When booking my rental through I also selected the mymove contracting help. My movers didnt show up until 12:40 and Nu confirmed start time was 11am. I called uhaul customer service and they were no help. They kept telling me that mymove is a third party company which I tried contacting directly myself. My confirmation email for moving help did not include a customer service telephone number nor does their website

Understaffed, and took entirely too long. Not really attentative to customers and unorganized. It would help if they had more than one worker at the front counter. This is no fault of the workers there. Mngmt should consider hiring more front desk associates.

The service was excellent. You may however want to check for a fuel leak on the truck I used. 7 gallons of gas for a 14 mile trip seems high even for a truck.

There was a $10 CDW fee changed on are bill. We have the paper where we declined the service. I tried to get removed over the phone that did not work. I have not had time to go in person. I would still like a refund. We picked up queen size mattress that was brand new that’s why the service was declined it not like we needed this for moving. We did ask for a dolly it was added to bill but did not physically receive it, so we did not get a chance to move a dryer to my moms house as planed. So at this point I was charged $10 that was incorrect when I spoke with the young she asked what color was the paper I told her yellow where it was signed by her and Person renting declining the CDW service .so not understanding why it was charged. They were great. Extremely polite, helpful, and quick. I was charged for one extra mile, which I thought was a little ridiculous, but after the chaos of the pick up, I was just happy to pay the 60 cents and be done with everything.

Yes the Mayfield location gave awesome customer service...However the New beginning location on St CLAIR in Euclid customer service was terrible he cursed at me and did not give me my rental reserved Uhaul...I had to rearrange and go to Cleveland Heights to get my uhaul.

I only drove my van 27 miles and had to put in over 5 gallons of gas for the van to ready full on the fuel gauge. The fuel gauge appeared to be barely on full when I received the vehicle, before I drove even a full mile the fuel meter was all the way down to 3/4 of a tank. I am not happy that somehow I had to spend over $15 on gas before I returned the van when I drove the van less than 30 miles. I don't believe those vans get 6 miles per gallon... not happy at all.

Everything was great, service was excellent and friendly. The only problem there is a traffic problem when returning trailers. It can be difficult to get out of the lot because of the marked return lane. There is only an in lane and no out lane, but only one opening. There should have been a marked exit lane.
