I wanted to rent a vehicle that would move a hutch and gave the man the measurements. He recommended a cargo van. Unfortunately that was not the right vehicle so they were kind enough to Let me trade Up to a 15 ft truck. I had movers lined up and the to my dismay, the truck battery died after only 20 minutes. Argh. Frustrating as I was paying For movers and It was going to be a 90 minute wait. The mover offered to jump start as time is money. The clerk was kind enough to give me a discount when I return the vehicle but it was a long ordeal.

The staff were very helpful and the process of renting a vehicle traile went very smooth. The trailer worked perfectly, held the car still and pulled very easy. I will always use Uhaul.

This rental was bad from the beginning. Truck I rented was different from the one I actually got so mileage was messed up. The cab was sticky and the seat looked as if it had a cigarette burn hole in it. My card had two holds placed on it AND two charges. Eventually I was issued a refund but it won't be returned to my account for 3-5 days. Called several times (was on hold for over 15 min each of the 3 times I called today before I got a person to talk to) for some sort of explanation received one call back but they didn't even realize I had already turned the truck back in and that was the last I heard from them. VERY disappointed! If you like to be on hold and never get communication call them.

First, starting with the positive, the location staff were courteous, professional and processed the rental and return amazingly fast. While the rented pick up was in good mechanical and physical condition, the cab interior was in desperate need of cleaning. Every interior surface was dusty, dirty and in need of cleaning. There was no evidence that the vehicle interior had been cleaned between recent rentals.

Let customers know what the cost per gallon of gas if uhaul refills - before the customer heads out. It was late and I did not add gas when I returned and was charged about $4 / gal. My bad but still would have like to know. Still a good overall experience. Thanks

Accidentally left my lock on the trailer and rather than cut it off, because it was returned a day early, the called and asked if I would like to come retrieve it. This was done. The return otherwise went smoothly. I did not need to use my free month unit rental this time so that is a moot point. Thank you.

The location there is not as easily accessible (especially from L Street) as other locations are. The facility and property seemed very clean, however. Also, I know that rental equipment is notorious for taking a beating. The trailer we rented had a damaged & repaired overhead door but the remaining damage made it harder to raIse & lower than other UHaul trailers I've rented previously.

Was quoted two different prices when I called 15 minutes apart and the second one was $35 More. I thought for me only having a small truck for 6 hours in town at $86 was overpriced, but I had no choice. Other then that, it was a very good experience!

Perhaps I missed it, but nowhere did I see, or was I asked in person of the exact size of the trailer ball required for the trailer I rented. It wasn't until I backed my truck up to the trailer to attach it, that I was told I had the wrong size ball.

I have had a number of fairly mixed experiences with uhaul. Equipment is not always available and the satellite locations don't always know what they were doing. This experience was the opposite. The online checkin made a huge difference. And dropping off after hours was easy. Thanks!

Uhaul was fabulous! But, never ever hire Dynasty Movers! I prepaid, and they did not show up. They called 45 minutes AFTER the confirmed arrival time to see if I still needed help. I was on a time crunch and was forced to go ahead without the help. The biggest reason I needed help was because of my terminal cancer diagnosis. Not supposed to lift anything. By the time they called, I was irritated for sure. Then, he told me he wasn't going to help me if I "had an attitude". An attitude? I was beside myself in pain and frustration. He then hung up on me. Two guys were supposed to have been there from 530pm to 730pm. It took me until 1am to do it myself. Sooooo hard for just me, and in constant fear of breaking a brittle bone. Unacceptable. I certainly hope Uhaul will refund the money I paid for movers.

I had my $19.95 van for about 25 hours, drive it 40 miles and was billed over $60. Totally a scam and rip-off. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.

My check in was fine, but when I came to return, I sat in the bay for 25 minutes, watching the gas go down on the truck because it was 90+ degrees outside. I finally turned it off so I wouldn't get charged for the gas, when I went inside, the gentleman said oh, are you just returning, and reached out for the keys, I told him I had been waiting and he said he had been busy, but when I had pulled up there was one other care in the lot. He acted like it was my problem that I waited. Did not appreciate his customer service, it was like I was interrupting his day. It is sad how client service is no longer service. I was very disappointed.

Awful experience from making the reservation to it arriving more than one week after it was “guaranteed”. Spent absorbent amount of time and effort tracking down information and details not well explained or understood via staff or online. Horrible communication. Frustrating run-around experience coordinating drop off, pick up, unloading helping, delivery as each component is contracted out. This is NOT well explained by sales representatives. Preferred delivery dates I entered online were completely arbitrary and were changed on my reservation without my knowledge. Had to keep looking online to see what the fate of my Ubox was. Thankfully, I didn't NEED the contents by a certain timeframe. Shipping charges were charged 3 days after my reservation and emails said they would be charged. I called about 5 different times to try to verify this as well. Would have had no idea the delivery was delayed had I not called no less than 10-15 times. Never contacted about delivery until I contacted uhaul and the contracted individuals. Ugh, I won't use uhaul again and you shouldn't either. Entirely frustrating and miserable experience. Contractors were reliable, once you finally were able to communicate with them.

I was charged a $27 charge for “cleaning” when all I moved was wooden furniture directly from my apartment and literally 10 feet of sidewalk using a dolly rented to me, and no notes or explanation. Just that “I should have taken pictures.” The truck was out of alignment and would barely get over 30MPH. I tried calling to verify what happened and was on hold for 26 minutes to hear this from a very Blasé rep.

I rented the uhaul from Armor Storage on 107th and Chandler. When arriving to oick up email notified i needed to go to 86th and L. That was inconvenient. When arrived the app was slow and frustrating. It advised me to select 2 vans before offering one the facility actually had. I had to go inside to finalize the transaction and get the key. Whats the point of mobile check in and social distancing then? The staff inside was apologetic and helpful so I do applaud them. When returning it was stated I owed for fuel when I have pictures before and after indicating I left the vehicle with more fuel than I began with.

Masks are mandatory in Omaha. The customer in front of me did not have a mask. Not sure why he was not refused service. Not sure if I will use UHaul next time if this is not corrected. Other than that, pick up & drop off was extremely fast.

Just get the service reps to care more. My rational brain gets it. It probably doesn't pay well and it's dealing with a lot of customers with stress but comn. No greeting and a what do you want attitude. Not that hard to hire for.
