There was some type of short. The radio kept going out and lheadllights were flickering. I was unsure of the safety of the vehicle so I returned it early. Not able to complete the moving I had planned for this morning. Vehicles do not appear to be mtc the same as Niagara Falls Blvd or Main Street. Make sure that your employees have gas in the uhaul I was giving a uhaul with no gas and my paperwork I had showed that it did before we pulled off I showed the employee and when we came back with the truck it was problem because he never told his coworkers about the situation it wasn't even written down that it wasn't any gas in the truck and not only that I had to put gas in the truck before I could move that was totally ridiculous that I even went threw thatQuantella M.

I have reserved my truck and appliance dolly two weeks prior to picking it up when I got there they did not have the truck available that are reserved until the last minute one showed up, and on top of that I got no appliance dolly at all and could not move my refrigerator out of my old apartment.Julian H.

Unclean vehicle at pick-up. Refilled fuel before drop-off. At drop-off, rep refused to come outside to check-in the vehicle. 2 hours later, I received a digital receipt with a $60 charge for fuel. Called to get refund and they sent me to U-Haul customer service rather than refunding me directly (which they can do from their location) and I had to wait an additional 45 minutes on hold with corporate to receive my refund. Did not have trailer I reserved, connected another trailer to my truck that didn't work for me. Then closed their office and basically told me go home cause they are closing. I drove off with wrong trailer, returned the trailer next morning was charged $40. Was meant to drive across country with the correct trailer for over a week. Had to cancel the entire trip.Leo S.

I have drive the truck 20 miles and they charge me for 40 miles.I was in rush so I didn't look at the paperwork that they made a mistake and wrote wrong mileage.they refuse to help me and charge $20 extra.Mohammed M.
Only one worker. Seemed overwhelmed and very dry customer service. I had to wait almost a half hour to be checked out and the half hour wait time was deducted from scheduled time for return. Gas tank was at a quarter tank so a picture was taken to verify upon return so I would not be charged. I returned it on a quarter tank. I would not use this location again. I was really disappointed upon moving into my storage unit because the phone representative assured me I had a ground level unit. When i arrived it was not a ground level it was up high on top the floor level, and there were no other units available at this facility. This was a big disappointment due to the fact that I'm disabled and also I had my movers waiting to load my storage unit for me.
