To pick up the rental was great, the employee was really professional and nice, picking up the uhaul was horrible. The man checking it in was extremely rude, cussed at my husband, looked at us, rolled his eyes and ignored us when we asked where to park the uhaul while checking it in. They had uhauls parked down the street in the street. Definitely need some changes to staff. Would never rent from this location again. I owe $41 and I know I didn't go over on mileage. Other than the woman who checked us in, this place was rediculous.

WOW!!! I will not be using this location again. I have used it over the last 2+ years, and I just don’t have enough life in this old body to spend time waiting to get a gosh darn rental trailer. Nice enough folks, so feel for them, but enough is enough.

We were waiting in line for 30 -40 minutes, which seems ridiculously too long to me. The employees were polite and apologized for the wait. So the employees were great, the wait was not.

Understaffed, had to provide three phone numbers for contacts and they had to call them right there and then!!!! Horrible policy. Felt like a criminal. They need two separate lines. One for people who already reserved a truck and another for walk ins. I had reserved my truck and still had to wait in long line inside the hot store. Horrible experience

Waited in line for over an hour with Express check-in girl was Obnoxious rude disrespectful and unprofessional. I made this reservation over 2 weeks ago and she tells me they don’t have a truck for me and I responded with I just waited in line for over an hour with a confirmed reservation so I hope your going to upgrade me. Her response was “you shouldn’t of heard that conversation and those trucks are already booked “ to which I said” your right I shouldn’t of heard that I just waited over an hour for a confirmed reservation and my truck was supposed to be booked too” she continued fumbling around on her phone not knowing how to get drivers license in correct place and after 15 minutes of waiting I suggested maybe he he lady next to you can show you how to get this done because she’s already checked in 2 people. Her response was it was the U-Haul system and I said it seems to be working fine on hers maybe you could use hers to get me going. By this time I’ve been there for over 2 hours. She finally ask the worker next to her for help only to find out she was doing everything completely wrong. I wasn’t the only person complaining believe me. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism and such disregard for your customer. I think a root canal would of been a better experience than what I had to endure. I will absolutely never ever in this lifetime frequent your company again.

The Manager deliberately instructed her employee to give me a dirty truck that returned over night. My reservation was confirmed the night before for first 7:30 am and when I arrived I noticed that there were 3 trucks in the return Lane that appeared to have returned the night prior. There were clean and ready to go trucks on the lot and the employee was initially looking for my truck in these sections until realizing that it was one of the dirty ones that returned without a check in. While in the lobby initially checking in I noted that the manager advised the employee to take the keys that were on the out of service hook. This is poor service and a manager should know better than this! I spoke with the district manager about the poor service received and anticipate his actions or attempt in reconciling this situation. By the way, I attempted to go into the store after receiving the dirty truck to express my dissatisfaction with the manger and she ( Deborah) picked up the phone acting like she had a call and would not even give eye contact. I discussed this with Thomas the district manager.

Three working phone numbers is a little much. It makes a long line and upsets everyone waiting in that line, who are already in a rush to move their stuff. No reflection of service, this is a policy issue.

For the new training associates in my customer opinion should not argue with the customer over an ordered reservation as I had to request manager assistance with my reservation due to complications of my order and having the right items available to the customer at the location requested not being advised that a different location had my item available not at the location I had checked on and prior requested.

The staff was great but the 20 foot truck was in poor condition. The front needed alignment and so the truck drifted on the road. The engine light was also on indicating it was in need of service. Overall I would give the employees 10 stars - especially the kind lady who checked us in and the guy outside with the tats. The guy with the tats checked me in and noted the problems with the truck.

I filled tank full on Chevron gas station on Baseline/cherry and charge 2 gallons $10.40. it is not justified. .I need refund fuel charge. immediately. From chevron to u-haul destination is not more five miles. i can not use two gallons.

I waited over an hour in line to get the trailer that I had reserved.. Initially there was only one person working the computer and one standing around and talking while there were 8 people in line. If you are going to make people wait that long, at least have chairs for them so they don't have to sit on the floor or the stacked boxes. The people in the lot were very helpful. Also when I brought the trailer back, it was a very easy process. I'd rather go to U-haul Ontario. They are more organized.

Took forever to get helped, and then the help was far below average on expertise. Icspent 1hr+ from entering the office to leaving the lot with a rental trailer. Lot staff didn't even know what a 7-pin flat trailer connector is. I reserved on website, and nowhere did it say what is required electrically to hook up to a standard tow package. Had to buy a $ 13.00 adapter for a trailer rental that cost $ 14.95. Then was told that I needed 2 independent aside from my own phone numbers to verify my rental. Extremely cumbersome, time consuming nd frustrating to rent from Uhaul. The equipment worked well, but didn't include essential straps to hold a motorcycle on a --- MOTORCYCLE--trailer. In any case, I got the job done, but it was stressful, made me late for pickup at my friends house, and frustrated with Uhaul client services.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience due to a long wait time, poor customer service and the inefficiency overall. My appointment was at 7 to pick up my vehicle. I preregistered online for fast check out, that did nothing. It literally took almost an hour and a half to actually get the truck I rented. I didn’t leave the premises til 8:27 am. I was extremely disappointed in the wait time and when I asked what I could do at the desk to make things faster or perhaps expedite the experience the Uhaul representative said to me, “It takes this long because we got to make sure y’all don’t steal our trucks.” After waiting for over an hour in line, I got to the desk and was required to Call and get 2 people on the phone that could “vouch for me.” No prior warning and no signs posted to explain that to any of us in line. I was just extremely disappointed with the whole experience and will never rent from U-Haul again.
