I booked at Jefferson Ave in Salem and UHaul moved it to Lynn. There were dirty rags in the van. I booked for 250 miles and somehow that was changed to 200 miles and I was charged for the mileage. Upon returning the key return box was too full and famed and it was hard to put the key inside. Overall a poor experience.Sarah H.

We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time but we did not get assistance until 25 minutes after our arrival (15 minutes passed our original departure time). Ultimately it all worked out but it did delay our scheduled time to meet with our movers. Also the location doesn't offer proper parking for customers to idle as they pick up their supplies/rentals.Lucio G.

First off I work for customer service. I know we all have our good and bad days. There are days I do not want to do my job and hate EVERYONE walking through the damn door. But my job is my job and I have manners, respect and simple courtesy of others. I have attitude at times but in a professional way. But this experience here was by far the worst. I wasn't greeted once I arrived and didn't know who was a worker and who wasn't and when I did find out it was like â€œ what â€œ â€œbusy doing inventoryâ€ â€œwait for the other guyâ€. Hoping the other guy would be better; he was only worried about his phone. I don't usually do this. But people need to look at who they employ and really focus on their employees overall people skill. I legit almost had a good day go bad because of these people. Hopefully I have better luck next time.Iliana T.

I called ahead and representative was very pleasant and helpful and we were able to make the reservation very quickly. Only issue i had was trying to do after hours return. For whatever reason, your website would not recognize my location even though I had location services turned on. I'm not sure of the issue, but I still dropped it off and put the keys in the drop box. Everything was fine. Great service and very efficient. Thanks.Ryan S.

I had two storages. One at uhaul (2 1/2 years) and one at public storage (4 months). The day I rented the storage till the very end, my boyfriend and I were treated with nothing but kindness. They go above and beyond expected customer service. 5 Stars! Public Storage you pay more and get the worse customer service (cold and detacted). The uhaul battery died on us after a 10 min drive. Luckily we were able to jump start it. I do not know what the processes of the company is to check and maintain the uhaul trucks. I would suggest to be more thorough so that customers do not have to experience this situation especially during a move that is already hectic.Davey C.

It is always the same experience. The app does not work, takes 20+minutes to get out of there and the van pulled to the right and the tire indicator light was on. The fact you advertise a $29 rental is a scam, it is never less than $100-$150...Donald P.
