This truck was clean and location delivered good customer service. The truck makes a loud noise when cutting the wheels deep in either direction. It drives good but that noise is scary.

The customer service needs improvement! A simple "Hello, how may I help you?" would have been nice. Very little eye contact, then not even a "thank you"! When we returned our vehicle, no one was in the store; had to go outside and find someone. We returned our van in less than 90 minutes, so wasn't like we were any trouble at all! Make me sad to think U-Haul has lost their great reputation!

A few weeks ago I got a rental there was no assistance for 20 minutes and when the person comes in its the store manager. None friendly. This weekend it again was no assistance. Heard the manager in the office but didn’t come out to help the line. One girl started my order very ghetto and unprofessional. Then a gentleman completed the order and took my payment he was professional speedy and knowledgeable. I did a self return and it was easy

One of the straps was very frayed on the car dolly and when I went to use the ratchet to strap down the front wheel to the dolly to handle broke off. upon return I reported it to a staff member and he said he would put it out of service until repaired.

I've been a customer, with U-Haul, for many years, & understand how much stress is involved, as I've worked, in retail, & with the general public, for decades. I'm much older, & retired, now, & employers accommodate for much more, now. I didn't rent storage space for more than half of the end of September. On the last day, an effort to prevent my entry was tagged, with a note about improper locking. There was more than one visit to the office, & - after being lectured about a need to be shown how to lock my storage, I learned I was to have a FREE, circular, lock, when I signed-up, for storage. No lock was given, & - after more than one visit, to the office, & the lecture, I was told there were no locks to give. The homeless has become our (homeless) worst enemy.

Storage facility was very dirty, bathroom was filthy had no toilet paper, no soap and no paper towels. The facility manager was very nasty and rude the whole time I used this location( which was over 2 years). I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I had to wait for them to locate a truck, they were extremely busy, I was sent a quote via Uhaul for one price and upon pick up it was over double that price without an explanation. I have never had this issue with Uhaul before and it is the only company that I have ever used.

Train, monitor, assist, and review new employees: Apral was not well knowledgeable in attaching the transporter to the rental truck. What should’ve been less time, took twice as long. She thought customers should squeeze out through a tight opening to exit vehicle after I was in my Lexus. Then to after gad to clump through back seat again to drive off transporter for her to set tire belts correctly. Very stressful and confusing. Later and finally was assisted by another employee: who said I did not pay for assistance (not true because GM Lea was to add $20).

In the beginning I was able to checkout the rental truck through the GM Lea: she asked all the right questions and made me fill confident in the process. Later I would return to have the transporter attached (a $20! Charge) to the truck. Apral, I learned after was a new and inexperienced employee, was having a difficulty understanding the order (this was concerning and a bit stressful). She also informed me that she was new, but familiar with attaching a transporter and no reason to for worry.. The process was stressful: it took almost an hour to attach the transporter: with no manager there to assist. Until the near end, and after Apral had me climb out and in (twice-through the front seat to get out of my vehicle through back door). She said this is how it is done. Why? Apral did not know that the side step (on driver side) had 2 straps to release step in order for door to open. I even said it’s not possible and to get a manager. She even suggested to climb out window. Finally, someone came over to assist. I said that Apral didn’t know and Apral said she did (she lied). Apral made a few mistakes in lining up the straps for the tires; she was able to guide me up the ramp correctly, and forgot some important connections (very dangerous). The manager or other employee must of seen what was happening and assisted by explaining to Apral what to look for and do. But, said that I would have to chain the front to the axle? Myself since I never paid $20 (not true). After lying on dirty ground and attaching the chain I said to Apral we both learned something today. I told her I appreciate that she tried her best, but she needs to know when to ask for help. It’s unfortunate. But, next time I will have to be more assertive w/a new employee.

The mobile check in could not be more simple & quick. The rates are fair and the emo employee at this location helped me out with an appliance dolly I didn’t even think about renting to move - with appliances. The padlock code that was assigned to access the key had me screaming “HOLE” so I had to move the dials to spell that out 😆

So trouble with truck and trailer being available. Ended up going to another location to get a truck. Had to Uber after being dropped off. Then back to this location to pick up the trailer. Spent 3 hours picking stuff up. 2nd time in two months doing this at different locations. I will find another company that can have the equipment ready at one location.

I have nothing good to say about this place. No one was on site when I arrived, and no directions for dropping off the trailer were posted. I looked at the phone number provided to me by the location I had rented from, but no one answered for this site. I left a message, but no one called me back that day. The recorded message recommended that I use the U-Haul app on my phone, which actually provided contradictory information at times. I called a central location number to inform them that I had dropped off the trailer. They told me not to worry about it; I also informed them that I was not pleased with the drop-off process and site. The next day, someone from this site tried to call me but I was away from my phone. They didn't leave a message. When I called the number back, guess what? No answer. Straight to voice mail again, with the same useless message. Avoid this place.

