Never came out to greet when arrived. Signs said wait for representative and Noone ever came outside. Didn't bother even wanting to help or assist with drop off and a set of eyes to assist with unloading car. Quick to say we don't do that and didn't even greet when entering store. Generally awkward trying to figure drop off procedure. Would not want to try to get help from these store employees. In the end finally got them to just let me know to leave key in truck and unload car with no help and go.

I was just passed a key and told that my truck was 1 of the one's parked outside. I went back in to find out which truck was mine but no one was there to assist until someone I never seen before came in the door. Also, I didn't know that I got a text asking me to perform a walk around inspection prior to leaving the premises until I parked the truck at home. There was no dolly. Customer service sucked...

Well for starters you can train people on how not to change a person's reservation when it was booked for 24 hours and not 5 hours! This is the first and last time I will ever use y'all for anything. Crappy service and even worse customer service.

Didn't realize that my storage unit didn't have a light. It was very dark inside unit the morning I moved in. I can't imagine having to retrieve something from my unit during the evening and not being able to see. Not so much accommodating.

There was no customer service present at this location. The location on Jimmy Carter Rd. Made fraudulent charges to my account. I called Noel who says he is the store manager and he refused to assist me in a resolution and told me to call U-Haul.com and categorically sue U-Haul for help. I have video of me at the location returning the truck early at the same location I picked up from and I am on U-Haul video at this location returning as well as having witnesses.

I was extremely inconvenienced yesterday morning. I had a reservation for 10:30. Arrived on time and because there was an issue with the system it would not take my payment even though there were funds on my card. I tried two different cards and it was still an issue. I ended up going home to get money to pay instead just to realize when I got there the payment was taken and the truck was sitting there waiting. I am a new business owner who had to inconvenience my client because your system was having issues and then the person at the desk didn't do a good job of communicating that it went through. I went all the way home to get cash for no reason. I am honestly devastated. I'm working on buying my own truck but like most new business owners I am making it work the best I can at the moment. I wouldn't have cared if it was for my personal move. But my client wrote a bad review based on me coming late. I was an hour late.

The u boxes weren't ready for initial pickup. The second wasn't ready for pickup when I dropped the first. The second didn't include moving pads. When I was ready to retrieve the uboxes, they couldn't be found. When I came to pick them up, the first box didn't have an electrical extension and couldn't reach. Noel, the manager, did all he could.

It was the worst experience Ive had at uhaul I dropped off a trailer on 4/23/21 and they didnt even check it in until I had to call on 5/6/21. They are trying to charge me an enormous amount of money for wrong destination fee even though I had a medical emergency where I didnt know if I was going to be hospitalized for a significant amount of time. I didnt want my kids having to worry about the trailer while their Dad was admitted in the emergency room.

Service! National Uhaul computer system went down, Brandolyn Walker clicked and clicked trying to complete the pickup process. Everything was at a stand still, but Brandolyn pulled out pen and paper and successfully processed my agreement and connected the rented trailer. Excellent employee, excellent service.

I would recommend WITH a warning. The CSR who checked us IN was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The overall staffing was inadequate since we had to wait 20 minutes to check IN with having a reservation. The evening check out was a disaster. Same 2 CSR's were trying to wait on 20 people. We were told by one CSR that we would "never" get checked in. We verified our check-in return on the uhaul website. We were charged the $20 "after hour fees" anyway! So uhaul made money by not paying wages and by charging late fees.

First of all the reservation for the rental was placed from our cellphone uhaul app we wanted a van, at the time that Mr Ortega whent to pick up the van they had none available, not only that they stated that they had no reservation on his name even dough he had the receipt for his reservation. second of all they complaint when they realized they needed to offer him something else to compensate followed after that they ask him how many miles he'll be driving he answer 400 maybe 500 the front clerk lady ones again complaint stating that that was way to many miles that she'll would be putting only 200 miles at his return they also complaint that he went way past the 200 miles... Mr. Ortega has rented from uhaul a lot of times and has been a customer for quite some time, and the trucks that he has rented had never been return with any kind of problems at all he even has returned them with more gasoline that it has been at the time of picking up his rentals and always cleans the trucks before returning them. but at this point we are considering looking for another rental company that might be more people skill and that are capable of respecting there costumers. Mr. Ortega paid almost $ 400 dollars just to be mistreated. and that is a total fail from UHAUL company.

