After we received three different texts telling up vehicle was ready for pickup and none of the locations sent us code, would pickup phone for us to get keys we went back to Fulton industrial location and eventually they called manager and got us a bigger truck. It took us three hours to do all of this which is unacceptable!! We were told to let fill out review and we would be given a $50 credit. It was stressful and it should have been easy. The employees were as helpful as they could be and did what they could. But we ran out of daylight trying to pack truck because of the 3 hour delay.

Owner did not file autopay even after I filled out the paperwork in front of her, so I got changed with a late fee. They keep sending late payment emails even after I cleared the matter up. The doors rarely open. They never answer the phone. In fact, every time I go in the phone doesn't ring leading me to believe they turned it off. They don't answer the coms at the storage doors when they don't open. They claim it's broken but never fix it (it's a brand new storage facility.)

I'm sure they mean no harm but they are hood as ever. No protocol or formal anything. They treat and talk to you like you're their annoying homeboy. Just because I'm also a person of color does not make that acceptable. The overall vibe is that they are doing you the favor when in reality is without us coming in you'd be laid off.

The issue I experienced with my storage code was quickly resolved by the GM Danielle. I will definitely refer this location to friends and family!! Keep up the great work!! They take pride in their store and it reflects in their attitude.

Service was exceptional! Truck running very poorly. Needs service bad! The key drop box was very difficult to locate. Finally located it after fifteen minutes of searching. I suggest that you point it out to customers since its not in an obvious nor traditional location..

I didn't receive a receipt when I turned the truck in the day before it was due, even though I asked for a receipt. The next day I received an email and a phone call that I did not return the truck. Later the same day, I received an invoice for not returning the truck on time. I had to call Uhaul twice and was told that the extra charge would be reversed and that a manager would call me. I have not heard from a manager yet. The charge for the extra day is still on my account.

I showed up to pick up my reserved truck at 10:35. There were two guests in front of me and it took the associate 25 mins to handle both guest, which caused me to be late and my reservation cancelled. The associate was not wearing a mask at all on the premise. After completing a new reservation, I was shown to the truck for inspection. The 10' truck I picked up was not properly checked in previously by the other associate, causing the gas mileage on the contract vs the actual to be incorrect. The associate outside admitted she didn't check in correctly and instructed me to “take a picture” to confirm the variance. There was no sense of urgency at this location, in addition to a lack to safety/awareness regarding COVID. I don't ever expect to rent with this location again.

The original reservation was not at this location it was changed less than 24 hours before pickup. The equipment included with the CONFIRMED reservation was NOT available. Thanks to the efforts of Danielle o waa able to get the equipment. The Cobb location was useless and unprofessional in handling this reservation which had been booked and confirmed well in advance.

I made a reservation 10 days in advance for an 8 am pickup. I arrived at 7:45 am and no one came to the desk to assist with checking in until around 8:20. When I finally start I'm informed that the auto-hauler I reserved isn't available, again I made the reservation 10 days in advance to ensure everything went smoothly. At first the guy tried to be accommodating and upgraded my truck size for the inconvenience and found a location I could go to which was a good 30 minutes away and would have been another 45 minute drive back and I had movers scheduled for 9 am meaning I would likely not be back until 10 am at the earliest. Eventually he finds one available at his location that was registered as broken, but wasn't?, so I was finally able to start checking in. When he gets to the payment portion he tells me I owe over $1000 which doesn't make sense because I have a corporate voucher that covered everything. I decided to try and call my relo person to get clarification but didn't have any luck due to the time difference so I opted to just put everything on my card and let it get worked out afterwards and hop back in line again. After another hour I'm finally back at the desk and try to finalize the process but there's an error message so he had to start over again. When he finally gets back to entering my vehicle information for the auto-hauler he tells me it won't actually work. That's extremely odd because the original uhaul rep said it would, it worked when I confirmed my reservation, and it worked the first 2x he entered it in! I explained that to him and he says something along the lines of "there's nothing I can do, the system says it won't work." What the actual fuck! He was the same person that entered it in earlier so he knows it does which means it was either a glitch in the system or he selected the wrong auto-hauler yet he refused to do anything about it. At this point I had been there roughly 3 hours and I fully admit I was fuming at that time so I told him he needed to call someone to fix the issue as I was already having to pay my movers extra since they were scheduled from 9-11 and I was still at the Uhaul shop at 11 and there was absolutely no way I could postpone my 1200 mile move! Instead of calling someone he takes a uhaul pen out of a cup and slides it to me and says here's the number...! I get out of line, again, and try calling the GM of the location but it goes to VM and her box was full so no luck, I try and call corporate but after being on hold for 20 minutes without speaking to someone I hang up and try my relo person, luckily this time I get her. After explaining everything to her she let's me know she's calling someone asap so I get back in line. Once I finally make it to the front I'm assisted by a young lady that just arrived and she did her best to assist but it's now showing the auto-hauler the previous person told me was available isn't actually available and all they have are units that have to be returned to that location. I finally get a call from the Uhaul rep and he gets everything sorted out and I was finally able to finalize everything but I still had to put almost $1400 down on my card. I make my way to the vehicle and the guy from earlier is working on setting it up and walks back inside after about 5 minutes. I thought he was going back in to pick up the dollies I had reserved but after another 5-10 minutes of waiting I head back inside and see him back at the desk. I go up and he starts going over how I need to make another $750 payment because I've only paid the deposit, or something, which made absolutely no sense as I show him the receipt from earlier and the alert from my card company showing the charge. He finally just gives up and says he'll let the GM handle it when she gets back and I FINALLY get the auto-hauler attached so I can leave after over 4 hours! I know some things were out of his control and that it was, apparently, his day off but he came in because the GM was having "lady problems" and needed time off, his words not mine. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had and I will never use uhaul again in the future even if it costs more to use someone else! Sorry for any typos as I'm doing this from my phone but I hope you can feel the rage and frustration I experienced!

