This store is understaffed!! I waited an hour in line to pick up my reserved truck. There always seems to be a minimum wait of at least 15 minutes at this location. I use UHaul approximately 3x a year & this is the closest location to me. After this morning I will be using another location if not another service. ????

Only problem i had was the mileage calculated me using only 45 miles but it read different so please check your trucks to make sure that its not doubling the miles

Customer service was surprisingly good all around. I had a blowout on the highway. The response was fairly slow (two hours) but service did come and fortunately there was a full spare. Oddly, there was a bottle jack under the passenger seat but no lug wrench or tool to remove the spare from the vehicle so I couldn't have done it myself.

I loved the new online pick up! It was so great to not have to wait in line! The only suggestion I would have is to note to people that in the step right before the key box opens, there may be a wait. It took 10 minutes to get approved and I didn’t know what was going on. I looked all over the truck to try to find the keys, haha!

My ONLY issue was returning it and being watched like a hawk by the police across the street beaming their light. I couldn't focus straight for nothing felt like I'll get arrested just because. The customer service was great too. Truck tire sqeaked but other than that. If I need it again I'll use it

The U-Haul computer network is in diar need of upgrade. The slowness of processing a customer who has already made reservations is unacceptable. One hour and twenty minutes in the office waiting to receive equipment. Never again!

System computer caused a one hour delay in me picking up my delay. I was expecting a $50 reservation guaranteed according to UHaul.com which states: "Should U-Haul, through its fault, fail to contact customer the day prior and be unable to meet preferred time, place or size, then the $50 Reservation Guarantee will be paid and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservation." Customer service claims this $50 guarantee only applies if my preferred truck is not on site. But that is not what the statement from U-Haul.com says. The keyword is "unable to meet preferred time" and "through it's fault". I strongly suggest you clarify this $50 reservation guarantee statement. Thanks.
