The vehicle air was not working properly. The brakes were scrubbing on the unhaul it also had a low tire pressure light on. On the way back. The uhaul cut off about three times. The worst experience ever. When I returned the uhaul the checkout agent wasn't hearing it. He was very disrespectful.

The trailer I rented had two bad tires which should have been easily found if this location had inspected the trailer. Instead, I got it home, loaded the trailer, and got on the interstate. When I got up to about 40mph the trailer started shaking and bouncing all over the lane. My wife was following me and she even took video - that's how bad it was. I called Roadside Assistance and they told me to get off the road. I was close to another UHaul location so I went there. That location immediately noticed the bad tires, noting bad "cupping". They told me to call Roadside again and have them put on two new tires. Three hours later, I had new tires and everything went fine from there. When I returned the trailer to the original location, I told them what happened and I recommended that they look at the "new" tires to make sure they were OK. The person who checked me in looked at the new ones and said "they replaced them with bad tires". I said they should replace them before they rent it out again. However, the next renter was already waiting on the trailer and they were hooking it up to his SUV as I was pulling away. So I was put on the road with bad tires, I wasted hours getting "new" tires, the location admitted there were still bad tires on the trailer, and yet they still rented it to the next person. This is dangerous and they don't seem to care.

I dropped truck off at location as they were closing for the day. I had forgotten my expensive (Rayban) glasses valued around $600.00 that I had left inside the truck in the driver's area. I returned the next morning when they opened and they said that there were no glasses inside the truck. The truck was parked in a slightly different position but had not been used by another customer since I returned it the previous evening. I would like to have my glasses back please. Thank you.

This was a horrible experience. Booked the reservation over a week in advance. Went to the first location and they didn’t have the truck available and said uhaul should have contacted me to inform me they had to move my reservation to another location, I get to the second location and same thing she doesn’t have the truck available. By that point I had uhaul on the phone and the individual was very rude at first but I do appreciate her finding me a rental finally, however the overall lack of communication and preparation on uhaul was ridiculous.

I went ahead and rated excellent in spite of the fact that when we arrived our reserved 15' truck was not available. We had not been contacted by UHaul before arriving that the only truck available was a 26' foot. Even though we didn't want or need one that big, we accepted it. The cashier was very kind and helpful and let us take the truck for the price of the original one we had reserved. Everything after that went smoothly. No complaints!

My experience wasn't what I Expect it. It was very Unorganized . The store manager needs to be trained and hospitality. And customer service The employee was more professional than the store manager. And my opinion the employee who name I can't remember should be the store manager but a Video was given to the Regional manager. My lock was changed on my Storage and nobody can tell me why because my bill wasn't due until the 18th and the store manager seem more upset about me complaining then finding out what happened. And if that wasn't enough she had the nerve to send me a bill. If possible I would like to speak with the President of the company. About my experience. Because I truly believe to continue to have that store manager employed would be a disservice to customers as well as the company.

Moved my son’s stuff out on the 14th of the month. Was unaware of policy that they don’t prorate your bill! So really uhaul is getting over on people! They got paid for whole month even tho I’m not using it. I moved out today. A new person can move in tomorrow and they get paid again! This is just terrible! UNABLE has always been my go to truck rental company. However, my first hand observation of your staff being rude to the customer in front of me which then transferred to me. No customer service or people person skills at all. If he treats every single one of UHaul's customers in this fashion and he continues to remain employed?? I certainly will think twice before coming back there.

Need later hours in the evenings to access units due to people work until 6:00 pm and can’t access units after 7:00 pm. Facility also never had the sliding doors open/unlocked a majority of my visits and made it difficult to get items in and out of storage. Thought it was unfair with prices being hiked during this high rise in inflation and individuals struggling to make ends meet.

Not climate controlled as every time we went in it was very hot and humid, we did see cockroaches upon three occasions. I could see the sidewalk outside from inside our storage unit. Two of three doors to storage unit building were inoperable, we needed to go to the office building to ask for the automatic doors to be opened more than once. I made my reservations and it stated that I didn’t have to pay for the storage. When I get there to put my things in storage, I was told that I needed $74 more money. I had to find somewhere to put my furniture. Then I had to borrow the money to get the storage. I have been charged for the gas to put back in the truck. It was a big mess going back and forth. Worst experience ever!!!!

From the very moment I came in the facility Ms Singleton was the person that had to wait on me and I have been very well please with my customer relations with her and her staff. They are helpful and try to answer my questions when I have them. My over all experience is well pleased. It's good doing business with Ms Singleton and her staff.