I didn't get the truck ready. The employees aren't friendly and polite at all. The guy who was supposed to get the truck for me was not we mannered at all. Doesn't know how to talk to the customers. Same thing happened on the April 12th when I reserved a truck as well. At the time of returning, the lady who was supposed to check everything on the truck was seemed so bothered by my return of the truck. Asked me where the key is, I said it's inside the truck and she literally expressed the tone "arghhh" Seriously! This is how u talk to a customer! These people really need to know manner.

I ordered two boxes. When I arrived, they had been given to someone else because they had so few boxes. The manager, Noel, came and assembled one for me. It was agreed that the other one would be available the next day. The next day I came for the next box and it wasn't ready. It was agreed that I'd come back a day later. A day later I arrived and the team hurriedly cleaned and gave me a box without moving pads. I have spent over 2 hours waiting for the boxes and am not confident that my waiting is over as I'll need to pick them up and return them once more.

I could never get into my unit because of the property manager having control issues. I reside out of town and when I would come back in town to retrieve merchandise from my unit, I could not gain access because she constantly changed my access code on the gate without notice. It got pretty expensive to have to stay a extra night on three separate occasions when I was trying to gain access after store hours, and wasn't given a adequate reason why I access code was changed on so many occasions.

You have an employee Her name is Pondra, that was forcing me to buy insurance on the storage, when I had previously talked to 2 different people that didn’t mentioned anything about an insurance, she said I had to purchase insurance since I was getting the first month “free” for he storage and then she got upset because I asked to talk to her manager Noel Marin. Also the unit I had previously “reserved” #1020 was an occupied unit and we found out until we got there. Then I had to comeback to the office to let them know. They took a long time to find out what unit was available because I told them I had seen unit 1018 empty and I wanted that one, but they said it wasn’t available (an empty unit). They didn’t give me that one. Then I finally leave the office with a different unit # and they didn’t give a new gate code, so I got lock out outside the gate because my previous gate code didn’t work anymore after they changed my storage unit and the truck was inside already the storage area.... well, I had to comeback to the office AGAIN and everybody was gone so, I had to chase them down to get them to fix my situation. So once inside your employee Pondra was very upset because it was past 7 pm and they were still dealing with “ME” but she didn’t want to help me with anything, she totally ignored my previous request for help when I was inside the office. She pretended that didn’t see me and pretended to be busy, even when I tried talking to her she will answer “hold on” and disappear and stay outside talking with people. Finally they figured out what to do with the gate code and made me choose a new code number, so this time I asked Somarion to walk with me to the gate and make sure I had it right. And while I was dealing with this whole situation Pondra was rude to my son, she asked him to move from in front of her because he (my son) wasn’t supposed to “see her counting the money”... note: he was sitting on the customer area, just waiting for me to finish and she was inside the employee side and she had the decency to ask him to move from there and she told him “he wasn’t supposed” to see her with the money YES just like that. It was a very frustrating experience that took almost 2 long hours to complete and get right. I was really upset!!! You need better and trained customer service in there!!!

This location seems understaffed for the amount of business, however the staff on site are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well lit. I had some trouble with access to my indoor storage unit the last time I was there and had to wait for someone to help...I was told I was the first one to access the indoor units that day so my code wasn't opening the doors and they had to be opened by a manager, seems odd for a facility that is supposed to have 24 hour access.

I spent an hour on the phone being transferred to various departments to change drop off address. Per the general manager he couldn’t assist me with the phone call after he helped he was gone for the day. During what looked like a high traffic location at 11am. He could of been more helpful in the situation but he was rude. After dealing with him he left a bad taste in my mouth with Uhaul. I will use my free month with my UHAUL rental and move straight into a Public Storage. Units are “supposedly climate controlled” and dirty.

It was the worse experience ever. Manager was not helpful at all. Took over 10 days to get refund. first truck didn't work, had to bring back and exchange. After making the people I hired wait over an hour which cost me more money. When I came again in two weeks store manager never answered any of my 6 calls Noel so I called another manager who helped me . My truck wasn't ready for my next rental and they said it would be 4 hours. Horrible time there Noel should learn how to treat customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Tamara Fox and her coworkers were so kind and went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle was damaged caused by the Uhaul pick-up location in Grapevine Tx. Grapevine location did not place the tire rubber stoppers on the auto transport (services I paid them for) and the bottom of my vehicle was cracked and dragging on the ground preventing me from driving. The Norcross location, was very nice and helpful. I can appreciate customer service experiences like this. I am grateful to them.
