Our move was horrible but they helped us so much. Even when we had to extend our reservations twice they were very helpful. Thank you so much!

The staff and location were easy to work with and helpful. They were lacking some moving supplies that I would have purchased if available. The greatest issue was upon return 1. We were unable to get the app to work due to connectivity in the area, 2. My wife called to confirm our return of the equipment prior to our due time/date was placed on hold and they NEVER returned to help us. Waited over 30 mins before we hung up. 3. The return parking area was horrible. That’s not the fault of the team, however better guidance for the customers dropping equipment could significantly reduce the congestion. We were returning a 6’x12’ trailer which is too heavy to manually reposition. It took us about 45 mins to position the trailer in a way that didn’t block the rest of the drive and allowed us to still depart, however if the trucks hadn’t blocked access to the other half of the lot this wouldn’t have been an issue and would have been a far faster drop for us and whomever returned after us.

Was very frustrated to be told my reserved equipment was not available when I arrived. But while my customer service person was checking other locations, someone returned the equipment I needed. But was very setup to arrive and be told they didn't have what I reserved, especially when I called 30 minutes before arriving and was confirmed that they had my trailer.

The customer parking is very limited, and the area is not posted; most of the space on the lot is occupied by trucks and vans. In addition, there is a long wait time to get assistance, so an extra clerk would be helpful

Very rude and arrogant employees, looking for an excuse not to help, they do not have any clues of how to treat clients! with a confirmed reservation they made me wait over an hour to get a trailer! stay away from this place they are rude!

HORRIBLE! We were moved from our original location to another location. We should have received a 50 dollars for the reservation guarantee promised. The second location never opened and we should have received another 50 dollars guarantee. We went to a third location they did not have anything available. We finally went to our fourth location waited in line for an hour and finally got our car after 2 hours of going from location to location to location. Absolutely ridiculous! The workers at location at Sierra were nice and helpful the only positive to a negative moving experience

The personnel were friendly but the location needs other people for help. I was in line for an hour which was ridiculous, even though I had done Express check in the previous night. After checking in I still had to wait another 25 minutes just for the trailer hook up. Wasted 1 hour and a half of the time was allowed with the trailer.

I reserved a trailer in the morning(none available till after 3), there was “0” on list but 8 in the lot. I got fed a bullshit shit line there there aren’t any to use and then he took another one from someone else’s reservation (as long as I could have it back in an hour) and charged me full price. I have never had this issue with the location, I use it for car trailers very often. This was a complete scam. Under staffed for the location and business. Thanks.....

It was absolutely the worse customer service I ever experienced in my life. My reservation was for 830 am. I arrived a little early. I waited in line for over an hour to get my trailer.... then. When I finally did get to the counter. Everything I did online to "expedite " pickup. The counter person then had to do again?!?!??!!?! The only good thing about the visit was Larry out in the yard by himself!!!! This uhaul visit was a total disappointment

Just next time please make sure doors are lock as I drove away with the back door open and was lucky I did not hit a car.

First, Provide clean trucks that are not empty of fuel and a little courteous customer service improvement is needed. The manager here is very short and lacks the customer focus attitude. Also, with making a reservation, you would assume that the service contract can be completed relatively quickly. Be prepared to wait in excess of an hour WITH a reservation.

You guys need an elevator in that storage or a ramp of some sort. Loading things on a cart to then take them down stairs to another cart is really inefficient. Should be cheaper for the inconvenience.
