This is a true, full-service, one stop location for all things U-Haul. They even have all the needed packing supplies including specialty boxes/bags (I don’t recommend their tape.) Efficient check-in/check-out and great customer service.

Cab was dirty, was charged a late fee when I rented for the all day 9' cargo van and was up grated to 10 ' and was told the same rules apply for this truck because they didn't have a 9 ' to give me. Was called and treated bad by employee in the middle of my move and was told I was to have it back by 1pm. Very bad communication on employee and uhaul

Take the dolly and blankets out of the truck. They are in the damn way. I was told they had to stay in. If a customer needed them they would order them. This was not my first rental by any means but, it will probably be the last truck rental.

I reserved my uhaul online, intending to be one way. When I went at 8am to pick it up, I was informed it was reserved as round trip and they did not have a one way truck available at that location. The girl who helped us was very nice and looked at different locations to try and find one, and she did end up finding one about 20 minutes away. It would be helpful if maybe it was more clear on the website that reserving it wrong could cost you being unable to get a truck at all. I don’t know what went wrong with the reservation but I know at one point I had to put in storm lakes location for drop off, but it got reserved as round trip. This put us behind about an hour and we had to change the appt we had set to meet with the landlord to get my apartment.

Our only complaint is that we drove 14 miles and had to put almost 6 gallons of gas in to fill the tank, which added to the expense. Clearly it wasn’t full when we got it.

I suspect there may be a flaw with the online booking. I clearly wanted a dolly and appliance cart, but order showed other items. The employees at the counter were great, though, and corrected it promptly.

I ordered my U-Haul and about 30 minutes later while on my way to the original location In Papillion NE. U-Haul called me to tell me that vehicle was checked out already and then I had to go to another location off 87th and L street which was farther from my home. at the new location on 87th and L I picked up my vehicle which was dirty in the back and had a ladder left in it from the previous rental I can only assume. Additionally the wrong mileage and gas level was recorded on the print out that I was handed and I was originally charged an extra 16 dollars for fuel. I had to call U-Haul twice to get this corrected. I was over charged $60 and was told this would get refunded. Well my apartment flooded and that over charged amount was all my daughter and I had for groceries. So now we have to wait a week until I can go to the store and feed us. Overall this was the worst U-Haul experience that I have ever had and I would like a complete refund for all charges and the rental comped by U-Haul if this is not done I will cease business permanently with U-Haul and advise all that I know of this experience using social media.

This was not the original location we requested so we were, initially, disappointed that our reservations were moved to a site further away from our destination. However, the service was great and the facility was convenient to come/go from. We were definitely pleased with our experience and would recommend this location to others. Thank you!

I registered online and the website promises the equipment will be ready and the extra items I rented would be prepared and inside the truck. When I arrived I felt as if I was an interruption to the day. I would describe the counter staff as disengaged. There was a little eye contact or conversation. At one point the gentleman left the counter but didn’t tell me that he was leaving or that he would be returning. It was up to me to stand there and wait until the next step presented itself. As I understand it now there was a code that needed activated I believe it’s a QR code for my mobile cell phone. He didn’t understand how to do this, another gentleman walked up and showed him how while the main staff member said in front of me that he didn’t want to use his personal cell phone to make this activation. I remained pleasant and he did apologize when he overheard me calling the person I was meeting to advise that I would be late because the truck was not ready when I arrived. The final straw was that I was overcharged by $200, the mileage was completely incorrect.



There was no ramp on the vehicle. My bank account shows I was charged $115 and your receipt shows you only took $100 out of my account. I want to know what happened to the additional $15.
