Since I was returning the van after the location had closed, I was asked to sign into uhaul.com and follow the prompts from "Return my Truck". Nevertheless, this instruction could not be carrried out because the rental was not registered in that way. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes and had to talk to "Corporate" in order to ascertain that there was nothing to do online. After using the van for moving, being on the phone for 20 minutes for no good reason was aggravating. Appropriate instructions about returning the van would have been appreciated.

The truck was clean but so outdated when we returned the truck the representative came out and closed out the truck behind our truck even though we came first better return procedures should be rehearsed with reps and trucks should be upgraded after they reach a certain age. I was afraid of a breakdown the truck was so old

The assistant manager, Cody, was so helpful and kind. He listened to all of our problems, told me how to go about everything, and just genuinely cared. He spent almost a half an hour with us when these things usually only take ten minutes. Employees like him help keep business! Without his help and kindness, I would have already cancelled my reservation for one in August, but now I have faith that he will provide me with a good quality trailer and will make sure that I don't loose any more of my belongings to negligence.

Abusive staff bullied me out of reviewing the odometer before signing. After the return I got overcharged by over 60 miles. The manager called once, promised to fix it, and I said I'd be nice and not post a review despite my bad experience. Then he never called, and ghosted me when I called back multiple times. At this point it's obvious that money's gone. I hope the stupid $60 you ripped off of me is worth the hundreds you'll lose as a result - I'm never coming here again and I'll make sure none of my friends do either.

I was told that I did not have to pay the balance on milage until my van was returned numerous times by several different people. I went to pay for 2 more weeks on the rental and was told I would need to pay the balance. I did not bring enough money to pay the balance and they would not let me leave to the bank to get it. I was forced to call an Uber and had to leave all of my possessions that were left in the van. I had my cat with me and it was 95degrees that day and they would not let me bring her inside or turn on the vehicle to use the air conditioning. The previous time I rented from this location they sent me a text telling me that they would report the vehicle stolen if I did not return it that day, but I still had another week on my agreement. I received numerous calls saying that I never made payments and that my rental was due when payments were made and up to date. The customer service people were very rude to me and treated me like a criminal instead of a paying customer. They also tried to take $2,300 from my bank account when I have a receipt that says I owe $1200. All that I was offered for my troubles was a free storage space for a month. I have never had such a poor experience with a rental company in my life, and I rent my primary vehicles and have been for two years. DO NOT GO TO THIS UHAUL. Use enterprise they are cheaper and very accommodating. I will never use uhaul again!

Go back to letting the customer reserve the trucks and vehicle's in advance by putting down the 100.00 dollar deposit up front 7 days in advance because that's what Uhaul is well known and famous for! The 100 dollar deposit, handle all the particulars when they come back to pick up the truck, this is faster and quicker, it gets the customer out faster.

They misplaced the key and then charged me $100 to make a new one. When I tried to discuss the situation with the Manager, he showed no customer service skills and at a point walked away from both me and my daughter when we were trying to ask questions about the procedure. I will NEVER go to that location again.

Check oil light on in cargo van from the start.Disappointed that I did not get a furniture dolly that I had reserved. Also some confusion about what a packet of furniture pads is. I paid for a dozen, but got only a bag of six. Otherwise, quick and courteous in and out on a fairly busy weekend in June.

Please improve upon the organization inside the actual facility. For instance when you walk in no one is there to greet you. The customer is forced to stand there until an associate acknowledges them. Also the associates recite their lines like a fast poem. I asked the young lady to repeat herself several times, made the experience seem rushed and ingenuine. Other wise my move was great. Just work on the inside of your business.
