Although the truck was decently clean, it had debris on inside. A little more information about the Tow/Haul. The instructions said to keep it on unless it was raining. I didn't like the fact that I had to receive a phone call and let go to my Voicemal. I didn't have a voicemal set up and took me a long time to do it. I don't think there's a need to call to my VM to verify Someone's to check in. Not sure if this is because of COVID but I is not reasonable. what if I don't have a cellphone? Uhaul has not maintained this site, the building has leaked due to poor maintenance, water destroyed all my wedding photos and personal property that I tried to keep secure in a conditioned unit inside the building, uhaul refused to investigate the cause of the damage and left me with absolutely no information as to how anything happened and I was on my own to solve the mystery. I had my own insurance that refused to help because uhaul wouldn't investigate their own damages to how water got into interior unit. Always my go-to location. Fast, friendly, reliable service. Always has what I need in stocn and willing to accommodate me if they don't. Improvements? Larger parking area. When people are returning trucks and you guys get busy, you can easily get trapped inside the lot. (However staff is usually quick to love u-hauls... but still)MICHAEL G.

I think location specifically make the equipment available after 5pm so that they can charge double with new return policies. I took vehicle at 5:30pm. Returned at 8pm. But, website did not allow me to share my location online and had to put the keys in drop box. Resulting double rental plus after hour service fee to end up paying $40 extra. It's terrible. I will neither use the service again nor recommend to friends & families.Kiran D.

Was notified the night before that my pick up was changed to this location. Not convenient for me as it was far from my daughter's place. Then I was informed there was no 15' truck available and was given a 20' truck much to my disliking. Where I was moving her from and to was very tight quarters and it made this more difficult. Not sure about fuel efficiency by comparison either but I'm almost certain the larger truck cost me more money even though I got it for the smaller truck rate. Would have rather downgraded to a 10' truck but none were available. The staff at the location was very accommodating though and unfortunately it was out of their control.Paul W.

First time i went online placed order went to pick it up no trucks available anywhere system told me to go there. The gentleman did an order for the next saturday. Next saturday come i pick up the van drop it off and filled up the tank before my designated return time. I get to the location the employees tell me the system is down and they can't print me a receipt. They tell me my charge total was 79 dollars and change. You dont handle business like that. Then my credit chard got charged for 109 dollars and change thatbis a big difference. U haul miles rates is too high one and two you teach and train your employees to be crooks by stealing from your customers by over charging and not giving printed receipts where the charges can be fought. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH U HAUL AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND UHAULJuliane B.

There was an after hours drop off fee that was not mentioned to me even though I asked about key drop and I was charged for gas even though I provided photos to show gas level was same in and out. I contacted email provided and have not heard back from facilityAnthony B.
First I was upset because when I went to get truck at the location I was told to go, they didn't have the truck.This put me behind. I had to call Customer service to ask them to locate a truck for me. Again this put me behind in what I needed to do, When a truck was finally located is smelled of Cigarette smoke so badly I could hardly breathe and I have asthma so this really affected my breathing. Also there were Cigarette ashes in the truck. I received an email receipt refund statement for $50.00 because of the issue with the truck. But I was not able to use it on my bill. I am still waiting for the refund. This was a very horrible experience I had with U-Haul truck and it really hindered what I needed to do. I was so disappointed in the service and the lack of concern when I called. It seems as if no one cares.jennie H.

It took 20 minutes just to pick up the truck I reserved. Then, found out the dolly I reserved and paid for was not in the truck. I would suggest adding air fresheners to the cabs after wiping down because that truck had a pungent body odor smell.JOSHUA S.
