility and got in a very long line at 9:50am for a 10:00am reservation on 10/06/2019 and waited in line until 11:40am. Waiting in line for 2 hours was a HUGE inconvenience and is UNACCEPTABLE.

You guys need an elevator in that storage or a ramp of some sort. Loading things on a cart to then take them down stairs to another cart is really inefficient. Should be cheaper for the inconvenience.
