They have two restrooms and both were closed for maintenance and they were the only two that they had and my lady friend is on crutches and she had to use the restroom bad and I think that they should have had both of them in operation but so at least one of the two should have been in operation.

I am extremely upset that I am still dealing with a balance after speaking to Xavier and Jada. I returned my rental truck on 27 October 2025. I received a call on 29 October 2025 asking me was I still using the truck. I explained that I returned the truck and even told where I parked the vehicle. I was assured that the charges were going to removed immediately, but I received ANOTHER invoice for payment

Every other Uhaul Storage I've used has the large, automatic doors stay open until 10 p.m. However, this 1 locks those doors ar 7 p.m.! What a HUGE AND INCONVENIENT PROBLEM!! Having to use the walk through doors and entered my code EVERY TIME!! RIDICULOUS AND DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER CONVENIENT but a HUGE PROBLEM!! It takes twice as long after 7 p.m. when they LOCK THE LARGE SLIDING GLASS DOORS to just get into the building and this cuts down on my efficiency!!

Danielle was amazing, her customer service was outstanding. She was fast and friendly with everyone. She knew all the details about my service. She had a great attitude. She had a sense of humor and enthusiasm while helping me. Rico was also outstanding with assisting me with picking out my truck and help me navigate through the check in process. I really enjoy doing business at this location. The employees are very friendly and personable. However, it used to be that they brought the vehicle to you, now you have to go find the vehicle on the lot (by license plate number) and they usually have several. Overall, its been good.

Jada DESERVES A MASSIVE RAISE. When I had to come in to get my trailer, she 1 person with her for a few minutes then I observed her acknowledge me and deal with 2 customers in the store simultaneously AAAAAND take 3 calls SIMULTANEOUSLY...and I mean taking care of all of us at THE SAME TIME. Proficient!!!! Clear!! Kind!! To watch her do all that AND communicate with the staff to get everyone their truck or someone to show a customer their storage unit location...I almost broke out in a praise. Jada did that. She was definitely doing 3 people's job at once. She more than deserves a raise and 3 day weekends REGULARLY without any pay decrease. Jada is amazing!!!!

We ordered 4 boxes from Uhaul in GA. They were supposed to arrive in WA by July 12. 2 of them did. The other 2 did not. They were still in GA. So, we called and they said they’d ship those 2 to WA. Meanwhile, Uhaul sent the 2 in WA back to GA and charged us 4K +. We are in the midst of trying to get it straightened out. It’s such a massive FUBAR…it’s unbelievable. I cannot and will not recommend U Haul ever again and I will never use their services again.

Get rid of those crappy GMC vehicles. They drive so terribly. The people and the location are excellent though. Your check in app is terrible. I have rented several times from U-Haul. To check out with mobile app it wanted my drivers license but then wanted another persons info or my lease or my passport. These are unacceptable.

And if you lose the key to your lock, they charge $50 to cut lock off-be fr, rip off. Do it yourself free. Probably would have stayed longer if the price didn’t increase every year for a small room. Once I got threatened a fee for not entering code in the keypad box after hours. I never recd a notice about it being a requirement.

I returned my rental truck on the same day and was charged for 2 days rental. To make matters worse the guy who I turned the keys into told me i didn't have to do anything else and I was good to go. Upon my return I was told by a gentleman that told me that his manager was sitting in the car outside and I would have to wait. He pointed out the window where there was a person sitting in their car smoking. I asked if the manager was working and he responded yes but didn't offer to get the manger just said I had to wait. I told him I had to leave and he asked if I needed a receipt or could it be emailed. I told him I would have liked a paper receipt but didn't want to wait for the manager to finish smoking. He then took the keys from me . I left there with the manager still sitting in the car smoking. I guess that was more important

I would have liked a return in funds after moving out early. Sometimes I’d have issues accessing my unit after hours and would not be able to contact anyone, sometimes the box would just be non accessible period and no one would be there to help me or the poor workers would have to come allll the way to the storage facility to try and let me in and it would take hours. Also there was dirt and paper in the hallways for a while. It was still there when I left.

The General Manager is very friendly and personable, which I appreciated. However, some of the other staff could improve in terms of customer service. The facility itself is clean and well-lit—no complaints there.
That said, communication around repairs and access could be better. After staff leave at 7 p.m., you're limited to using a small side door that's not ideal for moving larger items. Most of my moving happened on weekends, but I had hoped to do more during the week—it just wasn’t practical due to that door. If there were alternative access options, they weren’t clearly explained to me.
My only reason for moving was cost as it wasn’t feasible long term at the rate I was paying and the expected increases. There is no contract option to lock in your rate, just month to month.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the annual price increases for my storage unit at your facility. Over the past three years, the rent has increased by $10.00 each year, yet there have been no additional services or improvements provided to justify these increases.
As a loyal customer who has consistently paid on time, I believe it is reasonable to expect some form of recognition or discount for my continued patronage. Offering a military or loyalty customer discount would be a great way to show appreciation for customers like myself who have remained faithful to your services.
Additionally, I have noticed that the building has not undergone any significant changes or improvements, and it is often difficult to find carts on the ground level floor. This lack of accessibility further diminishes the value of the increased rent.
I kindly request that you consider implementing a discount program for long-term and military customers, as well as addressing the availability of carts and other amenities. Your attention to these matters would greatly enhance the customer experience and demonstrate U-Haul's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ms. Jaida and her staff were friendly, informative, and amazing. I never had any problems with accessing the facility during and after business hours. The facility was air conditioned and very clean. The price of the unit change every six months or so causing the unit to be pretty expensive by the time I closed my account and moved out.

