After we received three different texts telling up vehicle was ready for pickup and none of the locations sent us code, would pickup phone for us to get keys we went back to Fulton industrial location and eventually they called manager and got us a bigger truck. It took us three hours to do all of this which is unacceptable!! We were told to let fill out review and we would be given a $50 credit. It was stressful and it should have been easy. The employees were as helpful as they could be and did what they could. But we ran out of daylight trying to pack truck because of the 3 hour delay.
The staff listened to my needs and were so accommodating. I last-minute booked and they treated me as if I were a vip customer. DANIELLE, and Eden were great. Thank you!

I'm sure they mean no harm but they are hood as ever. No protocol or formal anything. They treat and talk to you like you're their annoying homeboy. Just because I'm also a person of color does not make that acceptable. The overall vibe is that they are doing you the favor when in reality is without us coming in you'd be laid off.
The issue I experienced with my storage code was quickly resolved by the GM Danielle. I will definitely refer this location to friends and family!! Keep up the great work!! They take pride in their store and it reflects in their attitude.
Service was exceptional! Truck running very poorly. Needs service bad! The key drop box was very difficult to locate. Finally located it after fifteen minutes of searching. I suggest that you point it out to customers since its not in an obvious nor traditional location..
I have to say that the first place 300 Peter at in Atlanta's is a 0!!!! Wish I could review them also
I didn't receive a receipt when I turned the truck in the day before it was due, even though I asked for a receipt. The next day I received an email and a phone call that I did not return the truck. Later the same day, I received an invoice for not returning the truck on time. I had to call Uhaul twice and was told that the extra charge would be reversed and that a manager would call me. I have not heard from a manager yet. The charge for the extra day is still on my account.
I showed up to pick up my reserved truck at 10:35. There were two guests in front of me and it took the associate 25 mins to handle both guest, which caused me to be late and my reservation cancelled. The associate was not wearing a mask at all on the premise. After completing a new reservation, I was shown to the truck for inspection. The 10' truck I picked up was not properly checked in previously by the other associate, causing the gas mileage on the contract vs the actual to be incorrect. The associate outside admitted she didn't check in correctly and instructed me to â€œtake a pictureâ€ to confirm the variance. There was no sense of urgency at this location, in addition to a lack to safety/awareness regarding COVID. I don't ever expect to rent with this location again.

I didn't plan to rent a truck that day. I suddenly needed one, and this was the nearest location. Your staff were kind, courteous, professional, and I was able to get back where I needed to be before they closed. I really needed to make this pickup, and the folks at this location made it possible. Thanks!

A friend and of mine was taking snd dropping it off for me because it was so difficult for me to drive it. When he got it it was in perfect condition and I thought he dropped it off the day it was due back
The original reservation was not at this location it was changed less than 24 hours before pickup. The equipment included with the CONFIRMED reservation was NOT available. Thanks to the efforts of Danielle o waa able to get the equipment. The Cobb location was useless and unprofessional in handling this reservation which had been booked and confirmed well in advance.
