I was given the run around by the Niagara falls ny location originally looking for a cargo trailer. I was then sent to kenmore ny location per the associate making a reservation for me to only show up and see that he reserved me another utility trailer. I then had to drive to the Buffalo NY location to pick up my correct trailer. Which was 2 hours of my time and money when Im located 15 mins from the falls location. The associate that hooked up my trailer also did not do a good job of securing it. The trailer bounced right off the ball while driving. Thankfully we were able to slow down and weren't in heavy traffic while this occurred. My boyfriend spoke with the assistant manager who told him she would have the manager reach out to us. He did, and told us that we returned the trailer on a different vehicle when the trailer never left the GMC envoy. He claimed that it was returned on a different vehicle and THEN proceeded to tell us he needed to review the cameras too see whether it was it wasn't. He also told us he would call us back within the hour because he had to speak to the corporate office and now a day and a half later still no reply. We will be calling first thing tomorrow. I have used uhaul multiple times, but NEVER have I received this kind of blatant lack of attention to detail or this low on a standard in safety protocol/customer service. I will be taking my future business elsewhere, and I would appreciate a call from someone in the corporate office. Thank you.

I had to pick something up in Ohio I traveled about 600 miles round trip, I thought that 79 cents per mile was a bit over priced

My only negative comment is that I would have really liked the option to rent a vehicle that had never been smoked in. No amount of cleaning gets rid of that odor. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

The driver side tire was under inflated, the driver side tire strap appeared to have been cut there for almost too short. None of this was apparent till I loaded the towed vehicle. This should have been checked before being rented again..

The trailer wasn't suited to my vehicle. The hitch connection too low to the ground. Consequently the safety chains dragged along the ground during my 400+ mile trip and split apart. I was fortunate not to have lost the entire trailer.

This was a nightmare. Call center made a mistake on my reservation. Got stuck with a truckload of things with no place to store. Called customer service who said that there had been a mistake but was transferred back to the people at the location I was at who had told me there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation just to be hung up on... Bait and Switch

Apparently one staff did not show up for work and another was late. This caused a slow down at the counter. However that worked out well for me as the person I made the reservation with did not catch that I needed the pick up time for 11am, not 9am. When I got there at 11am for my truck I was told that if they had been running on time I might have lost my 9am truck.

I was given a truck that did not match contract information. When I went to put gas in vehicle I noticed my paper work was not same as what was in truck. I then went to explain to manager at lication. I was told that she knew exactly what happen and it was not my fault. She then shed she could not close out my rental and that a manager will call me to fix it. I never received a call. I After a couple days I call the customer service center and spoke with a sherry who put in a claim for me. The next day I was actually charged 2x for my rental, which has come out my account wrongfully!! I am still recieving invoicrs stating I still havr a outstanding balance. This is very bad customer service and they should pay more attention when logging in the gas on the trucks. I would like to get my money rhat they took asap.I will be contacting BBB and consumer affairs if I do not recieve a call to fix this issue by 5/15/2017

got there to drop off truck and it was 756 pm the lady was there and ddnt close me out because she sayed it was 8 but she should have shown costumer appreciation and should had close me out.

Nothing against this location but My experience with Uhaul was terrible. I paid for a truck and trailer on Friday. i picked the truck up on Friday and returned on Saturday for the trailer but they didn't have it. I was told it was stolen. I then had to drive the Uhaul truck across town to pick up a trailer and drive back to this location to have my jeep loaded. it put me way behind schedule buy 4 hours. then to top it off I had to pay for mileage being over. The people this location were very nice and helpful though.

The employees need to work on their customer service skills and learn how to talk to customers I was told after I reserved a truck for 24 hours that I couldn't get the truck once I got there to pick it up had my movers ready to go and was not accomadated at all and it really put me in a bind and uhaul or it's employee did not show any type of care at all that I was told one thing and get there it was something else and I was treated as if I approved my own reservation I will never deal with uhaul again or recommend to anyone

If you rent from this location. Make sure you bring it back when someone is there. Don't believe the 24 hour drop off. I used a trailer for 3 hours and got charged for 3 days because no one bothered to check it in the next morning. I called three times to customer service and just get the run around!!!!!!! I was told that "maybe they didn't come to work today".
