ROBERT HAdmittedly I was late to put up the truck reserved. The clerk told me there were no other trucks available. I called and the agent I spoke with changed my pick up time and magically there was a truck available at the same location I was just turned away from. I was given 20 miles to drive somewhere it took 20 miles to drive to which ment I was going to be charged for the entire drive back to the drop off location plus gas. Staff was rude. One clerk made sure to let everyone know she had a nasty attitude and was not in the mood. Her words not mine. I would take 50 trips in my own vehicle before I ever step foot in there again.

SAURABH Dthe two ladies working there were excellent. However, they were understaffed for a Friday. The place was a madhouse of people coming and going. Two people definitely was understaffed. I actually helped someone with their Auto transport so that I could get out of there within an hour.

ELAINE APrice for a sprinter van was listed online at $20 plus mileage (and taxes and fees); had to pay a mandatory $15 insurance fee as well. I had the vehicle for an hour and a half, drove ~20 miles, and the total came to close to $70. Pretty much did as little as possible outside of idling in the parking lot for two hours and the price was 2.5x higher than advertised. Not sure why the insurance was mandatory. That should at least be more clear on the website.

RICHARD TThey handwrote "Late fee $300" on the paper contract. I did not have problem to return equipment on time. Any handwritten note after the customer already signed has no teeth, and can't charge late fee. It's very unprofessional and tries to scare those customers who may be running late. The associates I encountered seem working hard. But whoever came up with "Late fee $300" should be held accountable.

Daniel MThe uhaul app is horrendous. When We brought the vehicle back we were required to do a return vehicle. It took 40 minutes on the app and it would not proceed through the pages. We waiting 30 minutes for someone in customer service to answer the phone only to tell us our return was already completed when the app still saiid it was not complete. Terrible experience. Fix your app.
EARL SThe 15 foot truck was very loud. It was a one way rental, the truck had over 100,000 miles, and at 70 miles per hour, it was so loud in the cab that my son and I had to shout to be heard.
TIMOTHY HI was blamed for not explaining something to the service rep. when I had. He did not communicate well at all and tacked on charges that, since it was the last minute and I needed the van, I had to agree to. Now that I’ve returned the van, I am faced with a bill with extra fees that I do not understand; I await a manager’s return call. I believe the fault lies both with the location and U-Haul as an entity: the hidden fees are something the company seems to revel in, as some Yelp reviewer also commented on.

THERESE NThe workers where nice the vehicle was clean. We booked to go one way on line. We got there they had none available. The took a truck out of dimission for us to have one. They won't tell us why it was in there. We took out the insurance for it cuz we didn't trust the vehicle. I was scared the whole ride wondering what's wrong with vehicle
ELIZABETH RCustomer service here is the best I've experienced at any Uhaul. The staff was kind, professional, and got me in and out quickly. The only problem with this location is there's not enough customer parking.

The gentleman who moved the trucks was helpful and had a wonderful sense of humor which helped to alleviate some of the anxiety of the moving process. I will always recommend this location!!!!

ANDRE SI made a reservation for my truck months ago. My vehicle should have been cleaned when I picked it up. Also, some of the staff appear to have 'training issues' and could use a course in customer service!
RACCINE WThere was an extreme rattling above the cab in the truck which made it almost impossbel to drive, 45 minute wait to check in.
ANDREW EI arrived at the store at roughly 545pm. I walk in and one gentleman is on the phone which I believe is a personal phone call. The other gentleman is reared back in his seat as if he is at home watching TV....not very professional but they were helpful considering me and my mother were in a pinch. We purchase a dolly, it's not in there when we Starr moving things. I am eith my elderly 71yr old mother and yes, we should have checked the truck bf leaving but the way it was parked, it was difficult to get behind the truck. There were no furniture pads in the bag either. When we got on the rd, as it was raining...we noticed the truck didn't have much gas in it. It was not 1/4 full at all and within 10 mins of driving, we needed to pull over and fill up. The employee should have done his job, they were so ready to get off of work that they handed us a truck that was not up to par. This location has gone down hill. Customer service is a lost skills these days. Not to mention the lady on the phone earlier in the day wasn't very forthcoming with information on the trucks/sizes. Hopefully it's a long time before I have to go back there. Uhaul do better. We should have not been charged for gas if it wasn't filled correctly. We didn't have a picture so, they wouldn't accommodate. If your employees did their job, we wouldn't need a picture. Is there a two person checklist before rental trucks that employees have to fill out? If not, there should be.

