The equipment is dangerous. The driver side windshield wiper didn't work properly, the tires where slick and the truck barely pick up speed. It was raining when I picked up the equipment and made driving this truck dangerous. Please conduct maintenance because a less experienced driver will have a major problem if pick up in the rain. Briana Parra (@Jim Miller) location was very helpful in making sure all my meds were to my satisfaction. To me she went above and beyond her duties by keeping calm, eventhough I was Stressing from not accessing the storage on Buckner because they are by appointment only; which I wasn't aware of. When I went in the first time to rent the truck I was towed the truck ran out was $29 and no one explain to me about mileage and a person to help me with helping other people at the same time and there was another person in there and I had asked if I was late bringing it back what would I be charge she told me I will be only charge $29And after I received the contract I see There Was charge for mileage I wish she would have explained that before and when I called to tail that I was going to be late bringing the truck back they over charged me $40 from what the woman told me so all of it was confusing so they need to train their employees better especially the one that help meLESLIE B.

The tow dolly trailer had a loose light from previous damage and was taped in place with yellow tape. The light came loose and fell off during the return portion of my trip. We're going to fight the charge if u haul tries to make me pay for a missing taillight on the driver's side.Victor G.

The staff was unfriendly and busy having loud conversations among themselves, the lady assisting me was very nice but I could not hear her over the loud voices of the other 3 workers (one of whom seemed like he didn't even work at uhaul). The truck was not cleaned on time, I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be cleaned while the staff could have cleaned it earlier instead of cracking jokes and not working when I walked in. Extremely unprofessional, I am happy taking my business to a local, reliable service next time.Humza K.

My primary reservation was: Reservation #: 26494970 Location: Access Self Storage Oak Cliff 3427 Marvin D Love Frwy Dallas, TX 75224 When I got to pick up the vehicle, the manager at that location told he did not have any truck available. INSANE! I called the call center and they had me drive 18 miles to pick up a truck at another location. it is right they gave me a credit of $50, but the stress level I was into on my moving day was put out of control because of Uhaul's mistake. They even charged me $7 for "using" the dolly from the truck!!!! Some box hit that small seal that hold the dolly and it was broken, so employees assumed I had used the dolly. I did NOT use the dolly and still had to pay $7 because a very weak seal in the middle of a high volume traffic area.luis fernando po D.
