Provide routine maintenance to your trucks. Mine broke down and didn't even get to move. And Hire Professional respectful Customer service agents that deals with the public. The utility dollie I paid for was not in the truck as a matter of fact there was no dolly in the truck at all we did not realize until we got to our destination then had to drive all the way back and they wouldn't even reimburse for the miles so we just returned the truck and I was charged 65.00 for driving to my house and back this place is a joke and should be ashamedZakiya S.

The place was so run down and the employees had to make me wait 40mins after my reservation because they couldn't find the keys to the truck I was trying to rent. On top of that the gas was filled half way and they lied to me stating it was full tank if I didn't have a picture to prove my claim they probably would've charged me. Also I ended up getting charged extra which bought my total from $61 to $134. It was truly a disappointment experience because I wasn't treated like a customer instead I felt discriminatory against me.Mohammed R.

I believe this is the second time now where I have reserved a U-Haul truck days in advance and to my surprise when I go to pick it up that day at that specific time at that specific location I've been hit with "we don't have any trucks for you currently". I can't even begin to understand that. What is the point of that reservation?? I'm counting on that truck that reservation and U-Haul continues to do me dirty like that. Not to mention the customer service is below average. No explanations. I'm getting fed up with U-Haul. Luckily uhaul had a 15' truck at another location but 20 minutes away from the original one. This location needs better communication from customer service. I asked for details about the rental (when to return, how, if there was any physical paperwork I should have gotten like a hard copy of the receipt, etc.) and was rudely dismissed and told to look it up via email, something I was not trying to do while driving the U-Haul as it would waste the limited time I had with the rental. The U-Haul truck I reserved and the location I reserved it at were unavailable despite being listed as available on this website. Exact availability should be on the website. This is not hard to do. I reserved on a Monday night and was told I would be contacted by Tuesday at 5pm. I was not contacted until Wednesday afternoon. Unprofessional. The U-Haul I received was poorly maintained and the steering wheel was disgusting, leaving my hands covered in black junk. Will not be using U-Haul ever again unless the equipment I reserve online and the time & duration that I reserve it for are guaranteed. 0/5 stars.Garrett D.

There should be a separate line for customers that have a reservation. I had to wait in line 20min. For customers that walked in to see if they could get a rental. I had a 4hr. Reservation and was 30min. Into my rental because I had to wait . There was only one person checking people in.Robert D.

I wouldn't recommend this place to an ENEMY let alone, a colleague, friend or ANYONE I care about! I came here several years ago and the experience was TOTALLY different because the staff members ACTUALLY knew about CUSTOMER SERVICE.The person handling me this time was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL is a compliment at this point! He was so engulfed in his CONVERSATION with someone other than the customer he was too busy swearing up a storm as loud as he wanted to. I guess he thought he was â€œ multitaskingâ€ because in between his loud INAPPROPRIATE conversation he would look to me as if I was BOTHERING him and speak so shockingly LOW like he could barely move his jaw to ask questions for the Uhaul set up I wouldn't understand what he was saying!! I was really disappointed upon moving into my storage unit because the phone representative assured me I had a ground level unit. When i arrived it was not a ground level it was up high on top the floor level, and there were no other units available at this facility.
