jason E.The reservation process went smoothly, the pick-up of the trailer went smoothly, it loaded great, it handled great, it is an extremely well designed unit with its onboard ramps, fold down left fender, tie down ratchets, and the jack on the tongue. I had a little difficulty doing the online check in when I returned the trailer at the location's off-hours, but it did not cause a problem with the total rental fees.

Linda T.After they get your money - return is easy and attendant very nice. When picking up - not so good - i stopped and made a reservation for my truck thing it would make pick up easier. NOT A CHANCE. They made me go through everything all over again and then some. I did not have my phone thinking I would just go in for verification and grab a key. They needed to contact someone to verify I was picking the truck up. WHY- they have my license and credit card info. I had to wait until my wife returned to the house and answer the phone. I was told this was to verify who I was- THIS IS CRAZY - after finally contacting my wife after 15 minutes I was given a key to a truck in row O - row O was Q worn out - after trying a van in the wrong row because the Q looks like an O I finally found the correct truck - OHHH by the way it was RAINING. After opening the truck the passenger window was left open and cab full of water. So back into the office - OH did I mention it was RAINING. After getting my second truck I realized the truck is given to you with a 1/4 tank of gas - so off to the gas station you go. MAKES NO SENSE. Why aggravate the customer like this. I forgot to mention when I got to U-HAUL there was no one in the office - more waiting. Not a good experience.

I don't know why I was charged $80 more because I can't get to the website. The only reason I would recommend this location is it's convenient location.

Someone parked so close to truck couldn't move it if I tried upon leaving. Poor customer service. Vehicle in need of tranny repair. Cost was double what they quoted. Only put 25 miles on it. Very disappointed.

Brian H.Well, the pickup truck and dolly I reserved for moved from Elyria, Ohio location on 254 & 57, to The Avon, Ohio location the next day, Then I was Updated Later in the day That I'd Have To Go To Cleveland Now To Pick It Up. Once I arrived at the Cleveland store the staff members behind the counter were working at the own pace, seemed very uncaring about other people's time. Took them around 40 + plus minutes to get me checked in, and even get the truck pulled around. When I was returning the truck and using the app to complete the return process, and employee came up to me tried to tell me that I would be paying over 100$ more then what I see on my phone. My order when I returned on my phone said 163$ she came up to me and told me it was around 270. So continued with my return checkout and only payed 163, I just dont understand why an employee would try and up sell me something or lie to me?

He ordered me to start the vehicle and make sure all the seat belts were fastened, then gave me the wrong total (was not an accurate adjustment from estimated miles to actual.) When I questioned it he tried to tell me it was the tax and everything but the wrong amount. When I asked to see the numbers, he said "Why don't you just go inside", which I did. As I waited in a long slow line on a Saturday morning, he came inside and eventually approached me in line and handed me a receipt without saying a word. (which finally did have the accurate math reflected.) Totally unprofessional and disrespectful... he acted like it was my privilege to be served by him. I've been to this location before and this was the first poor experience I've had, so I'll probably go back again, but Nicholas Jones needs lessons in customer service.

This trailer had dents in fenders, one side was pulled away from the frame. one rachet strap was damaged. The trailer was muddy and I had to use wd-40 to get the ratchet straps to function. the trailer also had bald tires! On a bright note, the people who checked the trailer back in the next day were very friendly & nice.

Now, let's talk about the amount of attitude your employees have. Short and simple, I'll never do business with Uhaul again. Uhaul failed from start to finish and some how found away to keep failing even after I was finished with your equipment.
