5.23.16. The only inconvenience I had was, I couldnt pay with cash which caused me to go deposit money in my account ( my time was altered) also the TPMS light was on along with another light that I didnt know what it was for. I had no interruption in the performance of the van. It drove good. The staff of u.haul was very kind, courteous and happy. I,m glad I chose your location.

I ordered a refrigerator dolly, it was confirmed but never entered into my order. The voice recording would prove this to be true. I explained this to the manager on site, he refused to assist me with obtaining a replacement, poor customer service.

All customer service was excellent! My ONLY issue is that I asked for TWO days rather than one for a one-way rental. I also asked for the mileage to be doubled, and that couldn't be done. Not a BIG deal because the attendant was VERY helpful. Thanks!

I rented a uhaul truck twice in about a month. I had to wait about an hour both times to get to the front of the line even though I had a reservation. The second time I rented the truck, I checked it out on Sunday morning and returned it around 7:30 pm, yet I received several calls the next day saying that I still had the truck out. I called several times and no one could find the truck. I literally had to drive to the Fontana store to be told that they had just found the truck. The employees in the morning did not check it in and only moved it. Never was I offered an apology to this matter. I will be needing to move again in September but I refuse to your this store for the poor quality of service and lack of customer attention. I will never recommend this store.

We paid for the truck inside that we reserved. Not sure what good the express pick up did online to speed things up. After we paid we went out to have the guy retrieve our vehicle. The gentleman's name was Carlos and my god did he walk slow. He was in no hurry to get the blankets we ordered or the appliance dolly. Obviously he does not get graded on how quickly a person waits for their truck. And he was young too. So age is not a factor. He wasn't rude just slow. I just hated the lack of caring for his job and the lack of caring about my time. Fortunately moving does not happen frequently. If it did then I would have to possibly look for another location for this service.

Picking up was very fast and there was no lines like there has been in the past. The return part was slow because there was only two people handling things on the yard and everyone was returning the trucks and trailers so it was backed up but they did apologize and got to me as soon as they could

So I learned my lesson. Don't rent from an authorized dealer, just find a U-Haul and save yourself the hassle. After the horrid experience at Valero I dropped the trailer off as a night drop and then came in the next day to make sure everything was squared away. It being the first of the month, there was a long line and the employee was running the counter alone as best he could. When we got to him he was polite, professional and courteous even though all he did was close out my ticket. I regret not getting his name, but I came in between 9:00-10:00 a.m. on May 1, 2016 if that is any help. This employee ensured I will be returning to U-Haul in the future despite the bad experience of the morning.

It took 45 minutes to sign the papers and get the keys. The guy processing everything was throwing multiple times, and in front of my son. Thus, making us late to a previous appointed destination we had weeks innadvanced. I was told on the phone one price. After returning the vehicle I was charged $16, no one at the site or phone have any idea why and reuse to reverse the charge. I turned the vehicle with 1/4 tank MORE than what was required. I shouldn't be charged. If anything a Thank You or reimbursement.

When I made my reservation by phone, I requested a utility dolly, but when I picked up 26 ft truck, I was informed that they didn't have anymore. Then they told me they would put moving blankets in the truck, but they didnt. I ended up going to home Depot to rent a dolly and buy blankets. Had I known accessories that I needed were not available I would have rented elsewhere.
