Customer service rep was not professional. She made a personal call on her cell phone as I was walking in & had us waiting for her service for 10min while continuing her phone conversation ON SPEAKER!!! We thought it was EXTREMELY unprofessional & her conversation was quite rude & personal & she was OK with being on speaker while in front of customers. HORRIBLE service!!

I was charged three times! When I called regarding the charges I was told I would have to wait three business days for my refund. i feel that is unprofessional because I should have never been charged three times. They also charged me for gas and I have proof that the truck was returned with more gas than I received it! never use the genesee location, they will charge you and act as though they dont know why you were overcharged!!!!!!!

The guy at the counter was not in any hurry by any means even thought there were 5 people in line. The truck served it purpose but was not well maintained at all. My things got a bit wet due to a hole in the roof but no damage. I ordered 2 dollys for my move and when I arrived there was only one available. This is not the first time u-haul has made my harder then need be. It's been years since I've used them and won't be again.

Improve web page, to accurately show trucks properly. I had first rented a cargo van online with understanding that it had a tow bar only to find out when I got home, no tow bar! But, online it indicated all trucks had towing capacity. Show equipment with or without, proper!

At first I got the uhaul for an other address, then they called me and changed the pick up address for a further address. So I drived at least 15 miles more for their rescheduling

I was charged a higher price, than what appeared on my receipt. I was told it was only a hold on my account, but it wasnt. I've made contact with my bank and found it to be a charge on my account not a hold. And the charge was a higher price than the price that's on my receipt.

Seriously, get a contractor or full-time industrial engineer to look at queuing problems. Understaffed for a high-traffic time on a weekend. Hour wait times and poor late-return procedures led to my rental being available an hour after I had reserved it -- and to me being in line for an hour. Seven other unhappy customers. And from the reviews on Google, this is not an uncommon occurrence. A little optimization of staffing and you'll have fewer people who will actively avoid using U-Haul ever again.

I waited a hour and a half in line to get my truck. Workers were very rude to everybody. Truck drive like crap. I was not pleased at all.

Scheduled pick up time and time I arrived on location was at 9am. Walked in to a line of around 15-20 reservations in front of me. After waiting about 15 min I had my fiancé sign in for express check in. Went up to the ONLY person working and was told I could not use express check in because I didn't have my truck number only my reservation number. Continued to wait in line another HOUR AND A HALF. When I got to the front of the line the same (and only) cashier said. "Oh you have express check in" I told her I came up to try and check in almost two hours ago and she said again I needed my truck number to check in ( I watched three other reservations be checked in through the express check in with no truck number provided). She then told me she couldn't check me in for some reason. Finally made some phone calls and checked me in. When I can back to return my truck at around 6:15pm I was told to go into the store again to check out. Walked in and there was a line of about 10 reservations with the same ONE person working. I will NEVER go to this location again. HORRIBLE customer service and overall HORRIBLE experience with uhaul.

Rented a pick up truck for a few hours. It was given to me with minimal air in the front tire, did not realize until I had already picked up my item. Also, the inside of the truck was sticky and dirty.

I called ahead to give an estimated arrival time. When I arrived I was told no one knew how to take the car off of the auto transport. If the person I was travelling with had not known how I would have had to wait until the next day to return the auto transport.

I was supposed to pick up at a different location, and when they didn't have the truck available, due to someone dropping off in a wrong location, they told me my reservation was transferred to 1400 genesee street. When I called just to make sure they got the reservation, the employee told me that I had to make an entirely new reservation, asked for my credit card info again, and then quoted me $50 more than I had been quoted in my original reservation. UHaul needs to better train its employees because she had no idea what she was talking about and clearly didn't even look in the system to see that my reservation had simply been moved to that location.
