Rental attempt at the facility was a nightmarish experience. Your computer system failed to work after repeated attempts and was a waste of time. Finally had to use cell phone to rent the unit. Facilty person was helpful, but could not overcome computer system probkem.

There was no light so I was working in the dark if I closed my unit for privacy. I asked for another unit the staff said there was no units available in my size. I would like a refund for the time I was in the unit.

CYNTHIA E. | Overall ExperienceI have many scars and battle wounds from the lights turning off while I was in the middle of storing my stuff the manager clean that she would get it fixed, never did. I had an original issue when I first got here when there was no staff there and they all bailed and didn’t tell any of the customers what they were doing and they just left and they were extremely rude and I told the manager about this and she calmedsomething of mine and it was nice for you to do that but you know they never fix the security issue with the lights the employees are still lazy do not care about them the customers and the last time my last day there I still had an issue where I was trying to check out of my storage unit and there were three employees sitting outside doing nothing and they were customer sitting inside weeding doing nothing but waiting for somebody that’s going to come that’s not going to come because they’re sitting outside talking to other employees I would never recommend this place I almost wanna never use Uhaul again it was the absolute worst place I could ever go everything I did but into that place had a fit through the size of a door otherwise it was a nightmare to try and get this other side door open and I just absolutely hate this place.

Cheryl N. | Overall ExperienceI hired a move help abd paid the crew (via Uhaul recommended site) to offload my stuff into the storage that I paid for (at Uhaul site). I was informed (by the move help) that Uhaul staff told him not to offload (unload) the Uhaul truck. The truck was just sitting at Uhaul yard. Uhaul keeps on charging me everyday for the truck I did not use even though it was returned (parked) at the Uhaul approved return location. Not only that, without communicating with me, Uhaul went ahead to close the storage I fully registered and paid for. I see this as a sabotage. I contacted Uhaul supervisor few times for help, she did not offer to help. All I was hearing from her was I cannot help. Even though this was a fully paid for service, I felt I got very poor value out of it. I felt helpless.
Oluwagbenga O. | Online Move InAdd storage facility when you were in the dark damp and deep recesses of the building The light can go out and there are no motion detectors inside of the storage units inside of the hallways leading all the way back to the entrance, I tripped on my stuff in the pitch black and then try to tell one of the people that work there who stared at me through a glass window and laughed at me after that as I was trying to move my stuff a very rude employee want to head and locked a door as I was trying to go through it and walked away saying she had a closet as I said it would’ve been nice to know before hand and she just mumbled something I probably didn’t want to hear. This is Sari is extremely extremely extremely dirty with trash all over the place mattresses slices of cheese broken plastic and sand lake debris from the asphalt thats deteriorating.
