I noticed the facility is being ran by new management. The new manager doing an excellent job! It doesn't take that long to be seen. And things are being operated smoothly and in a timely manner.

Reuben checked my truck in and was very efficient. They did seem to be in need of more staff. I had to wait for a short time. But, had me on my way in no time at all. Glitch in the computer beyond their control. He was very efficient and polite. The location was small but very clean and orderly. I was treated with respect and with genuine care. I would recommend this location if a person needed a truck rental. But, I would not recommend uhaul over all.

I found ash from cigarette at several places inside the vehicle which was so difficult clean so that I had no other choice but to bear that through out my rental for 2 days. But otherwise vehicle was quite new and full of safety features which I really liked.

About what you would expect from a UHaul location--if your expectations are set low. If everything goes right, you'll be able to drop your equipment off, but God help you if you have anything go wrong. The workers are rude and are clearly just there for the pay check, so don't expect any degree of customer service. If you have any issues, they aren't able to help you anyway, so be prepared to spend 45 minutes on hold with the customer service line, only to be transferred to another disgruntled CUSTOMER (yeah, you read that right) then have to hang up and start again. Absolutely dreadful experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding UHaul if you possibly can.

It pains me to say this, but there was only one person there who was of help to me and had she not been there, the service I would have gotten would have worse then what it was. There was gentleman behind the desk who knew absolutely nothing...literally that was all he could say was "I don't know". That person should not be working there.

I had a reservation for 7am and the woman who was opening the location showed up at 7:30am stating she was caught in traffic. She said she would make an adjustment on my payment, but since I had checked in and paid online it would be a refund and I have not received it yet. I chose that pickup time because I needed to be somewhere at a specific time. Due to this situation, I was late.

I did on line check in which instructed me to proceed to the front side of the desk. There were about 5 people in line. I went to the front and the woman working completely ignored me. I stood there at least 10" before a gentleman came in and handed me the key. That's it. All he had to do. It would have made a world of difference if she would have said, "I'll be with you in a moment" or "my coworker will be back in a moment to help you".

Have equipment there that was reserved. I had a reservation at 10am. My truck wasn't available until 1230. Then was told I couldn't keep it the 8 hours I reserved for that I had to have it back in 5 hours because trucks were over booked and they needed for another person at 6 due to not having enough trucks to fill all reservations. There was a guy that drove an hour who had a reservation for a U-Haul and was told they could not get him a truck and no one called to tell him before he made the drive thinking since he had a reservation he had a truck waiting on him. There was a line of people waiting with just one guy checking us out. But some girl who came in with McDonald's for everyone she was just walking around keep saying she was coming to help and never did she come out look at the line grab a piece a paper off desk and say let me take this to the back she never helped the other guy. Only one guy hitching trailers to cars. Everyone was complaining.

This is my second time visiting a U-Haul within the same week and each time they had the same similar issues angry people upset because you all had overbooked their trucks I felt so sorry for one lady and she literally cried in front of me because you all had gave her truck to someone else. While I was sitting there they stated that they had another lady who was going to Texas later on that day and they were just about to overbook her truck it seemed like it was an ongoing issue to say the least. Also I'd like to add that I went to the U-Haul on bardstown road and when I had my issues there they were nasty and decided to laugh at me with an unprofessional customer service I'll be calling corporate on them myself.

There is one person working at the desk and she gets slammed and can't return phone calls. however One guesses this is moving season, therefore, therefore there should be at least two people handling the desk and phone calls. When I returned the Vehicle I asked for another reservation and was promised another reservation text, however, tomorrow is the pickup day, and I have not received any notification.

Made a reservation a week before needed. Came to Bardstown Road location to pick up and they had no reservation nor truck available. Had to go to Preston location to get last truck that was supposed to go to someone else at 10 o'clock. This was the second time in a week that my on line reservation was messed up. Had to reschedule due to the mix up the week before. Very disappointed being I have used your services numerous times over the years. Your organization has gotten worse.

Reform' Uhaul Scheduling. I've experienced a terrible inconvenience; at ‘no fault'' to the reservations nor this 4612 LYNN VIEW location. Certainly, this reservation, will be forever com-memorable.
