Please improve the information system. I wouldn't be surprised if you were using a dial up modem. Your IT manager should be under investigation. What should have been a 15 minute transaction turned into 3+ hours to secure a reservation. That alone should register a failing grade. If it wasn't for the great customer service skills of the manager Kenneth Williams, this would have been a total disaster. Put 5x9 trailers in your data base!!!!!

Let me first start by saying that I had some issues during my move and called u haul customer service twice. During both of those interactions the representatives were sensitive to my situation and offered solutions that exceeded my expectations. I was beyond satisfied with the professionalism and responsiveness of your corporate customer service reps. My only issue with my experience was the condition of the truck I rented. The cargo area of the truck was fairly clean however the exterior of the truck was unacceptable. The mirrors and windshield were filthy making it difficult to see at night, especially in a 26 foot truck. I worked for u haul when I was younger and we washed down every truck inside and out before letting them go out for rental. I will likely not be visiting this location again, which was a corporate location. My other issue was the maintenance of the truck. Whenever I accelerated beyond 45 mph the truck began to shake uncontrollably. I found that I had to reduce speed or risk all of my valuables being thrown around in the cargo area of the truck. My expectation is that the vehicles are clean and well maintained. If not for the excellent customer service I received from your customer service agents, I would likely choose a different company for my next move.

The wait to pick-up my trailer that I reserved online was over a half hour, I know it is the first of the month and rentals would be high, but it seems to me u haul would know this better than me and should be ready and accustom to this.

First of all the back of the van was not clean. There was bark and dirt along with several nails. The cab area was okay. The concave mirror below the rear view mirror on the passengers side was missing which made it extremely difficult to see any vehicles next to me when changing lanes. I should have been given another van but I had already spent over an hour and a half waiting to be served then another 30 minutes to get the van. For a Saturday morning business day there should have been at least as many people outside if not more pulling vehicles for customer as there were inside. But the worst part is allowing a vehicle to even leave the premises that could quite possibly cause an accident because of a small thing as a mirror. I was not a happy camper the whole time I was driving that van...

Fast and helpful hints for hooking up car dolly. What I really think uhaul can do to improve it's wonderful service is pass out mints and promotional products especially mugs with your logo. The pen run out to quickly at locations. Donate used trucks to nonprofits.

As I arrived, I activated the express check in button located at the front of the store. No one came to help. In stead, I entered the store and waited behind a few customers renting trucks that day. I do not see a need for an express button if you are going to end up having your customers wait in line inside the store anyways. Other than that, the employee who brought me my vehicle and checked it back in later that day was helpful.

I have never been so insulted. It was an awful experience. At least the manager was able to come up with a solution when i dropped off the truck.



The original pick up location was horrible. The person was not there to rent me the truck.



The location is excellent, my only complaint is: you guys need more personal, every time I go to rent anything I have to wait for a long time. I the is the first time I encounter a good costumer service person. other times I feel like they do not want to be there.
