I’ve used UHaul at Keller Lake for both Storage and Rentals and been very pleased with my experiences here. The staff is great, very helpful and easy to deal with. I spoke with Corbin a number of times and he was always pleasant and helpful. The facility is well maintained. My only down mark was that some times the lights in my unit weren't working, not sure why as the bulbs were replaced and did work other times. Otherwise the facility was great!

Just want to say that Corbin C. is the most helpful and courteous person we’ve ever met throughout our many years of using U-Haul services. They went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed, could safely use the equipment, and was gracious and patient upon our return. You have an awesome employee over there— and we will most certainly come back to this location after the fabulous experience we had today! Thanks for the help, Corbin!

I reserved the van for two days and was told I I would receive a credit if I returned it within one day. I returned the van within 24 hours of the time I checked it out and they choose not to provide a credit or refund. I called and spoke with their office and they did not respond to my request.

Storage facility was clean and my things were in the same condition as when I brought them there. The two staff members at the office were strange and kind of rude The few times that I interacted with them. Kayla, I believe she’s the branch manager or owner of this location, was nice and helpful.

I was greeted warmly and given all of the information I needed to use the rental truck. I was a little nervous because I haven't rented/used a U-haul vehicle in years but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the picking up and dropping off went.

The response that I answered no to were in regards to that particular facility and management at this time. U-haul has always been my favorite for storage and/or movie. The great customer service and pricing. This is the first time in over 20 years of using you. All that an experiment was bad overall u. Haul takes my vote hands down with no questions asked.

I haven't used U-Haul for many years because in my experience, the vehicles were junk and as a client, I was treated poorly. After 20+ years and out of desperation, I rented from U-Haul again: The vehicles were close to new, the personnel were great, the rate is very competitive, and the manager at this location was excellent! I will definitely rent again!

The truck had not been swept out after the previous rental. We've rented a truck from this location each of the last 12 years to haul props, sets, and costumes for my daughter's ballet productions and have never had a problem.

The night before we were scheduled to pick up our truck, they notified us they didn’t have the 24 blankets we ordered, the dolly, and the 4 wheel larger furniture mover! Also received another call that the location where we scheduled to return truck had to be changed. I must have spoke to 15 people and spent hours on the phone.

I asked to hear back from a manager for The store I ordered my truck from the lady was so uninformed about my remaining balance and left me on hold for 20 mins then I hang up when I called back she didn’t answer all I needed to kno was how much I owe on my bill. Emily was very nice and friendly, as was Kayla, even though she was on vacation. I really appreciated the staff and all of their help. The 2 units I rented both had mice and my items in both units had been toppled over (guessing from the mice). 2 containers broke from falling over and there were mice droppings everywhere. Would have been a great experience if the units were mice free.

Unit 220 had noticeable mouse droppings and a large mouse trap. For this reason I vacated the unit two weeks later and when I went back, everything was covered with mouse droppings. Totally unacceptable.

Terrible- never allow them to store or move your belongings or furniture. Rodent infested unit. Rodent damage after 2 days in storage. Had to throw away chewed through and feces. U-Haul said not their fault- had movers move our belongings with zero compensation or empathy for our damaged items. Movers uhaul hired to make up for the rodent infestation, damaged a thousand dollars worth of furniture, mattress, dresser amongst other smaller items. The company ignored the matter and had to inquire 3 times and then the individual Tim with TSL services is not taking legal responsibility for his movers and the damage they have caused. This issue began beginning of April it is now June and no compensation has been made this far. Have spent hours on the phone and submitting photos of damage and nothing- keeps getting pushed around. I would give NO star- but 1 star is the new name

Have the equipment at the location that I originally rented from. I was contacted the day before my rental date and told that my trailer was not at the facility that I rented from. I was forced to drive 40 miles one way to pick up the trailer I rented.

Rude Staff, several break in's, gate is always wide open, trucks parked in front of unit, snow removal rarely done. Reservations not held. I wanted to add a larger locker and made the reservation with the Uhaul agent. Paid the bill and when I arrived they told me it wasn't avabel and that the agents are idiots and how would they know if there are units available. Rude Rude Rude staff!

I was homeless for two years and my unit had all or belongs from 6 yrs n stuff that I could never replace and Kayla was awesome she worked with me so I didn't lose all our things .she was efficient in responding back to all my questions and and helpful she has great customer service skills .thank you becauseof Kayla working with my children were able to smile again because when we lost our home they was afraid they was gonna lose there stuff as well yet they didn't thanks to Kayla and the U-Haul team at Keller lake in Maplewood MN .

When I was concerned about being able to access a hallway unit, she showed me one of them and pointed out where the others are located. In the office, she selected one closest to the front with the type of accessibility I might like. She also offered the use of a dolly should we need one.

When I signed up for move-in it was indicated that there would be a new lock located inside the unit for me to use, however there was no lock. When I moved on, the office was closed, so I could not get one. My unit is 306 if someone wants to place a lock on it for me.

I've had very positive experiences with the Keller Lake U-Haul. We've been storing our hockey boards there in the offseason for that past 7-10 years. I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't rent a 15' truck from them this year and had to make a trip to a nearby U-Haul outlet to get a truck. When we got to Keller Lake i was intrigued and angered to find both of their 15 foot trucks parked there. I will continue to rent space and trucks from them in the future but will need to push a little more regarding equipment availability.

I should have received some form of compensation for the damage to my property that was stored at this facility. I will never rent anything from UHAUL ever again and will instead opt to do business with one of your more competitively priced climate controlled competitors i.e. Extra Space Storage. I spent several thousands of dollars in rent for my unit at this facility over the course of multiple years and was regularly charged ridiculous late fees for being just a few days late, even in the case of extreme circumstances such as holidays, being out of town, Covid-19, or simply forgetting. In spite of the fact that I was a long term customer normally in good standing who spent thousands of dollars in rent, staff would almost never waive the late fee and offered me nothing more than an insincere apology when my unit became infested with rodents and thousands of dollars worth of personal property was irrevocably damaged. NEVER AGAIN!

Poor lighting, bad maintainance on the unit (the walls were bowing in, and our unit was broken into at one point. A small item was take and tubs and boxes overturned. We would never recommend them.
