Didn't have the size trailer I needed. Had to pay more for a bigger one. I would be more inclined to rent here again if I was offered the price of the trailer I needed.

Every thing was fine except the insurance we was like to have all the time but because I was not have my card and they don't accept cash for insurance I don't know why We don't have any problems but be save better in sorry (Customer with u-Hal like 10 time a year maybe not too much but it's good to have a the customer feel more comfortable ) Thank you


The sales associate who checked me in was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be there and acted annoyed by my few questions. Got the truck with little guidance at this point I assumed I would figure it out as he was very little help. Got to my storage unit and opened the truck and there were small pieces of glass in there. I was disappointed with finding that. The sales associate who checked me back in was at least friendly and seemed to care about the customer.


In the questions that the customer service asked me. They ended up giving me a U-Haul that was too small and didn't have a ramp. Just because it's a two-bedroom home doesn't mean we don't have a lot of stuff. In a washer dryer things like that we needed a ramp

The app to rate damage stopped working halfway through the time I spent rating damage. So I spent ten minutes trying to take pictures of all the different angles to make sure I documented all the dents and smudges/scratches that hadn't been documented previously. The app experience was stressful and did not improve my opinion of uhaul. The staff experience was amazing and unmatched, it more than made up for the terrible damage review process.

I use this location quite a bit. This time I wasn't very happy with the service.


Employees, a number of customers were not wearing masks despite a city-wide mask mandate. Truck was clean, but alignment was quite off, breaks squeaky, hydraulics poor.


I wanted to rent a vehicle that would move a hutch and gave the man the measurements. He recommended a cargo van. Unfortunately that was not the right vehicle so they were kind enough to Let me trade Up to a 15 ft truck. I had movers lined up and the to my dismay, the truck battery died after only 20 minutes. Argh. Frustrating as I was paying For movers and It was going to be a 90 minute wait. The mover offered to jump start as time is money. The clerk was kind enough to give me a discount when I return the vehicle but it was a long ordeal.

The staff were very helpful and the process of renting a vehicle traile went very smooth. The trailer worked perfectly, held the car still and pulled very easy. I will always use Uhaul.

This rental was bad from the beginning. Truck I rented was different from the one I actually got so mileage was messed up. The cab was sticky and the seat looked as if it had a cigarette burn hole in it. My card had two holds placed on it AND two charges. Eventually I was issued a refund but it won't be returned to my account for 3-5 days. Called several times (was on hold for over 15 min each of the 3 times I called today before I got a person to talk to) for some sort of explanation received one call back but they didn't even realize I had already turned the truck back in and that was the last I heard from them. VERY disappointed! If you like to be on hold and never get communication call them.

Was not happy with a surprise billing for cleaning? Truck was completely empty with nothing left in it. Why a $25 charge after the fact???? Can someone please call me to explain this charge? Mark Langerud

First, starting with the positive, the location staff were courteous, professional and processed the rental and return amazingly fast. While the rented pick up was in good mechanical and physical condition, the cab interior was in desperate need of cleaning. Every interior surface was dusty, dirty and in need of cleaning. There was no evidence that the vehicle interior had been cleaned between recent rentals.

Let customers know what the cost per gallon of gas if uhaul refills - before the customer heads out. It was late and I did not add gas when I returned and was charged about $4 / gal. My bad but still would have like to know. Still a good overall experience. Thanks

Accidentally left my lock on the trailer and rather than cut it off, because it was returned a day early, the called and asked if I would like to come retrieve it. This was done. The return otherwise went smoothly. I did not need to use my free month unit rental this time so that is a moot point. Thank you.
