The frustration we had was they added $8 warranty that we did not ask for or need and also the insistence on multiple phone contracts for us and other contracts for reference with first last and relationship is intrusive and ridiculous considering we have never had problems renting or returning in past they should see our history and know we are trusted renters the requirements are absurdClemon B.

I had got my services only to just arrive and get my rental but I had to wait for another truck due to bad smell, aside I paid over money because they didn't provide the additional tool I need to lift my things. I would recommend this location only for the choices and availability of trucks/trailers however my recent rental was for a trailer. The wait time to pick up and drop off was ridiculously long. It took me near an hour each time. To pick up, not all staff was knowledgeable in hitching up, manager had to step in to complete it and it was better but overall it caused frustration.Lisa B.

Associate that check you vehiculo returned, needs to be train. Because the last 2 times I returned my rental I was charged 1200 miles, when I used only 90M the second time they try to charge my for a full thank of gas when it was only a 1/4 tank when I picked it.ENRIQUE R.

Lots of problems truck was at 8:30!available but given to another customer another truck was to arrive at 10:00 didn't arrive until 11:00 by the time it was cleaned and ready it was 12:30 we did the paperwork and found out that truck could not leave the city we reserved a one way called customer service directed us to another uhaul and we're satisfied left 5 hours later Than planedstan diane B.

I am very disappointed with this specific location because the person who "helped" me when dropping off my truck over charged me $800 dollars plus the amount I initially owed that was $150. On top of that I had to wait more than 3 business days because the Holidays where happening and so I couldn't get my money back asap. It is unacceptable. I couldn't pay my rent on time and all my other bills that where due within that same weekend. Overall Horrible experience!Esperanza C.

The trailer that I reserved in advance and was guaranteed would be available, WAS NOT. I reserved and needed a trailer with ramp, but there was not one available on day of pickup. I was not able to use the trailer they substituted because it didn't have a ramp. This was a waste of travel and moving day.DEBORAH A.

Pleased with my experience at foothill in Fontana. The staff there were helpful. Even tho the call center messed me up 2x and sent me to wrong places that had no availability for storage and promised me a unit there, foothill was able to give me a unit. Only thing is they are very busy here, long line of people but I guess it was because it was the first of the month.Ernesto L.
Waiting was ridiculously long. The brakes on the truck did not stop very well. I pumped them to ensure a stop. Also the drive gear shaft toggled between D and 3rd gear. It should be looked at. I told the employee about it hope it didn't fall on deaf ears. Overall service was unsatisfactory. You need more employees to offer better customer service.Loatha C.

The gas tank was empty when I was told it would be 1/8. I was told to hurry up and fill it. I paid to fill it up but got no money back, because it was a little below 1/4. When I told the guy he said that they had been stealing their gas. The people shouldn't pay for that. It's not our fault but it is us who suffer that. Overall, pretty unjust.oscar E.

Hi I didn’t understand why ? He took a picture of my card and then when asked he stated he do that, but when I asked so why are you using it By hand in the computer 🤔🤔🤔🤔we do both he said. Explain why no answer. My card to go into the building didn’t work. They tried with no idea why. So she tossed by card in the trash. She wanted 6 numbers and I asked for information on how to get in she said * then the six numbers then#. That didn’t work . U-Haul's very competitive, perhaps best, prices while not imposing a greedy move-in fee is a refreshing surprise. Getting stuff into my 2nd-floor unit without an elevator was a bit awkward, but I'm a better man --pumping iron-- without the noise, and I likely saved time. The office person forgot to give me a map of the units in the hallways, and there's no arrowed marquee and no unit numbers marked at each of the numerous halls of units and stairways leading to the 2nd-floor halls. Unfortunately the storage was not available. Staff offered a storage that was almost double the price so I declined. I reserved the 1st floor $59.99. Staff was nice. However, I feel like they wait until customers arrive and then are forced to modify the reservation in order to make more money. Totally unprofessional. The only reason I would not recommend this facility to a friend is because they have regular sized doors instead of the garage pull up doors so it was hard to place things . The height of the storage isn’t very high. And the hallways to the storage are narrow . I know this is a storage but they have mouse traps inside of the unit which takes a little space and it’s a little sketchy because I’ve never seen traps inside storage could be a good or a bad thing. If you don’t have large couches to move in this space would be good for you . Also Miguel knows how to handle difficult customers. I was helped by him initially and he was very pleasant but when I came back I received another girl which was pleasant as well and then was helped by another girl which complicated certain things because they did not relay messages on .
