Well I know this will be out of ordinary maybe you can add a lounge, And put up a display explaining new things that's happening with company. And this may be a really crazy idea maybe but start renting out small gas saving hunchback's cars!!! Think about it $100.00 a day, couldn't count all that profit the company would be making Lol. PS. I got more ideals if your interested email me back!!!!



I have rented 3 trucks within a week and 2 of the 3 broke down or had maintenance issues and I was stranded over night. No happy..

Clean cigarettes butt out of uhaul spray more so it doesn’t smell like a sweaty locker room. Also people should pull uhaul up to customer then have a customer waiting not know which uhaul is fit them



The staff was very kind, and there was no wait. The vehicle, on the other hand, was filthy. It reeked of cigarettes, the seats were stained, and the entire interior was dusty. Also annoying: the truck had so little fuel I was worried I might not make it to a gas station to fill up.

i won’t be back to U-Haul for truck rental. The costs of 24 hours to move across town were way more than i ever anticipated.

The truck I used (a 20') could use an alignment. But overall the truck was fantastic and eas exact to what I needed. Made my in town move in one go. What keeps me from giving higher stars is the process of picking it up to be honest. I had reserved it the night before via the website, and even filled out the check in information the day before. I had a pickup time of 9am, and when I got to the place there were to customer service reps at the desk and one person at each. I had gotten there about 15 minutes early in assumption there would be someone there and that I knew my pickup shouldn't take long since I've done everything the night before. Much to my surprise it took so long to be assisted, that I wasn't handed the keys to my truck until some time between 9:30-9:45. Now I understand things happen so I'm not upset. But if they were to possibly have an Express lane for individuals who have pre registered for a truck, and have also completed the sign in info online that would be a great addition. But overall I got just what I needed and had a smooth moving experience once again, thanks to uhaul!

I have rented equipment at UHaul locations in several cities. This location is well located and convenient. That alone made me give the average mark and say I would recommend the location; otherwise I would have rated below average and would not recommend.. Truck was clean, but check engine light went on shortly after leaving and was on entire day. At check in, gas amount was wrong so I had to stop and get attendant to change before leaving. When returning truck, I asked for a refund of two items I purchased and did not use. I had receipt with me showing I had purchased that morning at that location. Check out person spent 10 minutes trying twice to refund the amount back to my credit card and never could figure out how to do it. At that point, I told her I would just keep the items even though I didn't need them. I was exhausted and didn't want to wait any longer to get a refund of less than $10.

One of the chains to the tow dolly broke, the tow dolly wasn't plugged into the truck, and the plastic thing holding the other chain was so old it was falling apart. The other side of the chain didn't have one at all. The straps were so loose my car tires started turning and almost came out during my drive. The person manning the front was nice though.

Woman I dealt with initially was a bit condescending, but the overall experience was great. The van was a joy to drive. Guys that checked the van back in were very customer focused.

Was charged extra money for mileage when we paid for a day. We were never told anything about having to pay mileage when renting it for a day to move. The truck smelled like old beer and had sticky residue all over the cab that I had to clean in order to have a stick free ride. Will never go to this location again and will be calling in the morning about these charges. If I’m not refunded I will make sure I get my money back other ways by making sure the 3 other couples moving after us spends a little extra at budget so they don’t have to deal with what I just delt with.

The attendant was working with another employee in close proximity to my stop location. I was told he be with us in a few minutes. We waited more than 5 minutes to be processed turning in a 5' X 8' trailer.

Some hours after I returned the van, I received a call asking if I was ready to return it, or did I need more time. I told her that it was returned, and I had the final receipt. She said she would call me back, but she never did. I understand followup, but how do you lose a van?

Would rent from them always...great office but NEVER have them put a trailer hitch on your vehicle.....they hooked mine up backwards....6 months later had melted wiring on my brand new truck .....didn’t know what had happened...took to my mechanic...he had to replace fuses to the tune of $200 + then called to get redone at uhaul....they said I voided my warranty by not bringing to rude to me on the phone and was going to cost to have redone at Uhaul decided they had cost me enough!! I took to another shop and cost another $200. So spent over $400 fixing uhauls screw up that they charged me $300 for! Will be reporting to BBB
