Ask the customer where they are returning the equipment. I rented a car trailer and ended up paying twice the one way because they assumed I was bringing the trailer back.

There was not an appliance dolly or a furniture dolly on the truck even though we had ordered both and actually we're charged for the furniture dolly. Went to another location and got the furniture dolly but they didn't have an appliance dolly. The person at the 2nd location tried to find an appliance dolly but there weren't any available. Made our move much harder than it should have been. Both workers were extremely helpful and courteous and went out of their way to fix the problem.

Maintain your trailers; one of my rented trailer's tail lights would not illuminate when braking. Also, WORK on your website and the availability of your equipment. I had to go to a total of 3 uhaul locations to find the trailer that I rented - all after your website said that the other two locations had one each. A 2 hour mattress transport ended up taking 6 hours of my Saturday due to looking for a trailer all across town.

I reserved a truck 20 days in advance at a location when in one mile of my move. I got an text/email the day before confirming my rental, but no longer available at the original site I selected. The new site was 17 miles from the other UHaul location. Of course, UHaul charges .79 per mile!!!! So, we were charged for 34 “extra” miles $26 and the extra gas needed to travel those miles. The email/text stated that my truck would be available at 6:30am by using their 24/7 service. I called Uhaul customer service the evening before and was assured that my reserved truck was at Preston and available at 6:30am. I got to the Preston Highway Uhaul and the cell phone app wouldn’t allow me to check out the truck. However, I was told they would be happy to serve me at the counter inside. The BUSINESS DIDN”T OPEN UNTIL 9AM. So, we waited for 2.5 hours to get the truck. I got a sorry from the staff but “it was a problem with the system”, sometimes people don’t turn the truck in on time, or it was wrecked or broke down.

Went to your location on Bardstown rd, and the guy there was a jerk large guy with goatee and green polo shirt on, kept telling me my bed wouldn’t fit in a trailer, kept trying to get me to rent a truck. I will definitely never go back to the Bardstown location, What a jerk...

My original reservation was at our Bardstown Rd location. That location need better management. When i got there to pick up the furniture dollies they didn't have any and no one appeared to know how to get any. I suggested Preston hywy store and they were excellent.

Rental said it needed an oil change when I got it. When I returned it I told them it needed an oil change, employee said something and returned it to the parking spot it was in when I rented it (right up front, ready to rent.
