I am always happy to do business at this location. I use UHaul truck a couple times per year for the past many years. The service is personable and professional. The staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient and let me get on with my work. The work I have to do is not renting the UHaul product. The work I have to do is hauling something. Overcharged from what the reservation stated. No attention to detail. Rude manager. Even with a reservation, you will wait 30+ minutes. Provides a truck with no gas and expects you to fill it up past how you received it, with unknown extra charges attached. Not professional. The guy I dealt with was rude and didn't even give me a receipt. The pick up experience was a nightmare! I fell in the parking lot due to sidewalk being uneven and had to go to the hospital. The guy that attended me laughed at me. I didn't think it was all that funny, I was hurt.Teresa R.

Had a big billing issue that has yet to be fully resolved. This location is very convenient right off the interstate. Was curious as to why it was no as busy as other locations that I have been too. Staff was great. However $19/ day plus mileage (46) turned into almost $300. Bogus $100 damage charge for a piece of interior plastic NO renter would have EVER inspected during walk through. We had a flat tire on the car carrier and luckily exited the freeway right at a UHAUL Center south of Fort Worth. But to my dismay they could not fix the problem tire or swap the trailer. I had to call roadside assistance and they took an hour to get there. Please let your stores have other options than just say call a number. Plus we had to remove the car so my wife went ahead and continued the trip in her vehicle. Then I had to pay a "Wrong Drop Off Location Fee" to leave the carrier at that location. Didn't make sense to pull an empty car carrier another 250 miles. Wish they could have realized that and waived the charge.Richard M.

When you rent make sure the equipment you pay for is there. In the pouring rain i was given a truck without the dolly i paid for. read paper work , they charge a fee for bringing truck back early. WOW what ashamed , and they wont even call you back to explain or answer your call.carla T.

Drop off was a disaster. There was only one person working the desk. It took 30 minutes to get two people in front of me set with their rentals. Then the desk person skipped to someone who was returning their van and had not waited in line. I asked if I could just return my trailer and was told â€œIf you want to check it in online you can, otherwise you have to waitâ€. I had already waited for 30 minutes without saying a word and she lets a person skip the line to turn in their truck just because they walked up to the front and cut in line?? Then the online checkin wouldn't work. It would not allow me to check in the trailer even though I turned on location sharing. So, I went back inside, now the line was 6 people long and the poor guy who was behind me when I stepped out of line (I was in the front of the line at the time) was still waiting! That's 20 more minutes since I had stepped out of line. The guy out front who was inspecting the returned trucks did eventually help me and check in the trailer. A process that should have taken 10 minutes max took almost an hour. Ridiculous.Richard W.

The gentleman who worked with my husband said there was absolutely no way that we could remove the car trailer from the uhaul outrselves. So, we had to drive BACK to the place on our last day in town to have someone else hook it up. That person said that they had never heard that rule. It wasted several house we didn't have.michael G.
