Key drop off box is impossible to find. The guy said it would be on the left somewhere. The app says it'll be a orange box by the front door. So after wondering around looking for it for 20 min. I finally found a small sign that was blocked by a trailer pointing to where the drop box was, and it wasn't even a box it was just a slit in the door.

This location is one of the best locations. Even though the employees change alot, still one of the best locations for uhaul that I have been to.

The person who accepted my truck return was rude and short. He responded negatively when I told him I did not sweep the truck due to my asthma and to go ahead and charge me the $25. He complained to me of his own asthma. I filled the truck up double the amount of gas required. He barely communicated with me, treating me like my high school girlfriend did when she was mad at me. I was confused as to what I was supposed to do, as he was ignoring me, so I went and sat in my vehicle. He approached my vehicle and stared at me, so I got out, and he asked me rudely and passive aggressively "do you do this often?" (Who rents a moving truck "often?" Am I not a paying customer? He didn't go through the process with me at all, he treated me as if I was an employee who knows the process in and out) I said no, he gave me my total and said my receipt would me emailed to me and walked away before I could even say thank you but I still said it, to the back of his head. Very. Very rude. The woman who I rented my truck from initially however was extremely polite and helpful. That's why I'm writing this. Hopefully this man will be corrected and not bring the whole place down with his awful customer service skills. He has the personality of a warehouse employee.

Your supposed link for checking back in does not make it clear enough on what to do. I couldn't figure out how to do it & was charged that exorbitant $20 fee which is really wrong when everything is now done online or on the phone. That makes everyone's time shorter so adding that kind of fee for a one click check-in is not okay. You just lost a long-time loyal customer who could not afford that extra $20 at a time like this!

I love uHall and have always used it in the past but this new way of returning the U-Haul was totally ridiculous especially for someone who is not tech-savvy also to charge $20 for you guys to do all the tech stuff is also ridiculous in my opinion.

This location is so much nicer and friendlier than the other uhaul spot on Clark. I swore I wouldn't use uhaul again after the last time I moved and the ghoul of an employee over there was so rude and disrespectful to me, but I gave in and y'all redeemed yourselves. Pleasant experience all around. I do think your “how many gallons to fill” chart is a little bit off though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Have a nice week. I'll most likely be in to grab another uhaul since I apparently own more crap than a 15' truck can fit. Thanks, Andrew

As with all rental companies, you should be more upfront about the true cost of your product. Saying a truck is 29.99 for the day sounds great. I paid 180 dollars for a truck a drove 99 miles and had back to you in 7 hours. That's a little high, and I'll be looking around for better rates next time

When I reserved the unit they said it was on the first floor I'm disabled and when I got there and ready to move in with all my stuff it was on the second floor with 10 steps and no elevator and I'm disabled , when I rented a truck there the manager didn't know how to split payment onto two credit cards, I had to call customer service to have it done. Won't to back there !!

I reserved a trailer Friday and when I went to pick up Saturday it wasn't available. They sent me to ANOTHER location that had a trailer according to the system and THAT trailer was broken! They then sent me to ANOTHER location and 2hrs and cross county trips later, I finally got the trailer that I reserved. I was given a credit but I still had to pay for the trailer! I hope this is not how u haul handles complaints

I have rented from this location several times but never experience this poor level of service before. The lady who checked me in at the counter turned her attention from me several times to assist other personnel for several minutes without excusing herself. Also, she was not very helpful or friendly.

The vehicle was not very clean. Steering wheel sticky. Windows dirty. I did not have my updated insurance card with me. I did have coverage and offered to bring the card when I returned for a refund on the 10.00 I had to pay for your insurance. The employee would NOT approve. So I paid 10.00 for nothing. I also had to go out to the vehicle myself and inspect it. Other u haul facilities assist you with this process. I also had to uber to your facility because I was told I could not leave my vehicle there. Another 21.00. Very expensive rental for 10 hours.

when i arrived for pickup, my reservation, which i confirmed a day prior, was not in the computer. Apparently the person I spoke to didn't properly do her job. The woman behind the desk went above and beyond to help me and make sure i had a smooth move.

The automated check in service didn't work at all. Once the location service failed to work there was no way to advance through the check out process. I tried calling customer service and using chat and no one ever responded.

Have a staff that helps. Not let a crowd sit outside for twenty minutes while your app doesn't let returns happen. Just shaking your heads at us sitting outside in the cold at night. Come to the door and see what's wrong. Yes you are closed but standing there texting and not helping doesn't solve anything when there is a crowd outside.

the only thing bad was the fact that I had to buy a lock from Uhaul even though I had my own, I was told we had to use theirs in case they needed cut off...well, all locks can be cut off.
