My quote for for $531.00. I was promised a $50 refund due to a scheduling error, which I never received. I was charged $730.00 and was to received the balance back upon dropping off at the dropoff location within the 8 days, which I did. I still have not received any refund to my account. Customer Service was sending a "text" to a manager to assist me. Nobody has called me, no money back. You hold on the line for 32 minutes. Finally you hang up and hit the options for reserving a truck and a rep answers right away. I am not extremely unhappy with U-haul and its customer service, because you all make promises and don't keep any of them

I had a reservation for a truck at 3pm. I waited for 20 min while other customers were assisted. I waited another 20 min to find out that my reservation was not able to be completed because the truck was “down for repairs” and “shouldn’t have been cleared for use” or something like that. This was after a charge was already put on my card, then The poor girl helping me had no idea how to use the computer interface. Then I found out there was no manager or supervisor on staff(!). The young lady could not assure me that I would get a truck even if I came in the next day. I eventually had to convince her to loom for another truck that is available (after all, I had made a reservation, I needed to move that day). What I found out from listening to the two workers, was that the young lady I was working with could have called someone for help 30 minutes before she did. Was she embarased to ask for help? She totally tried to get me to leave and come back another day, not understanding the timeliness people need U-Haul’s equipment, or the needs of a customer that had a reservation and was bamboozled by the companies ineptitude. The employee was nice, but she shouldn’t be afraid to ask for help. Dodging an admission of ignorance is not worth an hour and a half of my moving day.

The lady and the gentleman I rented the truck from was exceptionally nice and the customer service was even better. When I returned the truck the gentleman who took the info for the truck. He was so rude and dry. So for the next time I would because of how i was greeted.

If the employee is on the phone with a customer, at least acknowledge to the customer that you will assist them shortly and not just ignore the customers.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful my rental experience has been with Demetrius Watkins and his team at this Uhaul location. Demetrius was warm, efficient, and his store was neat and inviting. Service was quick and made my moving experience just a little less painful. I will be recommending this locations to all my friends and family.

The Van smelled bad - like an animal had pee'd in it. Other than that it was pretty clean. A bit grubby on the outside. The person who checked me out was very gruff... not a single smile or welcome. The guys that checked me back in were GREAT! Ive used this location before when I moved and bought boxes. Overall most of the staff are very helpful.

I WAS CHARGED TWICE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I WAS CHARGED FOR EQUIPMENT THAT WAS NEVER LOADED ON THE TRUCK. THE AMOUNT WAS REIMBURSED AND THEN TAKEN OUT AGAIN. THAT DOUBLE CHARGE HAS DISRUPTED MY ACCOUNT.

Please make sure mileage is at 1/2 as stated. I did not care for having to walk back and forth from the van to customer service to report mileage. When I rent cars, the associate comes right out to the car with me so the customer isn’t going back and forth. I wear a leg brace and this was not easy for me. The associates were professional and courteous.

I was called multiple times on not returning my truck when it was, and due to tech issues and not being able to complete the payment online - I was told that I did not return the truck or complete the payment. I spoke to multiple people and told them all the same things, and things were not taken care of properly. Someone at the site checked the truck out and reported that we were okay to leave, yet, it didn't seem okay since everyone seemed to think I still had the truck.

I had a very good experience, from the person I spoke to on the phone to the person at the desk to the one who attached the trailer and helped orient me on how to use it and what to check for. Very professional all around. The only annoying thing is how little parking there is.

Location seemed understaffed. I arrived early but had to wait in line about 15-20 minutes to check in. By then it was past the scheduled pickup time but the return time was not adjusted accordingly.
