The U-Haul staff provided me with excellent customer service, I have never used a U-Haul service before, the staff was very knowledgeable about the company and the right/wrong things to check-out and the contract was reviewed with me carefully and I felt like I was the most important person in the world and nothing else mattered. Thank you!

They should ensure all vehicles are properly serviced and maintained. They rented a truck with a damaged water pump to me costing me a delayed over 12 hours

overall, it was good. However, it takes a while to get to the front desk and receive the truck key. You should tell the people on the front desk to give you extra time for using your reserved truck as a part of your time is usually wasted in the check in line.

I ordered a furniture dolly but I never got it. I do not have time to go back and grab it. Next time the person have do what they supposed to do and do not make it hard for others. Overall, it’s was easy and fast for my first time renting one. Thanks

Truck wasn't very clean. Seats had some dried spill spots and cup holders were funky and needed to be wiped out.

I allowed the invoice to be sent via email. I was shocked, when I received it. I was billed for 3 days, not the three hours I used the trailer. When I called to correct, it took 30 minutes and informed the credit would not appear for 3-5 days and I could not receive a corrected invoice. An extremely poor business practice.

We tried to pick up our truck at the Babershop location in Tucker on Lawrenceville Hwy, but when we got there the owner said the truck was not there. Not his fault, but... the customer service we received from a woman at U-Haul scheduling directly after that was horrid. Fortunately, we called back and got another woman on the line who transferred us to a supervisor who recommended this Jimmy Carter location. This woman saved our day and this U-Haul locatoiin had a great, clean truck ready for us.

We get there after making a reservation almost 2 weeks ago and they state they don’t have the 17’ truck . Actually they have any trucks, I made a reservation weeks ago how don’t you have trucks? Everyone in line is mad and one lady as well had made reservation but sorry no truck for her either. A truck pulls up and they offer me that one which is fine. I leave with that truck, mind you this day is my moving day. The truck back door gets stuck when we are moving my last load. I’m pregnant and tired and my husband has to sit In the back of a open truck while I drive it to unload the last load because the door won’t come down. The truck needed to be returned at 6 I call the roadside they are gonna take 30 min to a hour to arrive but I don’t want to get charged for not returning the truck on time. We had to use a car up put the dolly in the trunk and then still took 20 minutes trying to get the back door unstuck. We headed back to U-Haul pissed off! Handed the keys to the guy he’s like “oh the door gets stuck something I will take care of it and check you guys in your free to go , you will get a e mail receipt”. I didn’t even fell like arguing like I said I’m pregnant I don’t need any stress right now. Dropped the truck off and get charged for not putting the gas back where it was which I want refunded for! This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I want my $70 back for gas I could have filled it up myself.

The young lady who helped us was great! She had a great positive attitude and was very nice. She got us in and out very quickly and was a pleasure to do business with. We will be back at this location! Btw I don’t know her name but she was a black girl with braids in her hair.

The front desk flow seemed disorganized. Both a $5 blanket rental and $5 hand truck rental were added to my final bill. The original agreement didn't include these. When I called to complain, my call was transferred to U-Haul's corporate number since the local rental facility wasn't answering their phones. It took me 30 minutes to get my $10 refunded. Unethical to add charges after the rental.

Customer service???!!!! Yeah right i look forward to talking to a customer service supervisor. You DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. what i did learn is that you disconnect calls After ypu wait for 25 mins. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. the grief you put me thru in unforgivable. Call or write me. Best do b4 i start putting the review you deserve.

Bill (district mgr)was extraordinarily helpful. I've had constant problems with my storage unit for YEARS; it got mixed up at some point with another 1 & never really got sorted out. He helped!

My storage unit was outdoors. There was water leakage in my unit and had mold on alot of my belongings. Also theres nails all over your property and nothing ever done about it.
