This was my second rental here this week and as before, the experience was superb. The agent was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The rental went smoothly and I was quickly on my way. This location is awesome and definitely has the best customer service. Well done.

I booked a few days in advance to pick up at 10:30. When I got there I still had to wait in a “first come first serve line” and was 45 min late. Why book ahead of time if it doesn’t matter? The overall service was great. Staff was very kind and accommodating and did apologize for the wait. At this specific location the lady that helped us was kind and professional and knew what she was doing. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. No complaints besides the wait time. I would rent from here again and recommend!!

Email instructions were sent to the credit card payee. It should have been sent to the registered driver. So, the truck was not properly returned due to incorrect instructions on uhaul part.

I rented a car dolly on Friday September 7 it seem ok until the next day when I was traveling on the highway and noticed on my right mirror that there was something dangling from the trailer I pulled over and found that the right brake and signal light was not attached to the trailer and the only thing holding the light was three wires one wire became de attached from the light and now I had no light on the right side of the trailer I taped it in place until I got to my destination once there I repaired the wire and reattached the light with self tapping screws all worked after that and had no other problems

Simple things; for example I was given the key and the only walk around dealt with dents. I am not familiar with the vehicle I rented; there was an assumption that I would know all about it. I had confirmed a different vehicle (half-ton) and the current renters were late returning and their rental truck was full of furniture etc.?. Rather than cause a problem I went with a cargo van.In that case, perhaps going over simple things like;the mirrors are manual, the gas tank is here, Thanks I'll be back

U-Box rental, loaded on site at U-Haul, staff were fantastic and very helpful. 1st time moving in 10 years and will definitely use U-Haul again.

The original drop-off location was scheduled as Selkirk, MB. -that was a big disappointment so I drove the extra 50 km to return the vehicle to McPhillips in Winnipeg.

I was very impressed with the organization of the system and the return app that we used when we brought the trailer back. Glad to see U Haul is utilizing technology to make things easier. Loved how smoothly it went.

There really isn't anything to do better I picked up earlier than my time slot and they were open on the holiday Monday and it cost me less than expected fantastic experience as normal

The experience with U-Haul has little to do with the people at the location. Overall this was the very worst experience I have ever had. Your scheduling is frustrating and caused me excessive stress. First you kept just changing the time of my booking when I had to coordinate with movers. I booked a month and a half ahead of the day I needed the truck and car transport for a cross-country move. Yet I was scrambling when you confirmed my rental the day before 4 1/2 hours later than I booked. I had to re-arrange the movers to a later time in the day. On the morning of the move you suddenly tell me I have to go to another location to pick up the car transport. Again - I have no time for this as I have movers coming.I was forced to go get the moving truck at Regent, bring it back to my house, drive to this location and rent a truck to bring the car transport back to my house, then drive the truck back to McPhillips and drive home to St Vital. I had to remind you to give me blankets but for a 26' moving truck you only gave me 12 blankets. Another family member previously rented the pods (another scheduling disaster) and had 12 blankets per pod! You clearly have the corner on the market and don't care at all about your customers. You never once tried to make anything better. Basically, if getting a truck ON TIME is important, it is clearly necessary to rent it at least a full day ahead of the day you need it. I would never recommend U-Haul.

Snow that was not removed in front of the storage locker melted and the water ran under the door and ruined some wood and panels that were stored in it. all furniture that had fabric was ruined.

The only thing that would have made this the perfect storage system would've been access to a forklift. The moving staircase can be very difficult with large heavy items.

Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, others were not. the unit that I rented was not well maintained. It leaked in a few places that had a patch job and there was water damage.