ROSALIND GIt was me and my wife moving solo. I called in to extend my rental a day and spoke with a very nasty manager who said it was impossible. If i didn't get it back I would be charged a $300 late fee. I called customer service after and they were very to helpful. Kristin said, "Oh that's weird I can get in just find and extend you no problem. The last time I rented from this location, my rental was given away because I was "late" also told too bad that time, I shouldn't have been late and I could only have the van for a couple of hours. The issue is that I was on time, just in a line out the door while one person ran the register. They said "Oh, you should have just checked in on the app, sorry" You get no cell service at this location. Infact! LAST NIGHT when I dropped off, it took over 30 minutes to upload the pics because the WiFi was down.

What I was told was mine was significantly smaller. I had no choice to take the next size up. I just moved cross country and money is tight at the moment. Not happy that now I'm paying 200 a month for this(and frankly it's not worth it). I've already found a facility significantly cheaper and with the same features. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

One irritation was her struggling to open up a bag of candy to munch on while talking to me and simultaneously talking to the staff next to her about how badly the day was going. Her demeanor was very indifferent, and did not communicate while I stood there waiting for her figure stuff out. It took forever to get my reservation straightened out, even though it was made well in advance. Not her fault that it had been a long day for me, getting a truck early in the morning, wanting to unload and go home. She never made it clear that I indeed would have a storage unit until the very end, which was a good 30 minutes. Poor professionalism, poor communication skills, and the place had a really third rate vibe.

I appreciate the ease of access and the temperature control. Gated units are more exposed to other people’s things which isn’t great but that’s not unique to this storage. The chain around the door was always extremely difficult to put a lock on. Still, I appreciated that it was well lit, the staff were always pleasant and helpful. One other thing - it seems like there’s always a long term vehicle right outside the doors, that is potentially blocking the loading zone. Sometimes two cars. I appreciate that the rental came with a lock in and of itself, and having that rolling flatbed cart on site was a HUGE help. I would recommend this place to others overall, unless they have physical accessibility issues. And if needed, I would use it again. Any critical feedback given wasn’t so bad as to deter me from using it in the future.

What a joke! This place needs to be torn down and replaced. I will definitely NOT use uhaul storage again based on this experience. Josh did his best to help us, but as he said several times - "He doesn't work here".

I had an original issue when I first got here when there was no staff there and they all bailed and didn’t tell any of the customers what they were doing and they just left and they were extremely rude and I told the manager about this and she calmedsomething of mine and it was nice for you to do that but you know they never fix the security issue with the lights the employees are still lazy do not care about them the customers and the last time my last day there I still had an issue where I was trying to check out of my storage unit and there were three employees sitting outside doing nothing and they were customer sitting inside weeding doing nothing but waiting for somebody that’s going to come that’s not going to come because they’re sitting outside talking to other employees I would never recommend this place I almost wanna never use Uhaul again it was the absolute worst place I could ever go everything I did but into that place had a fit through the size of a door otherwise it was a nightmare to try and get this other side door open and I just absolutely hate this place.

I was informed (by the move help) that Uhaul staff told him not to offload (unload) the Uhaul truck. The truck was just sitting at Uhaul yard. Uhaul keeps on charging me everyday for the truck I did not use even though it was returned (parked) at the Uhaul approved return location. Not only that, without communicating with me, Uhaul went ahead to close the storage I fully registered and paid for. I see this as a sabotage. I contacted Uhaul supervisor few times for help, she did not offer to help. All I was hearing from her was I cannot help. Even though this was a fully paid for service, I felt I got very poor value out of it. I felt helpless.

This is Sari is extremely extremely extremely dirty with trash all over the place mattresses slices of cheese broken plastic and sand lake debris from the asphalt thats deteriorating.

I could NEVER get a human on the phone to answer questions. The day I moved out, I was speaking to a lady about renting a Smaller unit. She fell asleep three times while I was standing in front of her. I asked her three different times I needed a SMALLER unit, she researched a LARGER unit. Complete waste of time. I would rent from Uhaul again in the future.

I needed to exchange the unit which was on the second floor. I wasn't informed of the facility set prior to purchase or else I would have went else where. The larger unit was on the other side of the facility. We had unloaded the truck and turned it in and it was raining. I ended up having to pack y car with what I could and throw the rest away. The gentleman told me to close the door because it was closing time and we would not have any access. I said the young lady at the counter said I could. He went to verify and said you only can stay until 10p after which the alarm would sound and the police would arrive. I was frustrated and disappointed to say the least after driving 1025 miles to Cleveland. This was the location the Uhual company in Florida recommended. It should be said prior to purchase what the storage space set up is. Everyone is not familiar. I have never had to do this before. The rates at this location are almost double those in other areas. I was very upset and I am looking for other options to be out of ther before next month.
