Gas was on empty when I was told 1/4 tank full. They did not adjust for gas credit. Was on a 6 hour time frame, however, had to waste an hour to go back, because the dolly was not in the truck as it was supposed to.

The poor office staff had no air conditioning. There was a backup in customer service bc one staff member was late. The man working alone when we first got there on 7/10/19, was OUTSTANDING, knowledgeable, personable, and doing his best to help everyone even thoigh his co-worker was at least an hour (probably more) late. I wish I knew his name.

This is by far the worst location. I would give it negative zero star. Not only was there hardly any gas, the U-Haul was dirty, didn't give us the right car dolly (almost damaged the car when getting it off, due to wrong size) & no furniture dolly was given to us. The service was very poor. Lack of training. The lay out of the inside is not flowing. Cleanliness is very much needed. Please look into this location U-Haul Cooperate. Thank you.

Customers don’t want to or don’t have time to fill up the tank as soon as they get the u Hal. I feel like all U-Haul should be at less at 1/2 a tank so I don’t have to pick up my U-Haul and then go get gas to make sure I didn’t have to stop in the middle of my trips. Also more employees or something 37 mins to check out when there was only one person in front of me is crazy. Worker wasn’t moving slow I guess he was trying to find a registration but it still held me up.

Brock and all of the staff at UHaul in Buffalo at this location where super professional and went out of their way to help us in every way possible. They were very knowledgeable on all the items available for purchase, all the rentals, etc. Best UHaul I have ever been to by far!

trailer hitch wire was frayed on your trailer the uhaul guy plugged it into my truck and blew my truck fuse said it was the trucks fault not the trailer no trailer lights then the guy said i can't rent you the trailer i had to drive around buffalo to find a electrical shop to diagnose the problem. 3 hours later i returned and picked up the trailer what a nightmare

Do not cancel a reservation without customer knowledge and at least know why reservation was canceled to explain it to customers.

This was the single most horrible rental experience I have ever had. It took 6 hrs to get working equipment to me. This was the third contract written to try to get a working trailer. The others are 90714095 and 22798458. I had to keep driving to other locations for equipment. The first trailer had a short in the electric system. I had to buy fuses for my car to replace the ones that failed due to this defect. I currently have 3 charges on my credit card for the same rental.

We had to wait a little bit for our equipment to be hooked up & ready to go, even though we had advanced reservations. Other than that, it was a positive experience. (Just don't be in a hurry.)

I was given a van with the steering mechanism already faulty then u haul is chargeing me for there broke van sont rent from uhaul

I rented a dolly but the first the rep told me dolly was broken, then he comes back and tell me its all good. so I take the car dolly drive to my location like 20 miles to find out the dolly is broken. I could not reverse in or out of my driveway. so I had to return the dolly in 2 hours without towing my car , which was the first reason I got the dolly in the first place. so I asked for a discount, but I was charged full price. I did not get any customer service what so ever. uhaul out here robing people with broken equipment.

I was told to bring the tank back at 1/8 a tank to avoid being charged. I brought the tank back above 1/8 and still got charged. I was told the wrong information and have not been given a refund yet.

Uhaul was trying to charge me for some damages to the storage space in which I did not damage my furniture was damp do to the space being hit by a snow plow and my book shelves had to be thrown out

There was rat droppings on top of one of my box then to find a dead rat when we emptied the unit. My other unit had my furniture. It was covered with mold. I was given # to call the insurance people.
