JOANN C. | First ImpressionsThe whole process for getting set up with a storage space was efficient and fast! I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get a storage unit. I was also impressed with there being a conveyor belt for the units on a higher or lower floor as well as being able to use carts to help move everything in and out. The staff was always friendly with any questions. The check out process was easy and quick. I’ve already recommended U-Haul storage to family and friends. U-Haul needs to share its secrets to the hotel world when it comes to checking people in and out.
