We had included pads in our rental however they did not have any so we did not get pads. They did not tie the carts down and they rolled around a little bit in the back of the truck. Other than that it was very good.

as I pulled on property I was escorted to proper location to unload, assisted to disconnect and advised not to secure the straps because they were too worn. Great support from the returning location. thank you Uhaul, you served me greatly.

The workers were very unprofessional and arguing with other customers while others are in the office. It was just very crazy and unprofessional hopefully I do not have to rent U-Haul ever again. I have my child with me and we didn't know if they were going to fight the customer or not are over mileage.

I was told I wouldn't be charged a deposit since I used my credit card but guess what????? A fee was charged and if I didn't see it uhaul would not have caught the era!!!!!

The Truck wasn't hardly in driving condition. Was hard to keep on the road. It felt like it needed an alignment. Also the smell inside the cab was terrible. It smelt like urine. On the plus side the customer service was excellent. The young lady that assisted me was very courteous & efficient.

From the very moment I came in the facility Ms Singleton was the person that had to wait on me and I have been very well please with my customer relations with her and her staff. They are helpful and try to answer my questions when I have them. My over all experience is well pleased. It's good doing business with Ms Singleton and her staff.

The trailer was clean but during our move it rained and all of our bottom 2 layers of boxes got soaked! I mean to the point we could pour water out of some of the boxes. The people at the store were so nice and did refund some of money. But some of our stuff is ruined and I am filing a claim tomorrow. We have heavy duty double walled boxes that are destroyed.

I was late when I picked up the truck but I like that the person at the store called me by phone a few minutes pass 8:00AM and reminded me the pick up time. But when I got at the store they were assisting another customer and it took around 20-30 minutes for me to get out of the store and got my truck which is not good because I opt in for an online checkout. I am ok with that coz I was not really in a hurry but it's not good for business. I put a NO in the well maintained becoz though the truck was decent clean in the haul area but the driver bay I don't like the smell Plus, when I arrived at my destination there was a check engine light, so I assume the truck was not well maintained.

Since 2014 I have 23 receipts in my email from from equipment rentals. The local Round Rock location has been such a great provider of excellence service I have remained loyal across the country as my kids have gone to college and now are moving. The last 2 visits to your Round Rock location have been horrible!! Assistant Manger Bobby Gomez is more than happy to lay claim to the terrible service!! He is the reason I will not only not return to this location, but I will rent a Penske truck to move my daughter to Missouri. Please feel free to call me. I am happy to share specifics if you wish. In the meantime I will be Sharing the horrible, disrespectful service I recurved the last 2 times I was in store. The young lady that helped me was awesome! I work in customer service and I know how stressful things can be sometimes. My only issue is not being able to reach the store by phone. Other than that I'd definitely recommend this location.

I must note that we went to the Gray Highway location because the truck we had reserved at another location was not there when we went to pick it up - and the personnel there we no help at all. That location was at 2432 Riverside Dr in Macon.

Check out was fine. Check in was horrible. On arrival at 9am... I walked in and asked the lady if she was doing ok... she said no... no laugh, giggle or anything. She never ONCE made eye contact with me and I stood there in silence while she flipped through her phone and attempted to start her computer... again, not saying a word to me or making any eye contact. After 6 minutes of awkwardness... she looks at me and says are you just dropping truck off... in which I replied yes ma'am to which she asked what else I needed then. No instructions... no discussion on final bill or anything. Confirmed with another employee in parking lot that since I didn't reach mileage I put down then my card would not be charged that amount. I will NEVER use this rude location again.

The pick went really smoothly and the woman was really sweet. However, the drop off was the worst part. The girl with the colorful hair she never greeted the customers, never acknowledged the customers, or anything. Then a gentleman I guess started his shift he was ok for a busy Saturday. Just more concerned about lack of customer service of the girl with the colorful braids. After moving all morning and waiting 20 mins to get service At U-Haul, don't nobody have time for her attitude. She choose the job, the job didn't choose her!

The managers and staff were absolutely AWESOME!!! Equipment was ready, working order of equipment was thoroughly reviewed with me, paperwork completed timely. This store and its staff should be the “Poster Child” representative location and example of how all of your locations should present themselves. Absolutely the best rental experience that I've ever had! Congratulations to the managers and their staff on a job well done! I'll be back!

I rent a truck all the time To do small jobs a lot and spend a lot of money with h haul to be told if we are late that we will not be able to rent again I mean REALLY ITS BEEN AN ISSUE SINCE I STARTED USING UHAUL THERE HAS BEEN AN EMPLOYEE TO BE VERY RUDE .

Previous renters were 10 minutes late. I departed 25 minutes after my reserved time. One of the dim headlights was out. I called the office and they said they were aware. Fortunately I was close to my destination by sunset, but had to use brights on the interstate with occasional rain. Not safe.

We came in on a Friday morning, and there seemed to be only one employee helping all the people in the shop. At one point 6 of us were in the small store trying to distance. Eventually another man came and helped. Adequate staffing for what seemed a prime surge time would have improved the experience.

I reserved a unit for all of 3 days and didn’t end up moving anything in. The owner did not offer a refund, and when asked why there was no prorated refund, she never gave me an answer. Poor service.
