I was given a truck that did not match contract information. When I went to put gas in vehicle I noticed my paper work was not same as what was in truck. I then went to explain to manager at lication. I was told that she knew exactly what happen and it was not my fault. She then shed she could not close out my rental and that a manager will call me to fix it. I never received a call. I After a couple days I call the customer service center and spoke with a sherry who put in a claim for me. The next day I was actually charged 2x for my rental, which has come out my account wrongfully!! I am still recieving invoicrs stating I still havr a outstanding balance. This is very bad customer service and they should pay more attention when logging in the gas on the trucks. I would like to get my money rhat they took asap.I will be contacting BBB and consumer affairs if I do not recieve a call to fix this issue by 5/15/2017

got there to drop off truck and it was 756 pm the lady was there and ddnt close me out because she sayed it was 8 but she should have shown costumer appreciation and should had close me out.

Nothing against this location but My experience with Uhaul was terrible. I paid for a truck and trailer on Friday. i picked the truck up on Friday and returned on Saturday for the trailer but they didn't have it. I was told it was stolen. I then had to drive the Uhaul truck across town to pick up a trailer and drive back to this location to have my jeep loaded. it put me way behind schedule buy 4 hours. then to top it off I had to pay for mileage being over. The people this location were very nice and helpful though.

The employees need to work on their customer service skills and learn how to talk to customers I was told after I reserved a truck for 24 hours that I couldn't get the truck once I got there to pick it up had my movers ready to go and was not accomadated at all and it really put me in a bind and uhaul or it's employee did not show any type of care at all that I was told one thing and get there it was something else and I was treated as if I approved my own reservation I will never deal with uhaul again or recommend to anyone

If you rent from this location. Make sure you bring it back when someone is there. Don't believe the 24 hour drop off. I used a trailer for 3 hours and got charged for 3 days because no one bothered to check it in the next morning. I called three times to customer service and just get the run around!!!!!!! I was told that "maybe they didn't come to work today".

Both of the customer service representative ladies were very pleasant and helpful. I had never rented a trailer or uhaul without my husband but my daughter and I was able to do this on our own....it was easy....

Make the online form not accept a submission for an untenable time/truck/location. I repeatedly received calls letting me know I had to change time/truck or location. Ended up having to switch to a radically different location to maintain time and truck.

The woman that assisted me at the location was really helpful. However they don't tell you when you call to check on your reservation that certain vehicles have to be paid on a card not cash so I almost lost my reservation. Thanks to her at the store ..im sorry i forgot her name, I was able to get my move done. No thanks to customer service on the phone

The staff was outside and waiting for us when we arrived, They helped me unhook and had the drop off receipt ready before I even entered the facility. Special mention, I noticed one of the team picking up trash that blew onto their lot. Excellent experience.

You should have a plan for customers that frequently rent uhaul trucks and equipment like a savings club or card that offers special rates I rent alot from you guys so it would be nice if I could get a discount or customer appreciation savings

trailer was dirty. drywall remnants / dust / wood debris. had to sweep out and collected a dust pan full of garbage. took pictures and will forward those if you have any interest in that. rental location was 1400 Genesee Street in Buffalo, NY

Had to drive 25 minutes to pick up trailer. Found this very inconvenient since there are several locations within 10 minutes of my house. Was very frustrated that the insurance rate I selected on-line when making the reservation was not what I ended up paying. On-line I selected the $25 insurance and yet they charged me $38 when I picked up the trailer. On-line it said the trailer was worth $6000 dollars and then the insurance at the pick-up site said the insurance covered $15000 (SafeTow). Why the difference!! Very frustrating when your online pricing says one thing and you charge another when it is pick-up time. If U-Haul wasn't the only game in town for trailers, I would go elsewhere in the future. You need to change your questions as well - not sure what prompts someone to read the comments (guess I will find out), but hard to answer the above questions in anything but a positive way and my guess would be only poor reviews result in someone reading the comments.