Horrible gm, terrible customer service, late lock was always left on while I had been current for days or even weeks causing extra stress and often having to rent a hotel room. My fiance begged for over a year for better customer service from this location. I will never rent or use anything from UHaul. My family and have been customers for over 30 years. Shame on you, Lea!

The manager lied and told us there were no box dollies so she could charge us more money for appliance dollies when there ended up being a box dollie inside of the truck. I reserved my truck online it said the price was 86 to 89 dollar's we get there she says 160 ended up paying 130 in the end don't go there they are rude and very slow with there service would not recommend going to this location ever

Ordered and pickup the 6x12 trailer on August 23rd, 2025 at 10 am. When I pick it up, I noticed one of the tire was in a bad shape. The gal and guy there said that this is the only one available for “one way” trailer. I asked the dude, did you check the air on all tires? He answered pretty vaguely as he didn’t know about it. I left 5am on the 25th to beat 920 miles and hopefully arrived before dark. At 11:16am while I was on I40 with only 15 minutes to Little Rock, 💥 boom. The tire that I question them, the tire that was in a bad shape exploded. It took them almost 3 hours to have it replaced just over a few simple reasons “They couldn’t locate that tire size near by, they have to and on 60 minutes on top of “ETA 90 minutes”. Then they add on 20 minutes just because “everyone was on lunch”. We didn’t get to the destination until 9:25pm. I need roadside assistance on business hours and less than 15 minutes from the Little Rock city but y’all took this long to help, what if I was in trouble in the farm road way, away from the city? Y’all totally disappointed me. NEVER AGAIN!

Slow checking vehicle in costed me money and extra day

When vehicle was picked up it was covered in dirt inside and out including mud inside of the engine bay coolant was very low by about a quart and a half and tires that were supposed to be set at 35 PSI we're set to 32 down to 29 depending on the tire vehicle was returned with a 16th of a tank more gas than it was received but employee tried charging me for 3 gallons of gas that I'm sure never went into the vehicle please see review for management regarding dispute

1st time we rented so cant really think of a thing to change. When we picked up our truck we were charged the wrong insurance rate. We asked for SuperMove Plus ($30/day) and only got the SuperMove ($15/day). When we noticed we had to go back to the store to get it corrected. Leah helped us get it corrected and checked us out when we returned the truck. She was wonderful. So helpful and considerate. She really knows her job, as does KIm. Kim helped us when we went to check prices a week before our rental. She explained everything and set us up with a quote. She was very nice and very knowledgeable. I will definitely rent from them again if i need to.

This places staffing seemed pretty bad, and a lot of the employees lacked knowledge, that made things take way longer but wasn’t the problem the problem was lack of equipment available and lack of storage units available that we needed. The unit I paid for had a tag on it that said “trash”, then the unit that they told us to go to after that had a damaged door we we couldn’t use that one either. So we had to use two smaller units and couldn’t even fit everything in them. We also seen a roach on the ground in the storage unit area. This place needs to be sprayed for bugs regularly!!!

The cargo van that I rented still had garbage in the door and wet cigarette tobacco in one of the cup holders. It was also not swept out. In addition, there should always be a staff member to receive the equipment in a timely manner. We were waiting outside in the sun for about half an hour until we just took it upon ourselves to to return the equipment via mobile app which was still a very slow process. This place needs to be better staffed overall and clean the vehicles

I got this unit because it was supposed to be indoors and climate controlled. It was always so incredibly hot and humid and it led to mold growing on my stuff that was 100% clean and dry when it went into the unit. There were often clear signs that certain people were living in the units here as well. The move out process was smooth though and the lady at the office was very nice and helpful when I couldn’t get the app to work.

Use them for 3 years when I was moving from state to state. They were very convenient and easy to use. I haven’t had any problems with them or the unit itself. Definitely would recommend if you are needing to put some things in storage for a period of time.

I am an out of town UPS pilot and needed a storage to move my things into at my own convenience. I provided a debit card at time of sign up for auto deduct. I was away from Louisville working for a month straight. The facility did not auto deduct my debit card, and when I did not make it in, because I was out of town, they cancelled my unit. Nice person when I checked in, but not understanding of my situation.

The drive in loading and unloading area is especially helpful with the temperature /climate control features Making loading on and off available carts a plus to and from units. I would say the experience in keeping my things stored here was average. It was average to me because it was my first time storing things in a storage. I liked that it was a climate controlled space however upon getting my things out of storage it was covered with like a sticky insulation type residue. I had to wipe off all of my things stored. I do feel as though I should’ve gotten a refund due to the fact that I was always on time with my payments and it shouldn’t have mattered that I did or didn’t give notice before I took them out. My last payment I made like a week ahead of time, a week and a half. As I said before it was an average experience and in the future I hope that I won’t have to store my things again.

Whenever I had a problem, I could not reach anyone. Also, I had to go to the next-door facility to get a swipe card since I was never provided with one. The man at the desk absolutely did not know what he was doing and couldn’t go one step to the next without calling some woman who was offsite. People were backed up out the door and very frustrated.

