Mainly ok except under staffed again. Dropped trailer in the morning and was allowed to park my car behind building till Truck drop-off later in the day. Service rep said he'd process the trailer after truck drop-off. Returned truck but the Rep (all alone) had other customers in line he was dealing with. So he suggested I leave the key and he'd deal with the paperwork when he got a chance. Two days later I get notified of a $20 plus tax late return charge on the trailer. He had forgotten to do the trailer return processing. After a call the twenty dollar charge was credited but not the tax. U-Haul can claim innocence because individual locations are franchises and the local owner or their manager makes staffing decisions. Every other customer I spoke to in my time at U-Haul locations had similar stories of the equipment being fine but long waits to get served by staff. The same on the phone lines with long wait times. I hope executives at head office will take measure to improve this situation.Don D.

I was overcharged for mileage. I used the truck to go once to the dump. Return distance for the trip is approximately 40 km. I was charged for 105 km which is absolutely impossible! Unfortunately the vehicle display indicated an oil change was overdue, so the mileage indicator wasn't displayed so I couldn't verify. Don't trust this operator!Brenda F.
MY ORIGINAL RESERVATION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT THE IN AND OUT CONVENIENCE STORE ON NESS AND MY TRUCK WASNT THERE BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS USER DIDNT RETURN IT FOR THE THIRD DAY IN A ROW. Said there was a full tank when there wasn't upon picking the van up. $25 bucks on the re-fuel to go to St. James and back. Then you charged me an additional $10 claiming I did not fuel the van up which I did. Then you said you'd refund me the $10 on the re-fuel and send me a confirmation of this. Almost 1 week later and no confirmation. Now I have to chase you for $10 out of principal which doesnt even cover the extra gas I put in your van. I will never use this location again. I will tell everyone to avoid this place as you clearly don't give a shit.Matthew B.
