The staff didn’t do anything with urgency. I arrived to the store having already made a reservation online and there were two people in front of me in line and two employees working. It took over half an hour from when I arrived to when I left with my rental.

I pulled in wrong drive & a worker was yelling that someone parked in his way. I thought very rude since I was returning home after 7 years. No hello or may I help you rude. Didn't ask who i was just asked if I was waiting for a reciet. No thank you nothing. Never be back again! To many companies that do the same thing.

Customer service training for the staff (including the manager on duty Sat, Jun 17 at 3:45 pm) is highly recommended. It would be helpful for the staff at the location to greet and/or acknowledge customers upon them entering the location. Also, showing some care and concern about the customer and ensuring they have a decent experience would go a long way. Finally, checking beforehand to make sure trucks are available and ready (especially for customers who take the time to complete the registration process prior to coming in the location) would make the process in smoother. Based on my experience at the Mayfield Rd location, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

We I got there even though I had a reservation waiting for close to 30 min is unacceptable.. Then I got in truck1/8 tank of gas got me to the end of the drive... Unacceptable

The app did not work to check in so everyone had to stand in line. Took me an hour to check in. This location needs more people on Saturday mornings. It was very busy and we all had reservations so the location was aware we were coming.

I’ve used this location many times, great facility But this time on my return 5:15 Sunday evening on the 10th, a young gentleman told me to park the van then leave the keys in it 5 days later, I receive an email and phone call saying I never returned the van After two phone calls this still isn’t resolved Stopping at the facility Monday the 18th to fix this situation

More help inside the store for faster check in and out. Correct calculations of rentals. I was charged for 2 days when I only had truck for 2 hours.

The mileage and gas listed on my initial contract were slightly high. If I hadn't checked them before leaving, I would have been overcharged for mileage and had to put in more gas than I used.

When I was using the mobile check-in, an employee happened to park a different truck near me and went out of his way to run and get the key for me and pull my truck out of the tricky place it was parked in-without me ever asking for help. Wish I had caught his name because it was the nicest experience I’ve had and moving is stressful enough as is.

The cargo van I rented was filthy outside, filthy windows inside and out. I had to wash the outside windshield myself. Also, The terms of the contract we’re not adequately described In advance.

I don't know if all locations require such a long long time to pick up a vehicle. If others are more efficient I would recommend a different location

Provide a staff person that assists in the assessment and confirmation of the truck, mileage, fuel gauge level as opposed to a self service process which requires the customer to get back in line to dispute any issues identified. In my case the fuel gauge was mis-marked on the contract. The parking lot attendant confirmed and placed his initials on the amended contract but was unable to adjust the record in the computer. The result when I dropped off the vehicle at a different location without an attendant present was no way for me to dispute the entry in the computer.
