There is a definite problem with this location, but the problem is not with the people, but the POS equipment, which has hung up on my credit/debit card on two separate visits. The first visit where this occured was not a problem, but on this particular visit the problems were bad enough that my card was marked as possibly stolen by my bank and I was unable to use my card for anything. The problems with your POS equipment should be responsive to better training (the U-Haul employee did not immediately check his contract database to see whether the card had been accepted on the first try) and to better equipment - your POS equipment simply should not be doing this stuff. I am not happy!

When I went to pick up , the young lady was very rude , she makes you feel like if you are asking to borrow the trailer for free ,very unprofessional, if you need to call me this is my number 909-695-6567 , both the girl inside the office and the girl that is giving the equipment need retraining on customer service , , maybe a little hi or good morning , would make a big difference , I would never go back to your facility

Trailer tail gate had been previously drug on highway and had ground and very sharp edges .. my friend cut his hand on this.. when I retuned it ..they put it out of service.. They had known this and rented it anyway.

Where I dropped off the trailer that location informed me that the trailer I had was NOT the trailer listed on the contract I had. Then after I was done unloading the trailer into 1 of your storage units for the free 30 day use (1 hour and 30 minutes past the time I was supposed to turn the trailer in) I asked the employee if there was an additional fee I had to pay or anything an hr told me no, we're all good. Less than 2-3 hours later I received 2 different emails stating that I owe $29.55 and $59.55. I have been too busy finalizing my move back to California and setting up other accounts she even take the time out to respond to those who emails it was his what really pissed me off. If your employee at the drop off location located at 16823 E. Foothill Blvd. Fontana, CA 92335 would have TOLD ME AT THE TIME I WAS DONE WITH THE TRAILER I would have paid what I owed, I had the cash on me then. But if this is how you choose to do business now, I WILL NEVER USE AND RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!! If you have ANY questions call me, Shawn Calhoun (909) 609-1996

I had problems returning the vehicle using the uhaul app. Luckily a phone call resolved my issue. Excellent customer service from the employees at this location, the customer service rep on the phone, and the manager at this location!

Nothing against this location but it was too cluttered as we pulled in there were two associates ans no one directed us or greeted us. This was not the location i requested drop off at. I called uhaul advising that I was going to be late and confirmed the drop off location and the representative said she would update the notes because they will be harassing me ......... i arrive at the location and the representative said ‘they told you to bring the truck here ?’ I showed her my preprinted palerwork from the day prior and she just said her location was full and to take the truck to another location. Never using Uhaul again.

I have rent truck before for 2 or 3 days and I always return the vehicle in time even half day before, and today just because I get the truck 1 hr late i got chance 2 days, I think the it’s just not fair Tank you anyways

Unfortunately I feel the equipment I rented was not well maintained. As I filled up the tank to return the vehicle, the gauge did not move. I stopped fueling, turned on/off the ignition several times and the gauge never moved. I know in my personal vehicle the gas gauge reflects “real-time.” Since the Uhaul truck’s gas gauge did not reflect real-time but jumped moments later, I overfilled the truck. This resulted in my paying more for fuel than necessary. In essence, I gave Uhaul a $50 tip. Needless to say, I’m not too happy about that.

I’m going to have to dispute the amount of gas I had to put into the truck that I rented. I drove my vehicle about 15-16 miles yet had to put $17.20 worth of gas just to fill 1/8 of a tank.

Have adult workers that know how to be professional about their job. For instance, if I have to call 4 times and still no response then what is the point of having a company phone number . When I got there the associates that serve your company were not necessarily the most friendly and most of them had attitudes and the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this Uhaul to anyone.
