Do a walk through on return vehicles . I was issued a truck that was not cleaned ; there was dirtt on the floor . I do believe that there should've been some kind of discount on my bill..

I was told ONE of my TWO trucks (that followed each other) had 300'ish miles MORE than the other. Zing: charge to my Discover card! When I & my drivers explained there's no way that could happen (one driver had documentation of his trucks mileage at each stop)---it didn't matter. We were charged for the extra. I was not happy:'that's our policy' was all I was told. You [I] can make a grievance with the company. Then 10" down the road I got a call "yeah, i logged something in wrong, so your Discover card will be reversed". No apology....not a very good experience on the Arkansas end of this trip!

I never got a dolly even though I was charged for it, this made my move much more difficult. The one who handed me the keys, mentioned he didn't have a dolly for me but he didn't make any note or adjustment to my bill. I also left more gas in the vehicle then what was in it, shouldn't there be a credit there too since charges are applicable when you bring it back with less fuel?

I dont like your advertisement where it says 19.95 for a rental and I thought the young man had told me .49 cent a mile and not .79 if I had known that I would have not rented the truck that is just way too much, I will never rent a truck from uhaul again it is very expensive Gina Thomas-Littlejohn

I tried to call the location to know if I can drop my car upon picking the rented truck, I was on the phone for 30 min, someone told me that the location manager will call me, I never received a call, finally had to ask someone to drop me. Once there, I saw that they had parking for customers, and the manager could have called (he was just walking around), but not called me, and they gave me a paper showing the truck was full in fuel, but upon checking, it was not full. I brought the truck full in fuel, he refused to credit me with extra fuel I brought. Overall, their customer service was mediocre at best.

No one was at the deck when i came to check in. Staff was outside cleaning and doing other duties. A second and third customer joined me in the office before the staff came in to attend the desk. The gentleman who helped me at the desk was awesome. So was the guy who helped connect the trailer. I was not told that an after hours drop off would cost an additional $20. Was not told about a $15 cleaning charge. We returned the vehicle the same day and was spotless. We transported a table and some chairs. Those two charges doubles the cost of our 1 day (5 hour rental). I understand that COVID has affected all businesses, but a $15 charge to clean is price gouging and $20 after hours drop off with reduced hours of operations is opportunistic and borderline sleezy. Very disappointed in this uhaul experience.

First i rented the unit from another location a week in advance to be called the day of and asked to take a smaller truck when i told him i couldn't he said he would take care of it. That night i get a call from someone else who said i would have to drive 20 miles to pick up the one i rented. When i went to pick it up the mobile pick up would not let me get it. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get it and after speaking to multiple people i was finally able to get my truck. Then when i did get it, the blankets were not i the truck i requested. I then had to sit and wait another 30 minutes for the location to open so i could get the blankets which cost me over and hour and a half. When they did open the person working was rude when he opened the door all because i pulled in the door to see if it was open because he had went in and i wasn't sure if he had opened up or not. All of this then put me late for the movers i had scheduled costing me $75 an hour for them to wait on me to get the truck.

The truck cab had a funky smell, like someone had smoked in it, and whatever had been used to clean it just didn't remove the odor very well. Otherwise, everything was good.

The staff was great. What wasn't was your app check-in. I requested to do this pickup through my phone which didn't work and the staff said that is the norm. Fix your app or do away with it because that looks unprofessional otherwise excellent service, clean trucks/facility and kind staff. That is why I come back there!

I visited Uhall on the ninth of this month, as usual to pay my bill or earlier, italk to one of the supervisors about what kind of help that they were doing for their Customers due to Covid 19, he only offered me late fees coverage, that's not a issue i am never late been using the storages for three years was having problems cause i am now unemployed, couldn't GET ANY HELP UNBELIEVABLE

The employees were very friendly and helpful, but the facilities seemed to have many issues. A lot of interior lights were burned out on multiple occasions when we visited, the gate to access the storage building area was always open when we visited, we noticed rat poison laying around, multiple units near my own had cards on the door that said they had mold growing inside and remained that way the entirety of the time I had my unit, and the insulation on the ceiling in my unit was falling apart so badly that all of my items had to be cleaned off upon removal. As I said, the staff was always kind and helpful, but the facilities could use some better upkeep.

I had a free one month storage as a bonus for renting from Uhaul which in itself was a plus. The staff went above and beyond in networking for me to help sell the fridge I was storing, saving me storage fees. I am very grateful to them for their efforts and time. It is a blessing to have caring people, especially during the time of a stressful move. Thank you again management and staff of Kanis Rd store in Little Rock.

My only complaint is that the outdoor access storage unit I reserved online was not actually available when I arrived. There were indoor and larger units available, just not what I asked for or what was confirmed online. The storage unit I ended up with was $30 more per month, which will add up over time. I was told that the U-Haul website confirmation doesn't necessarily mean anything for the local U-haul businesses. I've had this problem before where the right hand doesn't know (or care) what the left hand is doing. The local folks did try to accommodate my exist request, but it would have meant going to a different branch/facility, one further away from my residence. The average rating is for the complete (and final day of the) U-Haul experience.

The staff was so slow at getting to the customers in the lobby. The older lady in the store has the most nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. She was rude, disrespectful, and not polite at all.