1. There is a lack of coordination. You get different answers from different individuals on the very same issue. 2. Procrastination is another issue. A simple issue that could be handled in minutes would take days. It took two days to confirm my moving out, something that could have been done in seconds.

I worked with a woman named Mesha and she was amazing from start to finish! She made the move in process as smooth as possible. She answered all of my questions and concerns. my experience at u-haul was amazing. in this day and age it is hard to ever find good customer service, but that is not the case at this u-haul. everything i needed was tended to above and beyond and Meshea, the store manager, was exceptional in her knowledge to my questions and her kindness and helpfulness was above and beyond. i cannot say enough how much i would recommend this u-haul. thank you u-haul and Meshea Gough!!!

I had a slight delay and getting into my locker because I'd forgotten my locker number and there was a little mix up on the paperwork but the lady is there took care of it totally it's it's a clean place. The unit space is not big enough for a 1-2 bedroom apartment. The movers could not get everything in the storage. Which made my movers fee extremely costly. It took too much time to try to fit everything. The end result I have 1/2 of my belongings in the middle of the floor. I am very upset about the entire experience!

I was not satisfied with the move in process of one elevator and several moves going on at once. I actually went to Public Storage after I checked in at the desk at U-Haul once I saw how time consuming it wow. My experience at the counter was not all that good either. I’ve already told a friend about how good this moving experience was. The staff who processed our truck and storage rentals we’re friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We felt like the design of the Self-Storage solutions facility was pretty well thought out. The elevator should be tweaked just a bit though, so that the door stays open about 20 - 25 seconds longer. In one instance of loading to go upstairs, the door closed on my sister’s arm as she tried to wave it back open for another customer. The main thing that kept me from selecting the “Excellent” rating is the need for more flatbed carts. This particular location needs at least two more of them. As we experienced, five or six families trying to achieve the transportation of belongings with just 3 flat carts and a mattress cart added on to the stress of moving.

The facility was great, is brand new so is expected. And the staff was very helpful in person. But upon checkout and clearing my unit they charged me 2 more months rent. I called numerous times ( no less than 10 separate occasions) only to be immediately put on hold without even being able to get a word out. I would stay on hold from 10 to over 30 min with never being able to speak to anyone. It took me speaking with a separate customer service center 3 different occasions to resolve the issue. The store in question would’ve charged me a 3rd month if I hadn’t of removed my payment method from the system. Without the ability to speak with a separate customer service I would’ve never been able to get this resolved. My only option would’ve been to drive back to the storage facility and speak in person. Which at that point I had already moved hours away which I’m sure a good amount of those that empty a storage unit do.

The told us after we used the free month. We don't have to tell them we no longer want the unit. If we want the unit another month we have to tell them. Other wise they will take our stuff and put it out. So we lift the unit after just 30 days. Though we got charged for 2 other months. Once we kept receiving bills. Then we called uhaul and that's when we found out. That we had been missed lead. And now have a big unexpected bill.

There was a lot I had to do with my move and storage so things can be rough and stressful. Although I have to say the staff was one of the best I have experienced. They were friendly and very understanding of the situation. I do apologize for how I was trying to make ends meet but every step of the way it was very easy to work with them. The guy who is the manager had a nasty attitude! Anytime we spoke or interacted with him he always seemed to be mean for no reason so I chose to match his energy. The very day we went there he was mad when we arrived at 6:15 pm although they didn’t close until 7:00 pm. He then started cussing and going off because he was supposed to been off earlier because “he had a date!” The unit was still under construction. We would call at least 5-6 times each time we wanted to access our unit to to see if someone could let us in. No one would answer the phone so we would have to physically go to the office then have someone to drive over to let us in. We never received an access code the entire time we was there. When I called to cancel the until someone answered and asked if I could hold and I literally sat on hold 28 minutes. I kept calling and calling and calling and finally someone from customer service answered and she tried calling the store as well and they wouldn’t answer for her. She put a note in the system for someone to call me so I could cancel the unit. About 3 hours later I finally got a call back. I would never rent a until with uhaul ever again, even if it was free! It’s just not worth the headache they put your through. It’s stressful enough being between homes, but uhaul just added another level of stress that wasn’t needed.

I waited two days for someone to show up at this storage unit that was rented to me and it's not even technically open. Or shouldn't it be. It still has major construction going on. There is stuff all over the facility that is unsafe and we had to try and bring all of our stuff into the unit very quickly because the lady was rude because we were late. Because nobody showed up to let us in and we were trying to work around that and the people helping us move. Just very unprofessional

Our experience was especially good. The representative was very friendly. We rented a truck to tow a Ubox and it was all hooked up and ready to just drive away when we arrived. Excellent service!

I used the U-Boxes, it cost me $280 to rent them and there was alot that I was not told for example: there is a monthly fee for renting them, there was an additional fee for delivery.
