Sorry, I was told I'd receive a first floor, (alone, disabled vet) but had to tackle the 25STAIRS and Second floor which I had No choice I was told on arrival, totally unacceptable...as well the facilities I had to get a storage container was 35 mins away, also a BAD INCONVIENCE, as well I was told there'd be Much closer facilities which I have used time ago, this whole ordeal was almost like a who cares type deal, when I got the truck, the person gave the key and pointed, no check or anything...people just didn't care for service no matter what state, pick up in RI or drop off and storage in Oh, pretty sad, I served our country Twice not to be treated as such...THE ONLY GOOD WAS THE TRUCK...have nice holiday...

GALEN J | First ImpressionsMs. Herlesha Russell fixed my storage and truck rental for me and I thank her, the General manager: After the guy on Sunday didn't help me get moved in, and I couldn't get my storage because he told me to move 1st, then come back to the store, then get storage, which cost me extra time and money: I arrived at 1:30 pm and he knew store closed on Sunday at 5:30, I didn't and I'm a senior citizen. If I see this guy who didn't give me his name again, I will turn and walk away.