The experience at this location was great. I attempted to rent a truck from ASAP printing on Donald Hollowell in Atlanta just to find out that after paying for the truck the air conditioning was inoperable. I shared this with the clerk prior to leaving the lot but was told she could not process a refund and that I should call 800 Go Uhaul. After calling I was told that the refund should have been processed at the location that I attempted to rent from and that it could have been done without issue. Disappointing.

When i originally booked, it was for a location closer to my house but becuz the trailer i wanted wasnt there had to go to this one farther away. But, the location i rented from was real good- knew what they were doinf, and i felt they vhecked out the equipment which made me feel safe.

My total experience was a nightmare. After making a reservation the day before my move, the pickup location was changed by Uhaul 3 times without notification; meaning I found out after going to the location that they either did not have my reservation or did not have a truck to rent. Each time I had to call the corporate office and was given another location to go to 3 MORE TIMES. At the 4th location on Fulton Industrial Blvd, there still was no truck in the size I requested. After almost an hour of waiting and 2 hours from my reserved pickup time, I ultimately was given a much larger truck that drove poorly and smoked. I ended up paying the movers more money because we were late getting a truck, and $125.14 for my experience with Uhaul. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!! EVER!!

I ordered this truck on Monday, 10th and I received a call on Thursday @5:30 pm telling me they switched my pickup location. Saturday 15th I had a pickup time of 8am and the place you sent me didn't open until 10am. So then I traveled to two different stores to try and get a truck and then after 1.5 hours I finally received my truck. My question is why have “reservations” if you can't reserve my truck when I ordered it? I'm very unhappy with the overall day with Uhaul. I had a small window to move into my new apt and we ended up missing out window and had to move all of our belongings from a farther drop off point because of Uhaul. I'm unsure why I had to paid the amount I did when Uhaul made the mistake and I had to pay for the extra miles traveled. Doesn't make sense to me.

I did the Uhaul share program to ensure a “fast smooth pickup”. Your app switched my locations to a further location so I had to pay more in mileage. You should offer a credit when you switch someone's location last minute. Or you should update your app so inventory is up to date on where you can rent from. Then when I got to place, your contactless program had me go inside and wait next to a long line of people only to find out they didn't have my key. Your app should confirm with location they have everything before someone drives all way there for “fast smooth pickup”. Why would you offer contactless pickup and then tell them to go inside? I waited for 30 minutes. I don't blame the store. I blame Uhaul for false advertising of contactless pickup and for changing locations on me after my confirmation causing me extra miles expenses. I will actively tell people not to use this service.

I love Danielle.....she's amazing. They have a courtesy moving roller cart.... I had so many big boxes and bags so using that particular rolling cart i was able to unload my things from their uhaul truck into their shortag storage in no time. Thanks so much.God bless
