Corey VanceWhile driving on the expressway with the vehicle I noticed a tremendous amount of shaking. The amount of scared me and forced me to take the streets to my destination which caused me to have to drive more miles then I wanted to. Which means I had to pay more for an issue not caused my be me. I filed a complaint with corporate and I've yet to hear back from the supervisor of that location. I'd also like to add that the very next day an employee called me stating my vehicle was late. I informed her that it was in fact there in front of the building she asked where and I told her . She then asked where the keys were and I explained to her that I dropped them in the Dropbox where they belong. I was very offended that I received a phone call about the equipment without the employees looking properly first.

Celia CroskeryWoman working was very nice and helpful, especially considering that she was the only one working at that time. However, the location we were initially supposed to get the trailer from did not have the trailer and we were not sent an email about it before arriving. The trailer that we were able to get when going to a different location was dirty inside, and had 30+ nails on the ground and a bunch of cardboard. I am really disappointed with UHaul's system overall.

Mukenge MutshippayiI am very displeased with service at this location. I dont rent uhauls often at all, and the this young african american woman manager was very unprofessional. At day of rental she explained she forwarded me a copy of receipt to my email. Because office printer was not working on rental date 11/11/23. I never received email. She also communicated that truck should be return with 1/4 tank of gas in vehicle. Truck did not have a 1/4 tank of gas in it when i received vehicle. I returned to location 11/17/23 inquiring why i received an additional $52.99 charge on credit card. Same manager communicated because of gas fees. I communicated several times i only had truck approx. 70mins, i only put 12 miles on truck and that truck did not have a 1/4 tank of gas in it when received it. I communicated to same manager i did put $6 of gas back into vehicle before returning the truck. Gas prices in Buffalo is approx $3.35/gal this week. She communicated $52.99 would be refunded but to call 800 number to discuss my issue. That customer service rep declined to give refund befund because a picture was not taken of gas gauge in truck. He said he spoke with specific female manager and she communicated her records were accurate. Truck was clean and ran well while in my possession. Vitin MatosMy only complaint is that no one told me that the 10' truck did not have a ramp. When I was called to confirm the reservation, I should have been told. It made for a rough move without the ramp that I assumed would be on the truck. Additionally, the appliance dolly that I rented was unavailable. That said the service and help I received at the rental site was very good. Despite my disappointment over the lack of ramp and dolly, the staff remained cheerful and helpful.

Received a receipt stating the mileage and the amount I was charged almost a week later I get a call from the Genesee store asking me where the truck was I had nothing to do with whatever issue they had losing the keys or the truck find out two three days later they charged my account for something I had absolutely nothing to do with if someone stole the truck from the parking lot that was none of my business they should have never touched my account after I returned the truck and it was Keys given to the sales clerk and they viewed the mileage on the truck so obviously the truck was returned was the worst experience I have ever had

His answer was " i guess" i told Him that i asking because He is the employee in charge of return equipment and that i was told by employee behind counter to parked there when i bring it back and His answer was if He told you that don't ask any questions just leave it there. What a costumer service was that?. Because of that i wouldn't recommend any one there.

When I called 24 hours before the pickup just to confirm my trailer would actually be there, the transit location said my reservation was moved to Genesee st. Nobody contacted me about the change and I never got an email about it. Luckily I called or else I would have been scrambling to get to the other location and would have missed my appointment
