NATHAN S | First ImpressionsI am an out of town UPS pilot and needed a storage to move my things into at my own convenience. I provided a debit card at time of sign up for auto deduct. I was away from Louisville working for a month straight. The facility did not auto deduct my debit card, and when I did not make it in, because I was out of town, they cancelled my unit. Nice person when I checked in, but not understanding of my situation.

The Staff was especially accommodating. This is my first experience using a storage facility and I am thankful for the staff for making it a good one.
