Pleasant and helpful employees, very courteous. Plenty of packing supplies and I liked the idea of links to moving companies even though we did the moving ourselves. The interior of the van was very clean.

I really appreciated the customer service. From pick up to drop off. There was some flexibility which I appreciated very much. There was also an accidental overcharge that I found with the next day. Although a little frustrating I was pleased with how the problem was solved. I'd rent here again.

I was more than pleased by my experience at U-Haul having the hitch for my bike rack installed. Everything was arranged via email and went smoothly. The work was completed in a timely way and the location near a bus stop meant that I was able to easily run errands while the work was completed. The technician was friendly and helpful. I was charged for fuel after I filled the truck to the spot I was told to when I dropped it off. Also, when I dropped off the truck I waited inside to return the keys for 15 minutes and no one came to the desk to assist me (there were no employees inside)...I finally just left the keyes in the overnight box.

I had reserved the trailer ahead of time on line. When I went to pick it up it wasn't ready and actually way in the back of the lot full of trailers. It would have been time consuming to get it out so the employee that was waiting on me called someone and they asked if I could switch to a same size but heavier one that was easier to access . I accepted the change as I was told it would be the same price. It had been snowing and after I hooked up to it the employee said that they had a shovel if I wanted to shovel it out?…I declined as it was still snowing. After I got home I shoveled it out and under the snow was several empty beer cans and a empty chip bag and a coat hanger…. Wow not clean or ready to go. In the end the final bill was the higher price for the upgraded trailer that was supposed to be the same price as the one I had reserved. It was only $5 so I just let it go. I had chosen the other trailer because it was lighter to fit the size of my tow vehicle which your company asks questions about to make sure that the trailer you have chosen is safe to tow with my vehicle.

Fire the people that work there. It was snowing and the roads were wet and when I tried to use the washer fluid it was empty. The odometer was not working nor was the radio. Both the odometer and radio started working only when I was on my way to return the rental. I complained about this to the person that was working there and he stated that it was my responsibility to make sure every thing was working I disagreed with him. I do not feel it is my job to maintain the equipment on your vehicles. I definitely will not rent from that location again.

Vehicle was not ready for my pickup time. Had to wait a while as they moved other trucks around, salt some ice and for them to clean off the snow on the truck I was renting. Seemed to me like they had plenty of ready trucks to go so I'm not sure why they decided to rent me a truck that was such a hassle to get to

the location was ok. but the online 24/7 pick up process was awful. uploading photos and verifying info when you are moving does not work. the system is not user friendly. the prices failed me and i had to wait for store to open. this is not good. fix your system

The Mobile check in was a nightmare! I sat in the parking lot for over 45 minutes waiting for an agent to approve me. THEN! The lock on the key box was upside down another half hour and I'm pleading for help from the agent who says you have been approved follow the prompts on your mobile device. I was in tears in the cold telling the agent I can't get the code to work he says line it up the best you can and shake the heck out of it. Finally I was able to get the key. Also the key box was way up high which made the lock even more difficult even if it wasn't upside down. I spent at least 2 hours trying to get a truck that is supposed to be a 10 minute pickup. Absolutely ridiculous specially in 10 degrees. As far as dropping it off it went perfectly a person came right out and checked me out in 5 minutes. I'm only giving the location poor reviews because of the mobile check in for $80 dollars I should have not been there alone in the dark for 2 hours.

We drove 45 minutes to find out that the local installer wasn't installing on that day. No notice, no courtesy call... nothing - just out of luck. We will avoid UHaul in the future as we will never have confidence that what we reserve will really be available.

I had several paperwork issues from the pick up location that bit me upon dropping of the truck. The dealerships are frachises and the drop off locations don't make anything except the opportunity to lease the dropped off truck. Despite this, they spent 45 mintues correcting the paperwork and made everything right. Great Service!

Very pleasant staff. We needed to rent a truck to pull a camper a short distance. In addition to having everything ready for pick up the manager gave us great advice on vehicles to purchase for this need in the future, and what not to purchase. I would always give them my business. this is the second positive experience we have had.

The towers/stacks of items for sale at the registers make it hard to see if there's a person behind the counter. Rather than welcoming people as they are walking up, it makes it seem like the staff is hiding out behind the counter. It would be a nicer experience if a customer could walk in the door and easily make eye contact with someone who was there to help. Once I did get assistance, though, the man who helped me was excellent.

The wait time to pick up the truck after I reserved it was at least 30 to 45 min. There was 3 people in front of me and no one at the counter. I went outside and found the person in charge and asked him to come in and help the customers, all I can say to myself is this person is rude. He could care less about customer service, and he made me feel like he was doing me a favor. When I dropped the truck off the next day, I pull it to the side and parked it out of the way, so I thought. The same person told me it doesn't get parked there so I needed to move it. I told him I would not and tried to give him the keys, but he would not take the keys so I dropped the keys at his feet and left. I work for Unifirst Corp., and we regularly rent trucks from U-Haul . I let upper Managment know that we should start using a different company. Thanks Douglas Pelletier Unifirst truck supervisor.

The whole process for getting set up with a storage space was efficient and fast! I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get a storage unit. I was also impressed with there being a conveyor belt for the units on a higher or lower floor as well as being able to use carts to help move everything in and out. The staff was always friendly with any questions. The check out process was easy and quick. I’ve already recommended U-Haul storage to family and friends. U-Haul needs to share its secrets to the hotel world when it comes to checking people in and out.

This storage facility is the best. I have used others in the past and none come close to U-haul. I have storage my belongings for 6 years there and previously years ago.. The staff is friendly , always willing to help. The storage areas themselves are immaculate. The hallways glow as well as the units themselves. Cleanliness is amazing . They are heated, moisture free. Would recommend this facility to anyone and it would be the only one I’d ever use

The team leader aka Obi-Wan "Ben" Kenobi Mickey LaHaye is the best so Zen So helpful so FN cool and calm…. Always takes care of every situation good bad or ugly! He’s the Clint Eastwood of UHaul sans the bloodshed! Faye and Taylor light up the place with their smiles and willingness to always help! It’s always a fun experience there! And the conveyor belt feature is awesome… this location rocks! In a world of so much loneliness and separation this team makes you feel right at home! Had to carry boxes and totes upstairs to get to storage unit. No elevator where my storage unit was located. Reserved a storage unit online but when I got to the u-haul location, I was told that reserving a unit online does not secure a unit. Isn't that the whole point of making a reservation??

The manager and staff at Hanover Street UHaul in Lebanon are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It is a very well run location that I have used at least six times for both local and one-way moves along with two uses of storage in the building and a UBox. This time I even needed to tow my car. It has always been a very good experience that made all the work easier.

The code we were given with the online check-in process didn't work, and the woman manning the desk had no idea how to fix it. She found another woman who tried to fix it and couldn't. Then they asked another man who worked there who tried to give me a key card and the key card wouldn't work. So I went back and waited with my stuff (and crew of people who were helping unload the truck) until they got me a keycard that could access the place where my unit was. On to the unit. The storage unit we were given was marketed as a 10 x 15, but when we arrived there was a massive square removed from it (for I'm assuming stairs to the upstairs). For 200 dollars a month I was expecting (and needed) a full 10 x 15 storage unit. Very disappointed about this.
