Douglas R | Overall ExperienceI was told that the storage units were built on swamp land and that's why the foundation of the units are all cracked. I had huge gaps at the opening of my unit that not only could have caused me to trip and fall or possibly twist my ankle or worse...the gaps allowed for mice to enter the units. I had a number of pieces of clothing that were ruined by mice and there was mice feces all over. I actually watched a mouse enter my unit while I was moving items out. I also had seen dead mice on the grounds. i never keep food items or things that would attract vermen. The property manager was wonderful to work with.