I reserved a unit ahead of time to make sure that I had what I needed. I also had purchased a lock in advance. I reserved 1 size unit and had a confirmation number. Upon arriving and checking in I was told that unit was no longer available, so why confirm that I have a particular unit reserved in advance just to get there and be told that it’s not available.. I was then told that I had to buy a lock from you all which I think is ridiculous. I was going to pay for the lock in cash and the young lady assisting me told me she was the assistant manager said that she was leaving at 3:00 so I would have to pay with a card because she didn’t want to start a cash drawer, she had 3 hours left before her shift.ended. I feel that it’s very unprofessional to not allow your customers to pay with cash because you don’t want to start a cash drawer and for this reason I would not recommend your location to others.

I needed a 90-day rental for some of my stuff and they had the perfect small room. I was going to upgrade to a bigger storage room however, the pricing was a little high. The facility was always clean and I never saw any bugs. The staff was always busy but they managed to keep you laughing in the midst of chaos. I managed to transfer my stuff to another facility with public storage and I am somewhat regretting it. The comparison of the 2 is that the new place has limited hours and one other issue. I will see how long I will tolerate things there. If a special for a 10x10 comes open, I might bring my stuff back over to this location.

The company is not customer friendly. I checked out with 22 days left on my month's rental. I vacated my unit early and will not receive a partial refund. If I didn't pay the monthly fee I would have been locked out . Is this policy fair to the customer? NO!! I should receive money back because I'm sure the unit was rented immediately. Only reason I’m giving this place below is because I received multiple letters and I received one last year stating my things were auctioned already and then to find out this year my things were still in the unit. I had moved out of state and didn’t bother because I had received that letter last year. So I moved and bought new things thinking my items wasn’t available but to my surprise this year it was. I talked with a representative about this situation and she didn’t seem to care so I just left it alone. Then my things was sold with no costs and left me with a balance which I think isn’t fair or accurate if they sent me a letter last year saying my things was already sold. Wouldn’t suggest this storage to my friends or family. Felt like I was robbed and played for a fool.

The manager and Dee Dee were very nice to me. The manager even went above and beyond to handle an misunderstanding with the guy worker there, he needs to improve on his customer services skills. I saw a few roaches and bugs on the floor when I moved in but I don't think any were in my unit. I was worried about my stuff being there because I didn't want to bring any pests home, but I think management said they sprayed and eventually I did not see any bugs anymore. Other than that, the staff was very very friendly and courteous and helpful and they all made sure that my concerns were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend.

The reason We can’t give an excellent rating is because We were locked out of our unit even though we had paid for the month. Emailed the manager regarding the issue, never heard back. When we signed up for the unit no instructions, nothing was told how to access the unit to prevent the alarm to go off. Every time we went to access the unit the alarm went off even after we were finally told we were to put in our code. Actually that happened with everyone. Communication was lacking.

Great experience. Mrs. Tracy was quick and helpful. It would be amazing if you had numbered signs on the walls in the storage area to indicate which directions the numbers flow in because it’s easy to get turned around in there and end up lost since they don’t flow consecutively. It can be rather inconvenient to waste time running around trying to find your way. Other than that improvement I’d definitely recommend this location to others. Also I hope they locate the round locks soon. The temporary lock they gave me is definitely not as secure.

There was a lady and young gentleman that went over and beyond to help us even stayed after there time even though they clocked out they didn’t stop until I was completely and for that alone y’all need give them people a raise 🤷🏾♂️ Thanks again

I drove 10 hours and when I arrived to the unit. The person on staff left early before 5 and I was unable to get in. I called multiple numbers and no one was able to help. I hired movers to drive from out of town and pack my things only for them to drive another 4 hours with no access. There was no access code to get to the level my unit was on. Now I have a uhaul full of things and no help to unload. Worst experience ever !

This facility was great. The only thing that wasn't was the hours. Working people have a hard time moving in or out between 7am and 7pm. We had to actually take off work to do what we had to do during these hours.

Customer friendly, but it took the employee about 30 mins to get me checked in after I did an online reservation. That was the only hiccup about coming here I was pressed for time and seemed the employee needed more urgency.

Cannot access unit after hours yet but once everything is in place, this will be a nice storage. I did have one problem but Danielle handled it very professionally and courteously and all is well.

Danielle McFarland has to be one of the best customer service representatives I've ever worked with. She was personable, professional, effective and really helped me and my husband out.In fact, after she gave us our paperwork, I noticed her card said "team member since 2012" and I told my husband how I thought that tracked b/c she was obviously so good! Please, give this woman a raise!

Owner did not file autopay even after I filled out the paperwork in front of her, so I got changed with a late fee. They keep sending late payment emails even after I cleared the matter up. The doors rarely open. They never answer the phone. In fact, every time I go in the phone doesn't ring leading me to believe they turned it off. They don't answer the coms at the storage doors when they don't open. They claim it's broken but never fix it (it's a brand new storage facility.)
