Some Dude named paul tried to bribe me for a better rate on the rental because I returned it early. I didn't go back to pay him, if he charges my card for an amount that was not agreed upon, I will file criminal charges against him. Thanks Uhaul...

I called to reserve a truck to be picked up at 8 am. When I arrived at the location the guy told me his system said it was for 4:30 pm. Had a crew of movers, some had to cancel plans and others were not available to help. The service is terribly slow. The guy who took us out to look at the truck kept forgetting documents and equipment. Wouldn't give me a discount for the incredible inconvenience. Awful customer service.

I was impressed with the ease of ordering on the web site and the service at the pick up site. Quick and easy. I asked for pick up in Shelbyville which was an extra hour of driving (back and forth). A CD player would have been nice. Otherwise, I was impressed with the truck and the experience.

Your employees failed to give me a contract stating the current fuel level at check out. When I returned the truck at the same level they charged me for fuel I didn't use. Upon discussion with the employee, they failed to provide me with any evidence of the original level. And when I requested to discuss this issue with a manager, they failed to put me in contact with someone in a decision making position. I will not be retuning to this location for future rental needs

The customer service area in the front seemed to be understaffed. The one representative I saw, Jonathan, was doing his best to serve all of the customers on what seemed to be an unusually busy day, politely, professionally, and efficiently. However there is only so much one person can do. I have no complaints whatsoever about the quality of service I received. I just wish he had some help so that the long line could have moved more quickly.

Renting initially was fine, but I returned the vehicle with MORE that 3/4 of a tank, and I was charged for bringing it back with 5/8 (a charge above $10). I specifically put 2 gallons in right before I returned it so I know this is a mistake and that management is abusing the right to charge me after already having my card information. To make matters worse, I was told a manager would call me and they never did. I will never use UHaul services again and I will discourage everyone I know from doing the same. This is pitiful customer service and will continue to harm a reputation that is already suffering enough.

1) Ensure the customer gets everything for which they pay. I paid $10 for the use of 12 moving pads & I wasn't given any to use. Albeit, I didn't ensure the pads were given to me before leaving but that shouldn't be my job. 2) Have two associates working both desk computers during high volume times.I was at the location 5 minutes prior to my scheduled pick-up time, however, there was only one associate working the front desk computers and several customers standing in line. This caused me a 30 minute delay in renting the trailer. Upon returning the trailer, I was quickly checked-in outside, BUT AGAIN, there was only one associate working the front desk computers and several customers standing in line when I went inside to complete the return process. This caused a 45 minute delay in my leaving. 3) Ensure that U-Haul employees do not speak badly of anyone when customers are present. Your U-Haul employees probably shouldn't say to each other, "you don't know all the dumb people I deal with everyday," but they absolutely shouldn't say it to customers when other customers are present!

Return store open, because we had it clean, and, dropped off within 24hrs, and could have received a $40 refund for early return. Which could've been refunded to the card on file

Employees there are rude and wanted me to clean out the truck. When there was only dirt from normal getting in and out of the truck. They spoke of charging me 25 dollars for that. But after proving my point to the guy and , threatening to go to the better business Bureau he said there would be no chance. So I ask you is this how U-haul does business?

There were 4+ people waiting to be helped and only 1 clerk. I got there at 9am to pickup my reservation and had to wait for 30 minutes before I could be rung up. That is ridiculous!!! And this is not the first time I've rented from this location and had the same problem. I avoid this specific location for that very reason and will not recommend to friends/family. This was the only option to pick up the trailer size I needed. Granted, we were outside but the guy who connected the trailer to my truck could not even put his cigarette down for the 2 minutes or so to connect the trailer. Not very professional.
